We are currently recruiting for a Principal Regulatory Lawyer. The Principal Regulatory Lawyer will lead responsibility for the provision of legal advice to the wider Trust on all aspects of Regulatory law as it affects the Trust, including health and safety law, environmental and reservoirs regulation.

Location & coverage

The position will be offered on a remote working basis, with a requirement to attend our main hub spaces on occasion for meetings.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead strategic advisor on all aspects of health and safety law and management, providing advice across and at all levels of the organisation (including the Executive and the Board) on legal risk and compliance.
• Advising the Trust on compliance with health and safety law in respect of colleague (employee and volunteer) safety
• Supporting the Senior Environment Lawyer, providing legal advice on all aspects of environmental and reservoirs regulatory compliance, including environmental permits, abstraction licensing, reservoirs, and wildlife protections.
• Managing the Trust’s response to incidents leading to enforcement action by a regulator.
• Providing legal advice on a fit for purpose approach in respect of the management of health and safety risks of  public use of the Trust’s inland waterway network
• Supporting the development of Trust health and safety policy and processes, including risk assessment, reporting and investigations, 
• Advising the Trust’s Health & Safety team on regulatory aspects of health and safety law, assisting in responding to coroners reports, inquests and HSE enquires, notices and enforcement action

Purpose of the role: 

To facilitate training workshops for kinship carers across England, as part of the national training team, through an annual programme of Kinship roadshows and in-person and online workshops. 

To contribute to the continual development and improvement of the Kinship training programme by developing new content and refining existing materials in line with insight, data, and feedback from kinship carers. 

This role is home-based with frequent travel across England

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-facilitate professional, high-quality training to kinship carers in England.

Kinship is undertaking a major feasibility Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) of Kinship Connected. This is aligned with recommendations set out in the Kinship Care Practice Guide published by Foundations (2024) and builds on evidence from the Kinship Navigator intervention of support for kinship carers in the USA. 

This feasibility RCT is a complex, multi-partner programme involving: 

• An active funding partner 
• An independent evaluation team 
• 5 participating local authorities (to be confirmed) 
• Internal delivery teams and cross organisational services 
• Kinship carers and lived experience subject experts

This role leads and supports the staff team delivering one-to-one navigator-style support to kinship carers as part of the Kinship Connected feasibility randomised controlled trial. You will ensure the team provides consistent, high quality, relational support that reflects Kinship’s values and trauma-informed practice. 

You will work closely with the Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager and will share responsibility for ensuring high quality performance across the feasibility trial. You will both work closely with the core project team and partners. 

The Programmes Manager leads practice quality, staff development, safeguarding and relational delivery. The Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager leads operational quality, systems, processes, data and compliance. Together you make sure the trial is delivered ethically, consistently and to a very high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the day-to-day practice and relational delivery of the Kinship Connected (Navigator) support model.

• Support Kinship Family Workers to deliver high quality, trauma-informed and strengths-based support to kinship carers.

The Mobilisation and Delivery Project Manager is the operational engine of the programme, ensuring that every workstream is scoped, resourced, sequenced, delivered and evidenced, and that Kinship is trial-ready, compliant, and well-coordinated through set-up and delivery.

This role needs someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organised, unflappable, curious, and able to sit comfortably in the detail. The successful person will keep a firm grip on timelines, dependencies and risks.

You will manage a Programmes Officer as well as the set-up, processes, documentation, reporting, trial readiness, communications and cross-team coordination. You will work closely with the Programmes Manager who will share responsibility for ensuring high quality performance across the feasibility trial. You will both work closely with the core project team and partners.

You will lead operational quality, systems, processes, data, and compliance. The Programmes Manager will lead practice quality, staff development and supervision, safeguarding and relational delivery. Together you make sure the trial is delivered ethically, consistently and to a very high standard. 

Key responsibilities include:

• ​Lead the mobilisation plan across all workstreams and ensure trial readiness.
• Develop all processes, documentation and operational frameworks in line with the intervention protocol.
• Coordinate local authority onboarding, staff training and internal operational setup with the Programmes Manager.

Working location: mostly remote work with some travel required. Based in Surrey or Hampshire you will deliver a face-to-face service to clients in their own home or safe meeting place across the Surrey and Hampshire area as well as providing support by Teams, phone, email or other means to suit the service user. • A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel expenses are reimbursed) 

• Resident in the Surrey or Hapshire area.

The role

 This is a hands-on role: you’ll be directly creating content, running campaigns, and managing our operations.

Key responsibilities

 Marketing and Communications

• Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns and events to achieve income targets, ensure consistent messaging and strengthen supporter engagement across all channels.
• Work closely with the global communications team to deliver the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Manage website content in WordPress, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and regularly updated.
• Oversee the social media strategy, creating and scheduling high-quality content (using Canva and Later) to grow brand awareness and supporter engagement.
• Manage ambassador and influencer relationships to support campaigns, storytelling, and reach.
• Design and deliver email campaigns and supporter newsletters through Mailchimp, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Stay up to date with trends, world events, and digital innovations to keep content and messaging relevant and impactful.

Fundraising

• Create and deliver engaging donor experiences, content and supporter journeys to maintain and grow long-term investor support and ensure a high-quality experience for all supporters.
• Collaborate with the CEO and global team to identify and develop new fundraising opportunities and audiences.

Unleashed Women – Community & Investor Stewardship

• Act as the primary staff relationship lead for the Unleashed Women community.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing stewardship of Unleashed Women members.
• Coordinate the planning, promotion and delivery of monthly virtual forums and quarterly in-person gatherings, working closely with the Executive & Operations VA on all logistics.
• Maintain regular communication and engagement with members through WhatsApp groups, email updates and event communications, ensuring consistent tone, warmth and responsiveness.
• Act as a key link between Unleashed Women and THP’s global country teams, ensuring meaningful programme engagement and feedback.
• Support retention and thoughtful growth of the community through relationship-led follow-up and investor care.
• Ensure all Unleashed Women activity is accurately reflected in Beacon and associated supporter systems.

Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain and manage the Beacon CRM database, ensuring accurate data capture, segmentation, and analysis to support effective fundraising, stewardship, and communications.
• Ensure all new and lapsed investors are correctly tagged and updated in Mailchimp, Beacon and other relevant systems.
• Evaluate and report on the performance of fundraising and marketing campaigns, interpreting data from CRM and digital platforms to measure impact and inform strategy.

Operations

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve key operational systems and processes to ensure efficiency and smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Coordinate and maintain fundraising platforms such as Benevity and JustGiving, ensuring campaign pages are accurate, up to date, and performing effectively.

Line Management

• Oversee the recruitment, coordination, and management of volunteers, ensuring they are well-supported, effectively deployed, and aligned with the organisation’s goals.

Preferred requirements

Experience

• At least eight years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven success delivering multi-channel marketing and fundraising campaigns that meet or exceed targets.
• Confident in using and maintaining CRM systems (preferably Beacon) to manage supporter relationships and analyse data.
• Experience managing digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and websites.

Senior Management Accountant (Part Time – 3 Days per Week)

A national charity seeking a Interim Senior Commercial Management Accountant to support their finance team during a period of growth and transformation.

This role will play a critical part in leading the development of costing and pricing models to support strategic decision-making. You will also deliver high-quality financial planning and strengthen financial insight across the organisation.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) offered on a interim basis until April 2026.  The charity offers remote working, with access to a London office for those who prefer a hybrid approach.

The Role

As Senior Commercial Management Accountant, you will provide crucial support across financial planning, forecasting, modelling, and operational finance. Working closely with the Head of Finance & Finance Director, you will help deliver the charity’s mid-year forecast, develop organisational planning tools for the upcoming financial year, and lead on advanced costing and pricing work to support strategic decisions.

You will also support technical areas including partial VAT recovery, internal financial controls, and the migration of a small trading subsidiary to a new finance system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical problem-solving, partnering with non-finance colleagues, and contributing to organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of costing and pricing models to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver the mid-year (4+8) forecast, providing variance analysis and clear narrative insight.
• Prepare planning tools and templates for the upcoming financial year.
• Provide financial guidance and analysis to non-finance managers across the organisation.
• Produce high-quality management reporting for senior leadership.
• Support technical accounting matters, including partial VAT recovery and VAT group consideration.

About You

You will be a part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with strong experience in management accounting and developing robust cost and pricing models – ideally with experience working within commercial environments.

You’ll bring:

We are seeking a Community Development Officer to lead a major in-progress project improving recognition, support, and care for people with smell and taste disorders at a local level across England. 

This three-year, volunteer-led programme, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund has achieved significant success in its first eighteen months. We are now recruiting a new postholder to take this strong foundation forward through the next phase of delivery. 

Over the past eighteen months, we have recruited and established a thriving network of volunteers and local groups across England. This momentum is expected to continue. The Community Development Officer will work closely with existing volunteers and groups, primarily remotely, while also attending in-person events and meetings in different parts of England as needed. 

The postholder will lead the ongoing recruitment, training, and support of volunteer groups, working with them to identify opportunities for local outreach and engagement. Together, you will ensure that more people affected by smell and taste disorders access the information, support, and recognition they need, while continuing to raise awareness of these often-unrecognised sensory impairments. 

Our volunteer groups bring together people with lived experience alongside experts from the food, beverage and fragrance sectors, and other relevant fields.

We’re looking for someone to adopt a consistent relationship management process to support all staff at existing delivery centres and to on-board new centres. Role Purpose:

1. Provide appropriate support to centres when they contact the Leadership Skills Foundation.
2. Establish consistent and robust engagement and relationship management practices including logging touch points and interpreting data with a variety of our customers.
3. Respond to centre enquiries, help resolve technical issues and potential issues to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support via effective relationship management strategies to support customers with any queries and issues across the customer journey in line with the Customer Experience Strategy.
• Proactively seek opportunities to create and maintain strong working relationships with centres that seek support from the organisation via central communication channels (phone, emails and live chat).
• Provide proactive and customised centre outreach that constantly seeks to elevate the experience of existing centres including recording accurate and timely customer intelligence.
• Resolve programme/service issues, troubleshoot challenges and support centres that are having difficulty accessing resources, registering their course(s) and/or learners.
• Support centres as they work through various policies and procedures. For example, the maintain and withdrawal procedures.
• Support Business Development strategies to meet agreed objectives and budgets.
• Utilise insight and reporting systems (various) to provide analysis and updates in relation to learner registrations and other centre insight metrics.
• Ensure sales planning, pipeline and forecasting exercises are completed on a regular basis, including annual budgeting to maximise learner and programme registration opportunities.
• Any other centre-facing tasks that need completing at various times of the year.
• To carry out any other duties as requested to support the work of the Leadership Skills Foundation commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of the post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.
