About the Role
As a Fundraising Group Moderator, you’ll manage Facebook groups of up to 10,000 challenge participants, providing exceptional supporter care and helping participants raise five‑ and six‑figure sums for some of the biggest names in the charity sector.
This role is ideal for experienced fundraisers looking for flexible freelance work or an additional income stream. You’ll work remotely, using your own laptop and WiFi, and bring your personality, empathy and initiative to every interaction.
You must be able to begin moderation at 9am (or earlier), wrap up by 9pm, and maintain our sub‑three‑hour response time.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the charity’s voice, uphold brand guidelines and act as the charity representative
Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive group environment
Identify, report, escalate and signpost all safeguarding concerns
Provide warm, friendly and informal supporter care, bringing your own personality to create an exceptional participant experience

Workload & Peak Periods
Our challenge calendar has natural peaks, and moderators must be prepared for increased activity during September-November and January-March. These months see higher participant numbers and more concurrent events, meaning more posts, questions and supporter interactions. In addition to these seasonal surges, the first and last day of every month are consistently the busiest, as participants start and complete their challenge.
We maintain a flexible, supportive team culture, and to keep this fairness and flexibility in place, moderators must be willing to work occasional bank holidays and be available on the first or last day of each month, when group activity is at its highest.
Working Pattern
Moderation takes place between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
Rather than working in one continuous block, you’ll complete your hours in short check-ins across the day to maintain coverage and meet response time targets.
Each account is allocated a set number of ‘active moderation hours’ per day (e.g. 2-3 hours), which are spread across multiple sessions. For example, 3 hours may be split into 5-6 check-ins throughout the day.
You must be able to:
Start moderation from 9am (or earlier)
Monitor activity throughout the day
Complete a final check before 9pm and be present to sign off at 9pm
Adhere to our sub-3-hour response time

You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including supporting formal committees and maintaining accurate records.
Strong IT and time management skills are essential, along with experience working with learner management systems and service processes. Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and medical education frameworks is desirable. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

Relationship Fundraising Manager

This role is home-based with mobile working. The Head of Delivery & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the
successful implementation, quality of outcomes, and retention of DFN Project SEARCH programmes
across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Iberia, in line with our franchise agreement from Project
SEARCH . This role leads the Delivery & Partnerships team, ensuring strategic alignment, excellence

The Community Fundraising and Volunteers Manager is responsible for managing and delivering an ambitious, values-led community fundraising programme that meets Muslim Aid's income targets while deepening community engagement and volunteer impact.
Working within Muslim Aid's Growth Department and reporting to the Head of Growth, the post-holder will lead a dedicated team, oversee all community fundraising campaigns (including Ramadan, Qurbani and Emergency appeals), and manage a national volunteer network. The role ensures all activity is compliant with regulatory, ethical and Islamic values-based standards and that Muslim Aid's community fundraising is delivered in line with the MAUK Growth Strategy 2026–2030.

About the role:
At the heart of Camden’s mission to end rough sleeping, we are recruiting Project Workers across two short-stay accommodation services, with one role based at Gray’s Inn Road and one role based at the Rough Sleepers Hub Assessment Centre at 165 King’s Cross Road. Both services support people experiencing rough sleeping to move away from the streets and towards safe, sustainable housing, but each plays a slightly different role in that journey.
Gray’s Inn Road provides short-stay accommodation for 16 people, usually for three to six months. Funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and the Greater London Authority, and delivered in partnership with One Housing Group and Camden Council, the service offers focused, trauma-informed support for people facing overlapping challenges including homelessness, poor physical and mental health, substance use, trauma and contact with the criminal justice system. As a Project Worker, you’ll hold a caseload, complete in-depth assessments, build tailored support plans and work alongside each person to develop practical life skills, confidence and clear pathways into longer-term housing and independence.
At 165 King’s Cross Road, the Rough Sleepers Hub Assessment Centre provides 16 beds through a shorter, assessment-led model, with planned move-on typically within 28 days. This is a fast-paced service focused on momentum, opportunity and the right next step. You’ll carry out meaningful assessments, respond to complex situations, create personalised support plans and offer practical, hands-on support around housing pathways, wellbeing, daily living skills and opportunities to access training or employment.
Whichever service you join, you’ll work in a psychologically informed and trauma-aware environment, alongside partners including Camden Routes off the Streets, Inroads, Connect Forward and the Adult Pathway. You’ll also contribute to the safe and effective running of the service, while being supported through reflective practice, high-quality training and clear development opportunities. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team that believes rough sleeping should be rare, brief and not repeated, and that every person deserves the chance to move forward with confidence and hope.
