The Photographers’ Gallery is undergoing a digital transformation. We have secured funding to develop our website and launch a new ticketing platform. Our next priority is replacing our legacy CRM, with a new agile, modern and integrated system.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and proven experience managing CRM and/or data projects. The ideal candidate will be both strategically minded and hands-on, and able to champion data use across the organisation

The CRM & Data Manager to lead and support the implementation, rollout and long-term adoption of the  new CRM. This role will ensure the system is aligned with organisational needs, integrates effectively with other systems, and delivers meaningful data insights for the Gallery’s programming, fundraising, communications, enterprises and operations. The role will support: 

• Website, ticketing and finance integrations

• Improved data capture and audience analysis

• Income generation, membership growth and fundraising efficiency

• Cross-departmental data use and collaboration

• Reduction of manual workflows and data silos

The new CRM will become the cornerstone of our audience development strategy, supporting interactions with donors, members and all visitors and in this role ytou will be the organisation’s project and data champion, working with gallery teams — introducing better processes, improving data quality, and embedding a culture of confident, responsible and strategic use of data with the new CRM.

Ideal Experience / Skills:

• In-depth experience of working on CRM projects with varied integrations and tech stacks

• Experience of producing and implementing database development plans.

• Strong understanding of legal aspects relating to data – data protection, Gift Aid, GDPR, PCI compliance.

• Experience of managing agencies and in-house teams across CRM implementation projects

• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail

• Able to clearly articulate project goals, KPIs and requirements

About the role 

The Motability Foundation is recruiting two Policy Managers to join its newly established policy team, which sits within the Communications department. These roles will lead discrete policy areas, develop robust policy positions, and support the Motability Foundation in improving transport accessibility for disabled people. 

The Motability Foundation is building a future where all disabled people have access to accessible transport options so that they can make the journeys they choose. To achieve our ambitions, the Motability Foundation works closely with a wide range of stakeholders to develop, and then advocate for, policy and legislative solutions which result in tangible, real-world change. The successful applicants will work closely with the Government Relations and Public Affairs team, as well as colleagues within the Motability Foundation and at Motability Operations, to advance our policy priorities, support the integrated communications strategy, and help raise the profile of issues affecting disabled people in their everyday lives. You will also engage regularly with policymakers and external organisations.

What you’ll be doing 

As a Policy Manager, you will lead policy work across agreed priority areas. This will include: 

• Developing robust policy positions, from defining the problem and intended outcomes, to assessing evidence and options, testing discoverability, and making clear recommendations – working closely with colleagues within the Motability Foundation and at Motability Operations, and external stakeholders. 

• Drafting high-quality policy outputs, including policy briefings, consultation responses, calls for evidence, and external correspondence. 

• Collaborating closely with Communications teams colleagues to promote policy positions to government, public and professional audiences, including contributing to campaign development. 

• Tracking political, legislative and policy developments, horizon-scanning for risks and opportunities and adapting policy positions and plans as needed. 

• Building trusted external relationships with policymakers, industry stakeholders and others who shape or influence policy – namely, disabled people and Disabled People’s Organisations. You must be comfortable with effectively communicating complex policy positions to a wide range of stakeholders.

• Working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure policy work is aligned and informed by wider insight. 

• Contributing to the development of the policy function, including its priorities, ways of working, and culture of collaboration, openness, and continuous improvement. 

Your experience 

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: disability and welfare, transport, tax and fiscal policy, or growth policy. Where candidates do not have direct experience, they should be able to demonstrate strong policy skills and the ability to apply them quickly to complex issues. 

Must haves:  

• Strong experience in policy analysis and developing evidence-led and creative policy positions - ideally on high profile and pivotal policy. 

• Demonstrable experience of communicating policy to senior officials, Ministers, advisers, Parliamentarians and wider industry stakeholders, both verbally and through high-quality written outputs.

• Strong understanding of UK and devolved policy-making and legislative processes, and strong political acumen and awareness of UK and devolved governments’ priorities.

• Understanding of, or commitment to developing expertise in, disability, accessibility, and inclusive transport policy.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a larger team and a complex matrix organisation, and build effective internal and external relationships. 

Nice to haves: 

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline. 

• Policy experience in the public, charity or not-for-profit sectors and/or in government (particularly HMT, DWP, No 10, BIST or DfT), Parliament, devolved administrations, or local government. 

• Experience helping to establish, improve or professionalise policy processes in an organisation.

The Baobab Centre is a non-residential therapeutic community supporting unaccompanied minors who have experienced human rights abuses and are seeking asylum, refugee status and settlement in the United Kingdom.

The role of a Therapeutic Community Caseworker at the Baobab Centre is to support unaccompanied asylum seeking and refugee adolescents and young adults to access care, basic rights and entitlements and to support their social development and rehabilitation.This role involves working closely with the clinical key worker of each young person and with our wider multidisciplinary team. As a Caseworker you will aim to empower individuals to build stable, independent lives in the UK, including by supporting them to communicate their views, needs and experiences in decision-making processes, and supporting them to make challenges when necessary. Baobab aims to be a non-residential therapeutic community with a holistic and integrated perspective.As a Caseworker, you will play a key role within our multidisciplinary team. Our team work together with each other and with agencies and key individuals in young people’s lives, both within and outside of Baobab. Lead the growth and delivery of Cruse's External Training & Consultancy programme, combining business development, customer relationship management, and delivery oversight to make Cruse the leading provider of bereavement training in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

You will be responsible for managing our external training programme. The programme has been delivering high-quality grief and bereavement training to over 370 external organisations and thousands of individuals for the past ten years. This role will be responsible for sourcing, planning and managing customer engagements, and ensuring Cruse is the leading training provider for loss and bereavement in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

You will be responsible for developing a sales and marketing strategy, targeting relevant organisations and selling our training products. You will be overseeing the organisation of training sessions and then handing over to one of our trainers to deliver the sessions, providing support where needed, monitoring and acting on feedback, and always ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.

About the opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in London.

• The London Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.

This includes working closely to manage all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; regularly attending weekly tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
• Responsible for overseeing the quality of tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery. Provide regular check-ins with tutors to ensure ample support and guidance is given to provide targeted tuition to pupils.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including members of the Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers. Maintain clear and timely communication with relevant school staff, offering regular check-ins with key school stakeholders, and contribute to impact reporting to schools. • Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
• Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.

The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty. 
 

This position would suit you if you’re looking to develop your experience in the education or charity sectors. Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset. Job Description 

Programme delivery  

Once trained, Education Officers deliver classroom-facing and teacher-facing education across all of our core programmes – Lessons from Auschwitz; Testimony 360; Outreach and Teacher Training - drawing on their own teaching experience and understanding of effective pedagogy. Delivery of our programmes takes place both during and outside school term dates and hours. Training will be provided to deliver across all our programmes within the first six months in post. 

Programme development, innovation and resource production 

• Work with the Senior Education Officer to plan, develop and review programmes and resources.
• Train internal and external educators to deliver the Trust’s programmes. 

Impact, Evaluation and Learning 

• Understand and hold the Trust’s Theory of Change and, with the Education Team, support its delivery in practice. 
• Work with the Senior Education Officer and wider Education Team to participate in impact evaluation, programme monitoring and feedback. 
• Use evaluation findings to inform programme development and improvement. 

Partnerships and External Relations 

• Represent the Trust at national and international conferences and forums. 
• Participate in collaboration with other Holocaust education organisations globally to share best practice in both Holocaust and antisemitism education pedagogy and innovation. 

Safeguarding  

Work with colleagues to play an active and effective role in ensuring that the Trust has the highest safeguarding standards across all programmes, adhering to legislation and best practice. 

Travel requirements  

The post requires regular travel within the UK and abroad, including a minimum of three one-day Poland visits per year as part of the Lessons from Auschwitz Project, attendance at the Trust’s central London office on agreed days, and occasional evening and weekend work. At Cruse we believe bereaved people should not be alone in their grief. We provide expert bereavement and grief training and support.

Cruse has over 3,500 volunteers who provide bereavement support in a range of ways including answering helpline call, support through understanding your bereavement sessions, and one-to-one and group support. We provide a wide range of training for organisations and individuals, through grief awareness webinars and essential bereavement support training.

Her Centre, a women’s advice service working in Greenwich, provides advocacy for women who have experienced domestic and sexual violence, working in our accredited domestic abuse service.

We are seeking applicant for, Housing IDVA maternity cover for 6 months (Possible Extension).

Maternity cover post is for 6 months from October to March. Salary for 6 months is £15,768.50
