Working within the Fundraising Operations and Supporter Care Team and reporting to the Fundraising Operations and Supporter Care Manager, the Supporter Care and Data Officer will deliver excellent customer care to our supporters, responding to enquiries, and thanking supporters to help drive income and show them how valued they are to Cruse Bereavement Support. You’ll work with the fundraising CRM to ensure and maintain the quality of information available and support the Commercial Income Team (c25% of time) with administrative tasks.

Our Specialist Social Workers work closely with the Head of Expert Witness Service to ensure the delivery of high-quality independent social work reports (ISWRs). They supervise volunteer social workers, quality assure reports, carry out social work assessments themselves, and contribute towards volunteer training opportunities and service development to maintain excellence in social work practice. 

The core Specialist Social Worker role is three days per week, with the opportunity to work additional days by taking on service operations and referral coordination responsibilities.

We are looking for a part time PWS Specialist Adviser for Northern Ireland to support the PWS community in Northern Ireland. PWS is a rare and isolating condition and our ambition it to reach families in Northern Ireland to provide impactful advice, support, information and training. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth working knowledge of health and social care systems and education in Northern Ireland as well as a belief in the potential and value of people with Prader-Willi syndrome.

Beder is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and hands-on Head of Fundraising & Partnerships to lead the next stage of our growth.

Beder was established in memory of Beder Mirjan, who sadly took his own life in 2017 at the age of 18. Since then, we have spent the past eight years working to raise awareness around mental health and suicide prevention, challenge stigma and, increasingly, provide tangible support to people who need it.

The focus of our work is the Beder Therapy Voucher programme, through which we fund free therapy for people (18+) across the UK as we all need someone to talk to with demand for that support growing significantly.

As Centre Fundraising Manager you will develop and implement a centre specific fundraising plan to raise income from the community through a variety of fundraising sources.

· Maintaining accurate information within Raiser’s Edge and other organisational systems.

· Supporting data quality, GDPR and records management.

About you

You will already have significant experience in a busy administration, office operations or organisational support role.

You’ll be exceptionally organised, reliable and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be directed. You’ll be able to manage competing priorities, spot what needs to happen next and see tasks through to completion.

Just as importantly, you’ll have the confidence and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, combining diplomacy and positive working relationships with appropriate challenge.

You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and good IT skills. Experience of databases, CRM systems or similar organisational systems is important, while experience of Raiser’s Edge, the charity sector or a health environment would be an advantage.

Experience of supervising, coaching or supporting another member of staff, apprentice or volunteer would also be valuable.

You’ll enjoy supporting someone early in their career, providing encouragement, clear expectations and constructive feedback to help them build confidence, develop their skills and succeed in their role.

As one of the primary faces of the SSJ&I Alcohol and Drug Service, you will set the tone for every individual walking through our doors or reaching out over the phone. Operating with a calm, controlled, and welcoming manner, you will seamlessly guide clients to their appointments, pass queries to duty teams or care coordinators, and serve as a reassuring presence during critical moments in their recovery journey.

Working with a person-centred approach, you will directly support Southampton residents who are ready to make meaningful changes to their lives. By connecting service users to vital interventions—from therapeutic groups to prescribing and needle exchange services—and maintaining strong risk management standards, you will help create a safe environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

· Awareness of Resources: Up-to-date awareness of the issues this client group presents with, as well as knowledge of the relevant interventions, resources, and agencies available locally.

· Core Competencies: Strong IT system skills, excellent multitasking capabilities, and proven expertise in risk management and building trusting relationships.
