We’re looking for a Social and Digital Media Creator to join our dynamic social media team!

You'll be a digital native, committed to delivering engaging, accessible and inclusive content to our audience of over 190,000 followers.

Day-to-day, you’ll plan and deliver social and paid media strategies to drive flagship marketing campaigns and daily channel activity. You’ll use insights to increase engagement, raise awareness, attract and retain supporters, and drive conversions against KPIs.

Leading social content production, you’ll be confident in creating videos and graphics. You’ll proactively drive our UGC (user generated content) media, building strong relationships with external community voices to co-produce community-focused videos.

The role also involves planning, writing, building, and sending emails to key audiences using our DotDigital email service provider.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Society to help deliver an ambitious programme of digital campaigns.

What experience and track record do you have?

• Education and/or teaching: Knowing how the MAT and schools system works is a must. Knowing who does what PPM role in schools will help bring the right people in the right conversations and the right time. Knowing and understanding the kinds of problems and types of conversations school leaders and teachers is also essential for this role

• Conference production: researching topics, inviting and booking speakers, crafting promotional materials, shouting loudly and proudly about the events and filling up spaces.

• Project management: Planning, tracking and delivering on project objectives across several workflows on time, every time. Managing multiple audiences who are likely to be at different stages of their engagement cycle.

• Customer Relationship Management: designing, building and automating CRMs including sales pipeline design and management eg Hubspot and Airtable

• Copywriting (and digital marketing and email workflow design): designing and writing posts and emails that convert - whether than be speaker invitations, promotional posts or conference onboarding emails.

• Digital marketing integration and automation: integrating and automating digital marketing platforms like eg MailChmip, Hubspot, Airtable and Zapier. Automating drip campaigns and email workflows.

We are looking for a part time Membership Officer to work 2 or 3 days a week, alongside our existing part time Membership Officer. Together, they will lead on administrative support of our membership functions. Reporting to our Office and Events Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the administrative functions that support the smooth running and ongoing success of the organisation around membership.

This is an interesting and varied role that acts as a first 'point of contact’ for the people we work with (such as Member Institutions, Registrants and queries from members of the public), as well as managing the administrative aspect of memberships, such as setting up new Registrants on our CRM system. The role also involves longer term project work such as overseeing the CPD audit and improving and growing membership processes.

Katherine Low Settlement has worked with older people since its conception in 1924.They are a core part of the community that we continue to work with. We provide, often in partnership, a range of projects and activities for older people including health and wellbeing; creative arts; intergenerational work; connecting people and trips/outings. 

Our services include Battersea Bites, Age Well and Core social activities and digital inclusion.

We work with people 50+ to: 

• Encourage active and independent living 

• Reduce isolation and loneliness 

• Improve well-being and prevent ill-health 

• Engage members to be dynamic and contributing members of the Wandsworth community.

Key Objectives for this Role 

Oversee the day-to-day running of our Battersea Bites Programme that includes a lunch club for people 50+ that runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and a healthy eating session on Mondays. This includes leading in the planning, shopping and preparation and provision of meals, the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen including overseeing a team of volunteers and ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

Planning 

• Plan and develop a monthly lunch service menu, a month in advance, using creative license to provide nutritious, varied, and satisfying meals that meet diverse dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, cultural needs, vegetarian/vegan options) while strictly adhering to Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations. 

• Develop ideas for Battersea Bites Healthy cook and eat/ other sessions with the Age Well Team.

• Handle purchases and expense tracking using the Soldo card, ensuring full compliance with the bank card usage policy, and submitting all receipts and records promptly and accurately for financial oversight and reporting, for which training can be provided.

• Create several themed menus throughout the year which will engage members. For example, a Summer Lunch, an Afternoon Tea, etc.

• Support the planning of the older people’s lunch club with older people themselves

• Support the Elders team to welcome and support new members to feel part of the programme. 

Delivery 

• Complete a weekly food shop either online (we currently use Asda delivery service) or locally, buying fresh ingredients weekly which fall within the financial budget. 

• Prepare, cook and serve healthy meals, ensuring dietary needs are met 

• Undertake stock control such as stock rotation, ensuring all food items are labelled with expiry dates and disposed of when necessary. 

• Ensure all equipment is ready and set up for the lunch club service. 

• Ensure the security of the kitchen and store cupboards to provide a safe working environment. (Our cupboards are locked.)

• To ensure routine day-to-day as well as specialised cleaning of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, kitchen floors and storage areas. 

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including the health and safety folder containing opening and closing checks. Training can be provided.

• Ensure your hygiene and cleanliness are of the highest standard, and those of anyone entering the kitchen, including volunteers, are suitably dressed and uphold the same standards 

• Be part of and work closely with the Elders Team at KLS 

• Support elders who attend the club so that the sessions are safe and enjoyable for them.

• Inform the Manager (or in their absence the Head of Service) of any concerning incidents, compliments, complaints or accidents (including safeguarding issues).

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by quickly and calmly addressing kitchen challenges and ensuring smooth meal preparation under pressure.

• Take part in the monitoring and evaluation of the programme under the guidance of the Managers of the 50+ programme

• Coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure efficient meal service.

• To attend any relevant training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped to perform your role effectively

• To actively assist in the continuation of our high food hygiene rating

• Have acquired or are willing to Level 2 and Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate

Coordination of Battersea Bites Volunteers 

• Form and build positive working relationships with volunteers who work within Battersea Bites.

Supervise the delivery of Eikon’s volunteer mentoring services to children and young people in allocated schools across Surrey. Supervise a team of Volunteer Mentors ensuring parity of our offer in Schools to Children and Young People. Ensuring the highest standards of case work, effective practice and safeguarding are maintained.  Providing regular review and assessment of caseloads, with guidance on how to progress provided to the team of Volunteer Mentors.

Responsibilities

· Plan, resource and oversee the delivery of the volunteer mentoring programme, to ensure that the service is offered to young people at the right time and that young people are at the heart of the programme.

· Develop and maintain key relationships within schools in Surrey to deliver the volunteer mentoring programme.

· To identify trends and gaps in provision, then work with Service Delivery Manager on ways to improve our Volunteer Mentoring service

· Supervise a team of volunteer mentors in line with Eikon's policies

· Induct, train and develop volunteer mentors, ensuring a high-quality service with safe and effective practice is delivered in accordance with all other best practice guidelines

· Work in collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure all volunteers are competent to supervise safeguarding issues

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically astute Project Manager to join our Projects team. This role will oversee projects that use artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve education access, equity, and outcomes across the three pillars of Theirworld’s work: Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future.

The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of innovative pilots, including projects that explore how AI and technology can equip children and youth with the competencies, digital fluency, and adaptive skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. You will manage local partnerships, steer experimentation, and ensure robust learning cycles that contribute to Theirworld’s pilot-to-scale strategy.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

The Role

Theirworld is seeking a proactive and collaborative Manager to support the development, delivery, and learning of education projects and innovation initiatives.

This role will work closely with the Director of Programmes and the wider Projects team to support the design and coordination of pilot projects that test bold, locally driven ideas across Theirworld’s three core pillars: Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management and delivery, innovation support, and strong coordination skills. Main Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the planning and delivery of pilot innovative education projects, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with Theirworld’s strategic pillars and cross-cutting vital areas (gender, inclusion, climate, health & nutrition, peace & security).

• Coordinate project timelines, grant delivery, budgeting, reporting cycles, and partner check ins to ensure successful implementation.

Innovation Management

Cross-Team Contribution

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative ESOL consultant to join our team and lead on the curriculum development and delivery of our ESOL for Work courses. This role sits across our Education & Training and Research & Impact teams and offers a unique opportunity to shape future ESOL provision for people in low-paid work.

ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) is a core strand of our community education offer. Each year, we support over 200 learners to improve their English, build confidence, and engage more fully in community life. Many of our learners face significant barriers to mainstream education, particularly those juggling low-paid, insecure employment. In 2023, in partnership with The Bell Foundation, we launched a three-year research and delivery programme focused on improving access to ESOL for people in work. Now in its second year, the programme is expanding. We are developing new partnerships with employers in sectors such as hospitality, construction, and health and social care, and growing our flexible ESOL-for-work pilot offers.
