Fowler’s Syndrome UK (FSUK) is the only charity in the world dedicated to women (and afab) with Fowler’s Syndrome or Chronic Idiopathic Urinary Retention; a life-changing and poorly understood bladder condition that causes full or partial urinary retention.

The CEO is looking to appoint a highly organised, pragmatic, and detail-focused professional to deliver executive, project and governance support on an initial fixed-term contract of 1 year.

In this vital role, you will harness your initiative as you provide proactive PA support to the CEO and Chairs of the medical and trustee boards, while delivering project and event coordination across FSUK’s core programmes.

Excitingly, alongside executive and governance administration and support and ensuring that the charity maintains the highest standards of compliance and record-keeping, you will also be responsible for project management of two major initiatives such as FSUK’s flagship CURATE consensus project, alongside their annual two-day conference. From coordinating clinicians and steering groups, to managing logistics, guest travel, supplier liaison, and on-the-day delivery, you’ll ensure these complex projects run efficiently. You will also assist with grant applications, research activity, and the production of project trackers and reports.

About the Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. A UK registered charity, we work in collaboration with Palestinian communities and trusted local partners, and coordinate with key stakeholders and relevant clusters, to meet a wide range of health and social needs, from providing vital medical aid in emergencies, to supporting the development of better health services for the long term. Responsibilities

Strategy, vision and leadership

• Be accountable to the CEO and Board in the areas of finance, technology, risk and compliance, supply chain and logistics, and safety and security.
• Advise the CEO and SMT on all these areas as well as on legal, governance and related policy matters.
• Work closely with SMT colleagues to ensure that appropriate processes and systems are in place across the organisation, including delivery against KPIs.
• Serve as the management liaison to the Finance & Operations Committee, Audit Risk & Governance Committee and, where required, to the Board of Trustees; effectively communicate and present critical matters under their responsibility at governance meetings.
• Ensure robust, secure and scalable IT systems and infrastructure. Lead on information governance & data protection and identify and drive opportunities for digital transformation.
• Provide strategic leadership for supply chain management at MAP to ensure an efficient, effective and accountable supply chain policies and practices that meet MAP’s needs.
• Ensure a robust framework and system for identifying, assessing and mitigating risks across thenorganisation in line with MAP’s risk appetite.

About the Role

The Cybersecurity Officer will support the Cybersecurity Manager in protecting the charity’s digital assets and ensuring compliance with internal security policies and relevant international standards. This role will assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining cybersecurity controls across our technology environment, and is ideal for someone early in their cybersecurity career with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to meaningful humanitarian work.

About You

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 security stack, including Defender and Intune.  Hands-on experience with any of the following: Ubiquiti, SharePoint, Egress, or Cloudflare.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity tools and controls (e.g., 
endpoint protection, firewalls, secure email gateways, MFA, etc.).
• Monitor security alerts and reports from tools like Microsoft Defender, Bitdefender, 
WatchGuard, and Cloudflare, escalating potential incidents to the Cybersecurity 
Manager.
• Support user access management and ensure policies for identity and access control 
are followed using systems like SSO and Intune.
• Help manage and track security awareness initiatives (e.g., phishing simulations via 
SoSafe).
• Assist in vulnerability scanning and basic risk assessments across networks and 
systems.
• Contribute to incident response efforts under the guidance of the Cybersecurity 
Manager.
• Document findings, maintain logs, and support audit and compliance activities.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Medair UK team as we are seeking a part-time Operations Support Officer. The post holder will be responsible for Medair UK’s financial and office administration, including maintenance of the organisation’s CRM database and some fundraising support. You will ensure the accurate processing and timely delivery of donor and financial information and acting as first point of contact for the organisation, you will be responding to supporter enquiries. You will also provide general office, and IT support to the Head of Operations.

Key Activities

      Donation Processing

• Responsible for the timely recording and processing of all incoming donations (including via our website, bank account, third party platforms and cheques) into the Medair UK CRM (Salesforce).
• Ensure all donors receive gift acknowledgements / thank you letters corresponding to each gift received.
• Maintain up-to-date records of donors, staff and other contacts in the Medair UK database.
• Process and record completed Gift Aid declarations and support in the regular reclaim of Gift Aid.

      Financial Administration

• Inputting of all financial data (income and expenditure) into Quick Books.
• Preparing and following up suppliers invoices for payment.
• Processing expenses claims.
• Managing the banking of income and supporter cheques.
• Support the Head of Operations to implement the month and year end reconciliation process for both Salesforce and Quick Books.

      Facilities & Office Management

• Act as first point of contact for the office and public enquiries, responding to incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Answer basic enquiries about Medair's work and distributing information to supporters and others as required.
• Manage and order office supplies, stationery and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment, administrating risk assessments, H&S and fire safety procedures.

      Information Technology

• Ensuring the maintenance of the IT system and handling minor in-house IT technical issues for staff and volunteers. 
• Liaising with the Global Support Office IT Helpdesk team to ensure the timely set up of IT for new staff and volunteers – i.e. setting up email addresses, and relevant permissions.
• Ensuring that IT permissions are current, and that these are amended as and when staff and volunteers leave.
• Assisting with continuous improvements in Medair UK’s use of IT.

​    Engagement Support

• Supporting fundraising activities with data segmentation and the production of standard and custom reports in Salesforce
• Supporting the production and automation of email newsletter and appeals via Campaign Monitor
• Setting up new Salesforce campaigns with tailored reports and dashboards to track donations.
• Producing digital surveys and web-forms as required.
• Providing support to Medair’s virtual events, including the technical administration of Zoom and pre and post event attendee administration.           

      HR Administration

The Role

What will I be doing?

• Managing a portfolio of public engagement events, including the delivery of the summer exhibition in Dublin each year and public engagement events across NI, Scotland and Wales
• Working with colleagues from across the organisation, particularly those in the Membership and National teams to support member led or member involved approaches to public engagement, with members supported and enabled to deliver appropriate activities that impactfully contribute to the IOP’s strategic goals.

The IT systems and infrastructure transition lead will lead on the implementation of the key strands of the recently completed strategic review of IT services at Fulham Palace. The strategy and its outputs are part funded by external grant making organisations.

What the job involves

Prostate Cancer UK offers a range of services to support men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones. These include a multi-channel helpline, printed and online health information, 1:1 peer support and an online community.

We’re looking for a Support Services Innovation Manager to join us in an exciting new role, focused on growing the services’ reach, personalisation and variety, and helping them respond to key challenges. These include rising prostate cancer rates, more complex care pathways and treatments, shifting expectations around healthcare, and rapid changes in online behaviour due to evolving consumer-facing AI technology.

We’re also in the process of developing an ambitious new 10-year strategy for the charity, and you’ll play a key role in setting the terms for how we approach service development across this horizon. You'll carry out a discovery phase to explore the internal and external factors shaping our services, followed by a summary report with recommendations for innovation. Drawing on these insights, you’ll deliver and evaluate innovation use cases, ranging from MVPs to ready-to-implement solutions.

Alongside specific deliverables, you'll play a broader role across the Support Services team, spotting opportunities for innovation across service delivery, supporting business case development, and helping build our capability to evaluate service impact. You’ll use data to shape recommendations, foster an innovation mindset, and support colleagues to experiment, test and learn. The Music Executive is at the heart of the Music team. We create powerful experiences that bring people together to inspire and entertain. This role works with our music industry specialists to develop and deliver new activity across our portfolio of sector-leading live events, campaigns and activations supported by the UK music industry. Exciting Opportunity: new role of 0.6 FTE Muslim Chaplain within Heathrow Multi Faith Chaplaincy

Heathrow Multi Faith Chaplaincy Charity (CIO) is based at Heathrow Airport and is dedicated to supporting everyone’s life journey.

Are you a compassionate Muslim faith leader with chaplaincy experience, passionate to  support diverse communities?

We are seeking to appoint a 0.6 FTE Muslim Chaplain to join our team at Heathrow Multi Faith Chaplaincy. Heathrow is the UK’s only hub airport and the best-connected airport in the world. In this frontline chaplaincy role, you will offer pastoral care and spiritual support to people of all faiths and none. PROGRAMMES COORDINATOR, YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Job Purpose: To work with the Youth & Universities team to deliver F&BF’s programmes and projects

Salary: £29,802 – £32,565, depending on experience

Contract: 1 year fixed term

Hours: 37.5 hours/week including occasional evening meetings

Reports to: Rachel Cohen, Senior Programmes Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

All activities will be undertaken in collaboration with the Youth Voice & Universities team.

Delivery

· To support delivery of the UN award-winning ParliaMentors programme (1.5 days per week):

o Being responsible for 2 teams of university students.

o Supporting 12 London-based students by: having 1:1 coaching calls with each of them to offer guidance and support; conducting sessions to support the teams with their social action projects and identifying area for development; conducting sessions to work through any team dynamic issues that arise.

o Supporting with facilitation of workshops related to social action, politics, leadership and interfaith.

o Administrative and logistical support (e.g., room bookings, processing reimbursements, coordinating student travels).

· To support delivery of City Bridge Trust (CBT) work (3.5 days per week):

o Responsible for overseeing the deliverables for this funder, ensuring all deadlines are met.

o Responsible for delivering four interfaith trainings for Local Authorities within London.

o Planning and delivering the annual Youth Interfaith Summit, the UK’s largest interfaith event for the climate.

o Coordinating the Youth Advisory Board, a group of young interfaith activists who will codesign the Summit.

o Responsible for coordinating the remainder of the Youth Forum for Faith and Ecology in partnership with LSE.

o Identifying and facilitating partnerships between alumni network and other relevant organizations.

o Coordinate collection and analysis of M&E data for internal and funder reporting, and production of case studies.

· To lead on social media for the Y&U team

o Responsible for creating a minimum of four posts per month for Instagram and LinkedIn for the F&BF and ParliaMentors accounts.

· To perform administrative and logistical tasks using agreed process and conventions including planning, activity/event delivery, finance, tracking expenditure.

· To monitor and evaluate delivery, and to assist with the creation of those procedures

· To follow a schedule of reporting requirements for own project and leading on the production of those reports.

Reporting to the commercial and visitor experience manager (CVEM), you will develop and co-ordinate public events and filming taking place on site.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and quick-thinking public events and filming manager. Someone full of ideas and with a passion for generating income and promoting Fulham Palace, helping the organisation grow and develop.
