As a Project Worker within our Westminster Mental Health Accommodation Services or Wandsworth Properties, you’ll play a vital role in helping people find stability, confidence and a way forward. To enable Operation Smile’s global surgical activities, OSUK’s Partnerships Team works to maximise high-potential income channels such as corporate partnerships, major donors, community fundraisers and trusts and foundations.

We have an exciting position in our team for an experienced and ambitious trusts fundraiser. Working as part of the Partnership Team and line managing one Grants & Programmes Manager, the Senior Grants & Programmes Manager will secure critical income from new and existing trust and foundation donors through compelling pitches and excellent stewardship.

The position will build on existing multiyear relationships with donors giving at the six-figure level per year, aiming to grow their contributions, as well as making approaches to new prospects, working closely with the Director of Partnerships. The role is also the key liaison between OSUK and teams at Operation Smile Inc and in programme countries around the world, leading on donor reporting and sourcing programmatic information for new funding opportunities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Trust and Foundation Funding Development

• Ensure achievement of annual income target for trusts and foundations
• Take primary responsibility for managing the current pool of trust/foundation donors, to ensure their growth and longevity – strategic input into the growth of each relationship will be essential
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new funding prospects, creating propositions/proposals and making approaches, working with the Director of Partnerships, with a focus on the highest value prospects (those worth six-figures per year plus)
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to donors and internal stakeholders
• Represent Operation Smile UK in global funding discussions, applying any global strategies to develop successful fundraising plans for the UK
• Lead on development and management of any trust/foundation cultivation events

Programmes Liaison

• Lead on interaction with global teams at Operation Smile Inc (US) and programme country teams around the world, regarding OSUK’s funding of programmes
• Identify funding opportunities for new prospects and existing donors, sourcing relevant programmatic and financial information
• Support the allocation of OSUK’s funds to a portfolio of programmes that best meet our donors’ interests, and work with colleagues internationally to reallocate funds when needed
• Monitor projects’ progress against KPIs and ensure donor reporting (programmatic and financial) is complete and timely, and meets donors’ needs and expectations

Additional Responsibilities

• Line-manage one Grants & Programmes Manager, supporting them to manage their own portfolio of new prospects and existing relationships, including small trusts mailings
• Create and maintain annual trusts and foundations income and expenditure budgets and business plans, including current donors and forecasting new business income

• Seek peer-to-peer introductions to new prospects, from existing donors, board members and other contacts
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to donors and internal stakeholders
• Work with the Communications team to generate media presence and content to attract philanthropic interest from new prospects
• Represent Operation Smile UK in global philanthropy discussions, applying any global strategies to develop successful fundraising plans for the UK
• Lead on development and management of any philanthropy cultivation events

• Take primary responsibility for managing the current pool of medium and large corporate partnerships, including global partners (working with Operation Smile Inc), to ensure their growth and longevity – strategic input into the growth of each partner will be essential
• Develop and implement plans for partner activity to maximise all income channels, including corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, cause-related marketing and more
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new corporate fundraising prospects, creating propositions/proposals and making approaches, working with the Director of Partnerships
• Enhance our employee engagement and community fundraising offer with simple, easy-to-do fundraising activities, linked to key moments in the calendar
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to partners and internal stakeholders
• Represent Operation Smile UK in global corporate partner discussions, applying any global strategies to develop successful fundraising plans for the UK
• Lead on the development and management of any corporate partner cultivation events

Additional Responsibilities

• Line manage one Partnerships Officer, supporting them to manage inbound community fundraising requests and existing relationships, as well as smaller corporate partners
• Oversight of community fundraising income target delivered by the Officer
• Create and maintain annual corporate partnerships and community fundraising budgets and business plans, including activities from current supporters and forecasting new business income

What does this role do?

As a Facilities and Post Room Coordinator, you'll: 

• Coordinate facilities contracts, office supplies, and related purchase orders and invoices.
• Provide support to colleagues and visitors, including meeting room setup, AV assistance, and reception cover.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers, ensuring timely distribution and deliveries.

Key responsibilities:

From recruiting and training volunteers to delivering befriending and activity programmes, to supervising their day‑to‑day involvement, you'll ensure every volunteer feels confident, supported and aligned with service priorities. You'll build strong relationships across Hestia, particularly within our crisis alternative services, and offer expert guidance to colleagues to ensure best practice. What do I need to bring with me?

While experience supervising volunteers is an advantage, what truly matters is your ability to engage people in a friendly, supportive manner and create an environment where volunteers feel valued, informed and able to thrive.

This is a hybrid role with three days spent on site across our London services, including regular visits to our Aldgate head office, and two days worked remotely each week.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong political instincts who brings a collaborative approach to their work. You will have policy and research experience in human rights, or a related field. You will have a strong understanding of how to secure policy change in challenging political environments.

After a successful Inspiring Minds Campaign that raised £50m over a 10-year period and achieved the goal of providing bursaries to 1 in 4 pupils, the Latymer Foundation is now entering a new strategic period. A new three-year strategy will sustain and grow bursary provision, driving us towards the goal of achieving needs-blind admissions, whilst positioning Latymer as the independent school that sets the global standard for access, inclusion and opportunity.

Within this context, the Head of Philanthropy will play a vital role in securing the financial resources that sustain Latymer’s sector-leading bursary programme, ensuring that talent, not financial circumstance, determines access to a life-changing Latymer education.

The Head of Philanthropy role will have a strong personal focus on major gifts fundraising, whilst overseeing all philanthropic income streams — Major Gifts, Regular Giving and Legacies.

Salary circa £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Responsible to

The Lay Employee will be employed by Wealdstone Methodist Church Council and will be under the supervision of the Minister in pastoral charge of the Church (Line Manager) and a Management (Support) Group.

Responsible for:

The Lay Worker will be responsible for establishing and maintaining links between the Church and other community groups, and for exploring with the Church Council opportunities for community engagement and outreach. Responsible for Coordinating Lettings and building relationships with Hirers and Users. And also, some administrative tasks.

Who you are 

• A creative, strategic thinker who is comfortable balancing the big picture with hands-on delivery, from planning campaigns to creative social media.

Your key experience 

• Proven experience leading digital marketing, content, and websites.
• Track record of running digital campaigns and overseeing social media channels. 
• Strong understanding of website management, UX, and digital design (you don’t need to code, but you can brief and oversee developers confidently). 
• Experience using analytics tools to track and report on digital performance. 
• Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, or freelancers. 
• Experience with a charity or purpose-led organisation preferable.

A well-established charitable organisation with an international footprint is seeking a Financial Accountant to play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, accurate reporting and robust compliance across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant to contribute to high-quality financial stewardship within a purpose-driven environment.

About the Role

Reporting into the senior finance leadership, you will take responsibility for core financial accounting activities, including month-end close, balance sheet integrity, statutory reporting and compliance. You will ensure that financial records are accurate, well-controlled and aligned with accounting standards and organisational policies.

Working closely with colleagues across finance and the wider organisation, including teams based internationally, you will support reliable financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to strengthening financial processes, controls and documentation, helping to ensure the organisation operates with transparency, accountability and good governance.

As part of a collaborative and values-led finance team, this role offers scope to influence how financial controls and reporting support organisational sustainability and strategic decision-making.

Key Priorities in the First Six Months

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial close
• Maintain balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations and review of key control accounts
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and funder requirements
• Oversee accounting for restricted and unrestricted funds
• Support multi-currency accounting and intercompany transactions where required
• Contribute to improvements in financial controls, processes and documentation

About You

You will be a qualified or qualified-by-experience accountant with strong financial accounting experience, ideally gained within a charitable, not-for-profit, or grant-funded organisation.

You will bring:

• Solid experience of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
• Knowledge of statutory accounts preparation and audit processes
• Understanding of restricted funds and fund accounting (desirable)
