About the role

Look Ahead's Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Service is a Mental Health supported accommodation which is a pathway service for people to work towards their independence.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to help them to enhance life skills and increase independence and manage their health. This also includes tenancy management and other life skills.
Support Workers in the service work across all 3 projects in Hammersmith and Fulham; working with customers with varying levels of support needs. Many of the customers have complex needs including dual diagnosis and Support Workers are expected to liaise with other agencies within the borough to best support customers. Support Workers are expected to support customers on their journey to independence in a person-centred, non-judgemental way, whilst adhering to the Look Ahead core values.
The work schedule for this position follows a 5-week rotating pattern. It involves working on weekends and bank holidays. In this 5-week cycle, there are two weekends off and one full weekend of work.

Purpose

The role:
We are seeking an experienced and committed campaigner to lead EIA’s strategy, investigations, and advocacy on mining-driven deforestation.
The Forest Mining Campaign Lead will investigate, analyse and advocate around mining operations and supply chains that drive deforestation, human rights abuses, and environmental harm. Working in close collaboration with partners in Indonesia, the initial focus is primarily on nickel, and coal with Indonesia as a key producer country and an emphasis on international markets and consumption.
The role will develop and deliver governance strategies to reduce the impact of mining on forests, strengthen accountability and transparency, and support communities affected by extractive industries. It will also support the goals of our climate campaign. This work is part of a larger forest program and will support our cross-cutting end goals.
About you:
- You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience including proven capacity in leading campaigns or projects in the fields of extractives, forests, environmental justice and human rights.

About the role
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a talented team of Infrastructure Engineers and DevOps specialists.
- Shape and deliver our infrastructure and DevOps strategy, ensuring our Azure and AWS environments are robust, secure, and future-ready.
- Oversee cloud operations, automation, and CI/CD pipelines-championing best practices in Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration (Kubernetes, AWS Lambda).
- Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR) and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Who We're Looking For:
- A proven leader with hands-on experience in infrastructure and DevOps roles (ideally 2+ years).
- Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and automation tools (GitHub Actions).
- Strong background in CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud security.
- Excellent communicator and mentor, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
