We have an exciting opportunity for two Product Owners to join our fantastic Customer, Technology and Change team, to be responsible for maximising the value delivered across COTS and SaaS products.

These newly created roles will be working closely with business system owners, technical teams, and stakeholders across our organisation to define the product vision, lead backlog management, and ensure that the product families evolve in line with organisational strategy, user needs, compliance standards and operational requirements.

This role acts as the voice of the business within product squads, ensuring enhancements and configurations to COTS/SaaS platforms are user-centred, scalable, secure, and aligned with RBLs wider mission.

Reporting to the Product Management Team Leader, key responsibilities will include:

- Define, refine and continuously communicate the vision and roadmap for assigned COTS/SaaS product families, ensuring alignment to organisational strategies
- Translate strategy and business needs into clear product direction that improves efficiency, adoption, user experience and organisational outcomes
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritised and deliverable
- Build strong relationships across functional areas (e.g., Fundraising, Welfare, Membership, Operations, Digital, Data, Technology)
- Ensure COTS/SaaS features and configurations are clearly defined, documented and understood across delivery teams
- Maintain awareness of operational risks, system dependencies, data protection requirements, accessibility standards and security controls

You will have demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, or similar, in digital, technology or product led environments. You will have hands on experience of a leadership role in Agile teams, a strong understanding of product management practices and experience working with COTS/SaaS applications including configuration, lifecycle management and vendor engagement.

You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).

The Hammersmith and Fulham outreach team can bring clients as a safe alternative to rough sleeping. At the Hub, clients will receive a thorough assessment of their needs and be supported with an offer of suitable accommodation to move into.

As an Assessment and Reconnection Worker, you will:

• Be part of a busy team environment working closely with those new to, or at risk of rough sleeping.
• Provide a personalised case management service to clients, turning assessment recommendations into practical action plans which fully involves the client.
• Build and maintain effective relationships to support clients throughout their recovery.
• Develop a knowledge of relevant legislation such as, welfare benefit and housing legislation.
• Work on the weekly 7-day rota including weekends and bank holidays

We are seeking a candidate who is willing to learn and who has a strong understanding of the needs of homeless and vulnerable people, especially those with complex needs. Dedication, personal resilience and a relationship based, non-judgemental approach is essential.

In this role you will:

• Support clients to liaise with external services like GP, substance misuse teams, mental health teams, social services.
• Support with all necessary skills to enable an individual to move on to more independent accommodation,
• Have an experienced Team to support you.
• Receive comprehensive training and full induction
• Be working shifts which are normally 8-4 or 2-10pm and you will be expected to work some weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Carry a caseload of clients and be their lead worker.

We are looking to recruit a Project Worker to our diverse team at Sutton Vulnerable Adults.  Reporting to one of the Deputy Manager you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to clients to manage their tenancies and access independence.

The Independent Training, delivered in collaboration with IPCAPA at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (bpf) and the Anna Freud Centre/UCL is seeking progress advisors to support 4-5 trainees on the Doctorate in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy training from the start of their training through to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity to guide and support trainees in their development as future child psychotherapists. The successful postholders will liaise with the year 1 tutor, clinical and research tutors, service supervisors and intensive case supervisors. There will be regular team meetings with the year tutor other progress advisors responsible for the year group. Outside of this, working hours are flexible.

We are looking for ACP registered Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists with current CAMHS experience, who have an active interest in working with our year tutor and staff group to support trainees’ progress. The role may suit new career CAPts who wish to develop connections and experience within the field of CAPy training schools. There will be opportunity to take advantage of in house training to become an Intensive Case Supervisor and for additional paid hours of clinical teaching such as practice or clinical seminar groups as appropriate.

The Ministry Development Team (MDT) is a team of 45 people which sits within the Archbishops' Council. We are nationally responsible for ensuring that there is a pipeline of lay and ordained ministers together with their terms of service and the development of future and current senior leaders to meet the missional needs of the church. As such we have a key role to play in the delivery of our national Vision and Strategy in which we aspire to be a church which is Jesus Christ shaped and centred.

Our work requires us to work collaboratively with a wide range of stake holders and partners including the 42 Church of England Dioceses, 20 Church of England Theological Colleges, the House and College of Bishops, the College of Cathedral Deans and the College of Archdeacons together with a range of universities and other external bodies. The Ministry Human Resources (HR) Policy Officer will play a key role in the life of the Ministry Development Team as we work together to support the mission and ministry of the Church of England by supporting the development of the ministerial terms of service and wellbeing portfolio. The post holder will be line managed by the Ministry HR Lead and work in collaboration with colleagues across the church especially in the MDT and HR teams.

What the job involves 

You’ll lead our business development strategy for corporate partnerships, focusing on securing high-value, purpose-driven relationships with long-term potential (typically 6–8 figure), and building a robust pipeline to deliver sustainable income growth. 

• Own and deliver the business development plan, targeting major prospects and flagship partnerships with transformational potential. 

• Identify, prioritise and cultivate opportunities across key sectors (including sport and health), shifting activity from short-term, transactional asks to insight-led, multi-year partnerships. 

• Shape and test compelling funding propositions, working with internal experts (including Communications, Black Health Equity, Research, Health Services, and Equity & Improvement) to build integrated partnership offers.

This is a senior role in our Partnerships team, heading up our newly formed Account Development function and playing a key part in transforming how we grow income from existing corporate partnerships.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value, complex partnerships, many of which are moving from lower‑value arrangements into higher impact, mutually beneficial multi‑year partnerships as part of our longer‑term growth strategy. This is not a “steady state” account management role – it’s about developing, expanding and unlocking untapped potential in relationships.

Northwick Park Hospital ED (Emergency Department)

St Giles is expanding its delivery of hospital-based projects; this service is aimed at vulnerable 12 to 25-year-olds who attend the adult or paediatric emergency department or Urgent Care Centre at Northwick Park Hospital. We will work alongside hospital staff to proactively identify vulnerable young people and help them to access and engage the support they need to prevent any potential escalation of violence and reduce the risk of repeat victimisation or exploitation.

About this key role

You will be embedded in the hospital, providing support for those young people admitted to emergency departments right through to their discharge back into the community. You will have experience of working with ‘high risk,’ vulnerable young people, be part of a multidisciplinary team, and have a flexible, empathetic approach to your work.   This support extends post-discharge from the ED or Hospital with our Caseworkers working with the CYP and the professional networks to ensure the CYP voice is front and centre, this is to support the betterment of the CYP and their future, as well as reducing risks. This is done through providing 121 support in formulating the support plan with the CYP. This can also include supporting the family and advocating for them and CYP within the wider professional network.

We actively encourage people with personal experience of the criminal justice system or lived experience of the issues facing this client group to apply for this role.

What we are looking for:

•  Personal experience of the criminal justice system, lived experience of the issues facing this client group and/or experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children, young people and/or families
• Experience of assessing risk and implementing safety procedures when thinking about children and young people involved in or at risk of violence or exploitation
• Proven experience of working in a high-intensity environment, with an ability to effectively manage your own wellbeing
• Experience of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young people, for example, people who have complex needs, people who are reluctant to discuss their needs, and people who are angry and confused

We are looking to appoint a full-time Trust and Foundations Fundraising Lead (35 hours per week) to lead and develop Rainbow Trust’s trusts and foundations fundraising programme. You will manage relationships with charitable trusts and foundations, raising the funds we need to deliver and grow our support services.

Our Philanthropy team is an ambitious team with a well-established fundraising programme, playing a significant role in raising £5.7m a year to fund our support services and with plans to grow income over the next 3-5 years. • You will cultivate strong working relationships with a portfolio of trust and foundations, including five- and six-figure grants.

• Through the identification and research of new prospective trust funders, you will find creative ways to engage with them to secure funding.
• You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strong cases for support and impact measurement.

• Excellent research and writing skills, preferably with experience of successfully securing four- or five-figure gifts from charitable trusts and foundations
• The ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external people – including trust managers and trustees to build great relationships and influence
• Knowledge of the requirements of trust funders, the principles of application-writing and effective project reporting and of managing a funding portfolio or similar
• A persuasive and open communicator - the ability to develop and submit high-quality and compelling funding proposals and reports to trusts, working closely with colleagues across the charity
