What does this role do?
As Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, you’ll:

• be the organisational expert on Microsoft Azure solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation, with the ability to translate their complex requirements into effective solutions,
• produce high-level and low-level architecture artefacts, ensuring quality and consistency at all times, and working closely with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver,
• ensure solutions are designed with overall strategy, architecture and data management principles in mind – you’ll clearly understand how the solutions enable the delivery of our strategy,
• work closely with IT colleagues, from understanding requirements to contributing to Agile delivery frameworks, collaborating effectively every step of the walk,
• contribute to the ongoing evolution of Dogs Trust’s enterprise architecture strategy, always looking for opportunities to optimise and enhance processes.

This role covers our Senior Social Media Officer’s maternity leave and takes full ownership of our social media strategy and execution across all platforms. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strategic thinking, creative leadership and strong analytical skills.

Job Description

The Head of Delivery & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the 
successful implementation, quality of outcomes, and retention of DFN Project SEARCH programmes 
across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Iberia, in line with our franchise agreement from Project 
SEARCH . This role leads the Delivery & Partnerships team, ensuring strategic alignment, excellence 
of delivery, and sustained impactful partnerships.
You will play a pivotal role in driving programme quality, ensuring retention, maintaining model 
fidelity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for interns. Additionally, you will oversee the growth of 
our number of programmes, in line with our strategic regional and national plans. You will also 
contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation, working closely with cross-functional teams 
to maximise DFN Project SEARCH’s impact.
Regular travel throughout the UK will be required, with occasional travel to other areas of our delivery. 
In addition, occasional international travel may be required, for example to the annual conference in 
the United States.

About the role

What does this role do?
As a Legacy Officer, you will: 

• manage a caseload of pecuniary, specific, life interest, and residuary legacies, ensuring the charity receives its full entitlement and maximising value where possible,
• liaise with external stakeholders, such as executors or solicitors, handling sensitive conversations efficiently and professionally,
• review estate accounts, including the allocation of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT), to confirm estates are correctly administered,
• represent the charity’s interests in all legacy-related correspondence, handling queries from legal professionals and the public with professionalism,
• maintain accurate records using the First Class 4 database, support with reporting, and escalate significant matters to senior legal staff as needed.

With proven experience in legacy administration, you will have good knowledge of wills, probate, tax and trust law. Global Programs Events and Project Coordinator

Job Overall goal: Support the delivery of global events and the creation of a range of content, ensuring both align with the charity’s objectives, including activities designed for a global audience.

Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the administration and delivery of events, ensuring smooth coordination, logistics, and a high-quality participant experience. Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Support

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of event logistics.

• Verify and input donor data, including demographic, membership, and personal information, into the membership database

Through long-term partnerships, insight-led philanthropy and community investment, the Foundation helps donors achieve their charitable goals while directing funding where it can make the greatest difference.
 
This role is offered on a permanent basis, on a full/part time or flexible basis. The salary is £29,000–£40,000, depending on experience. The role is hybrid, with staff attending the Woking office on Mondays and working remotely on other days (with occasional evening/weekend commitments for events, with time off in lieu).

As Fund Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing philanthropy and supporting communities across Surrey. Working closely with donors, fund holders and partners, you will develop and manage a portfolio of funds, helping donors maximise their impact while building long-term relationships that support sustainable growth. You will lead on developing new opportunities with corporates, trusts and foundations, and professional advisers, while acting as an ambassador for the organisation. Alongside income generation, you will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to connect donors with local causes and ensure funding delivers meaningful impact across Surrey's voluntary and community sector.

CFS are looking for an experienced relationship-builder with a strong track record in income generation, donor stewardship and partnership development. You will have experience working with corporates, trusts and foundations, donors or other high-value stakeholders, alongside the ability to develop fundraising strategies, manage competing priorities and build lasting relationships. Line management experience is essential, as is the confidence to engage a wide range of audiences and represent the Foundation externally. Most importantly, you will be passionate about supporting local communities and motivated by the opportunity to help grow giving and create lasting social impact across Surrey.

What you'll do:
- Ensure all live and test application environments are maintained in compliance with Look Ahead's IT policies and guidelines to meet business needs by working with colleagues and the Business Systems Manager to manage system security and coordinate system changes, patch installations, database copies and upgrades, as applicable.

- Provide application configuration, support, and administration for Nourish (Care plans) and Camascope (eMARS), and cover for other key business systems including MHR's iTrent (Recruitment, HR & Payroll), Cx (Housing Management & Customer Support Plans), OnTrack (Domestic Abuse) and any other applications and products being deployed through the Digital Transformation programme.

- Act as the subject matter expert and coordination point for Nourish and Camascope specific support activities, including updating support tickets and associated details and responses via the ticketing system.

- Manage ticket and incident escalations, as appropriate.

- Support the application owners, business users and team members with the building and running of reports from Nourish and Camascope when required for urgent organisation needs, such as regulator requirements or responding to serious incidents.

About the role

The fundraising products marketing officer will assist with the marketing of two of our flagship products – the Pink Ribbon Walks and Walk 100 virtual challenges, as well as having opportunities to work on other projects across the public fundraising team and wider engagement directorate.

About you

This role is focussed on the effective delivery of our integrated warm and cold marketing campaigns. Along with the community and events marketing manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the Pink Ribbon Walks and Walk 100 campaigns.
