The Role
We are seeking a Senior End User Services Technician to join our Service Desk and End User Services team, providing high-quality IT support across the organisation. In this role, you will deliver advanced first and second-line support to around 500 users in a Microsoft 365 environment, supporting both on-site and remote colleagues.
As a senior member of the team, you will act as a key escalation point, taking ownership of complex technical issues and ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved in line with agreed service levels. You will support the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the End User Services Manager to manage workload, monitor performance, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
The role has a strong technical focus, particularly across Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID and Microsoft Copilot. You will also contribute to mentoring team members, improving processes, and creating and maintaining documentation to support both internal teams and end users.

The Role
We are looking for an End User Services Analyst to join our IT Operations team, where you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused IT service across the Law Society. As part of a forward-facing team, you will provide both in-person and remote support to staff and visitors, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels, escalating where appropriate and ensuring timely resolution. You will support a range of hardware and software, maintain meeting room technology, and help ensure end user equipment is readily available and fit for purpose. What the job involves
We’re looking for a Customer Journeys and Experience Manager to join our Customer Engagement and Experience Team on a fixed term basis for six months.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.
We trust colleagues to work flexibly while balancing personal commitments with the needs of the charity, and we are committed to making reasonable adjustments for colleagues with a disability, neurodiversity, or a long-term physical or mental health condition.

About the role
Robertson Street is a 42-bed hostel that provides a safe place for people to stay while they plan their next move towards independent living. As the Deputy Hostel Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an environment where both residents and employees can thrive. You'll lead a skilled and committed team, ensuring people receive the support they need to move on successfully and build more stable futures.
This is a role for someone who combines strong operational leadership with genuine compassion. Someone who can keep a complex service running effectively while never losing sight of the people at the heart of it.
Working closely with the Lead Manager and in-house Clinical Psychologist, you'll help shape a positive, psychologically informed culture where employees feel supported, residents feel respected and everyone is working towards better outcomes.

About the role
Crisis has laid out a vision, that by 2035 we will see all forms of homelessness in decline. We will bring about this impact through our three organisational aims, by:
To manage this bold ambition, we are planning in three-year cycles. Our current 2025-28 strategic plan outlines our key priorities – alongside national influencing, place-based system change, direct service delivery and greater audience engagement, we will also become a landlord for the first time in our 60-year history.
Sitting behind all of this is our strategic objective to achieve a sustainable operating model that ensures the health of the organisation and delivers our strategy. To do this we need to grow our income, diversify our income risk profile, and optimise our income generating operations.
A brand, marketing and fundraising strategy has been developed to implement these required changes. The Transformation Manager will be instrumental in translating that strategic intent into delivery, by designing and initiating an implementation programme that will help us transition to a more predictable, sustainable income model, grow our contactable database of supporters, improve supporter experience - particularly through focus on our supporter journeys, content plan and contact plans, and deliver £30m for 100 houses as part of our housing capital appeal.
Through direct programme management and embedding a new approach to delivery, this role will support Crisis to transition to new operational models and ways of working, delivering the shifts we need to achieve our long-term income goals.

You’re proactive and collaborative, skilled at designing and initiating ways of working that motivate colleagues to galvanise around programme goals.
A proven programme manager, you know when a programme is on track, how to effectively manage risk, and unlock successful delivery.

THINK Data is the specialist data function of THINK, working exclusively in the charity and not-for-profit sector. We combine deep sector knowledge with hands-on technical expertise across three core areas: data health, analytics and insight, and CRM system challenges.
Led by the Director of THINK Data, the team covers key elements of data strategy with charity clients to help them get more from their data and make better decisions. Discovering the challenges around the infrastructure of systems, processes and insight capability charities need to make data work harder for their mission. The Director leads on new business generation, team development, innovation in data products and thought leadership across the sector. Part of that innovation is exploring the best ways to use AI in how we work and how we advise clients, taking a considered and human approach.
The Data Consultant role centres on data discovery and consultancy - working with charity clients to understand their data challenges and shape practical roadmaps for change. Alongside this you will contribute to client delivery, own key internal systems, and help develop new products and services.
This is an opportunity to grow. We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual with a background in charity fundraising and experience in data analysis and management, who is ready to take a step up into consultancy. The role offers a clear path to develop from Data Consultant to Senior Data Consultant, with the potential over time to progress towards Data Director.
