About the role 

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll champion the power of brand and lead the development and delivery of integrated multi-channel campaigns. As we increase our focus on brand marketing, you’ll bring the brand to life for audiences, help strengthen understanding of its role and value across the organisation, and use insight and brand health data to inform decisions.

You’ll combine strong project management with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Confident in delivery as well as collaboration, you’ll ensure campaigns are impactful, creative and make the most of opportunities to strengthen our brand.

About the Role

Alongside other Crisis Cafe/Helpline Coordinators, you will be a key member of the Crisis team, providing effective operational leadership delivering the Nightlight Crisis Café and Helpline Service.

You will ensure the delivery and development of quality crisis support services and instilling Hertfordshire Mind Network’s values throughout the provision. You will provide management support to Crisis Café/Helpline Mental Health Support Workers and volunteers and support the Crisis Café Team Leads in ensuring practice within the service is safe, effective and person-centred.

About the Service

Hertfordshire Mind Network’s Nightlight Service (Cafés, Helpline, 24/7 Crisis House, A&E Liaison service and Daylight provision) is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention, and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways.

We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our Helpline, Cafes and 24/7 Crisis House. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary. As a member of our diverse team, you will work closely with service users in crisis, by using a person-centred approach to ensure that everyone is supported with dignity and respect. By honouring the individual experience of each service user, we are able to respect their autonomy as well as encourage and facilitate positive steps towards management of crisis and recovery.

The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Services are:

• To improve the mental and emotional wellbeing of people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire.
• To provide 24/7 support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
• To increase early access to help for people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire, by providing a clear and effective pathway to other services provided by HMN and other third sector and statutory providers.
• To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
• To provide an alternative pathway to people in distress and crisis to support better outcomes and reduce the demand on statutory crisis services and emergency services.

Job Description

The Chartered College of Teaching is currently working on a number of exciting projects, and is recruiting a Teacher Development Specialist to support this work. This is a fixed term position which will focus on supporting the delivery of a key strand of our work relating to teacher and leadership development in the context of educational technology (EdTech) implementation. The Opportunity

The Teacher Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting our work around teacher and leadership development, and delivering one of our key projects focusing on understanding effective practice in relation to building expertise through collaboration. Drawing on their deep understanding of research, evidence and practice around teacher development, the Teacher Development Specialist will look to identify and build on existing practices and will seek to understand how as a profession we might encourage innovation and knowledge-sharing across the education sector. They will work with internal colleagues and wider stakeholders to understand how these practices might best apply to the field of Education Technology (EdTech).

This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone who is interested in using research and evidence to build collective understanding of effective practices across the sector.

You will work as part of an internal project team, leading on a key deliverable relating to strengthening expertise through collaboration, specifically within the context of Educational Technology.

Disseminating learning

About this key role

As an Education Liaison Specialist Caseworker, you will provide specialist education support to children and young people who are disengaged from learning or at risk of exclusion, many of whom have experienced trauma, exploitation or significant disadvantage.

You will manage a caseload of children and young people, delivering one-to-one interventions and group sessions within Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), Alternative Provision and community settings. Working collaboratively with families, schools and professionals, you will help children access safe, appropriate education pathways while ensuring their voice remains central to every stage of support.

You will also advocate for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping families navigate education systems and secure the support needed to improve attendance, engagement and long-term outcomes.

Main responsibilities

Financial Operations and Treasury Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring effective controls and timely processing of transactions.
