About the role 

We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You’ll lead on all content across the organisation, including two blogs (our Career Advice blog for candidates and our Recruiter Insights blog for recruiters), our email and e-newsletter copy, sales collateral, product messaging, PR campaigns and anything else needing an expert editorial eye. 

Annual leave: 25 days (+ bank holidays) 
Reporting line: you’ll report to the Marketing Director and be part of the Marketing team. 
Hours: 9am-5.30pm (with reduced hours of 9am – 5pm in December and August). Flexibility will be considered. 
Working arrangements: this is a hybrid role, with two fixed days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) working in the office.

• Regularly planning and producing content for the CharityJob blogs. 

• Updating the content calendar with article revisions and new content in line with business needs, seasonal trends and sector updates.

• Continually monitoring and maintaining our existing blog content, including optimising performance, working with our external agency to fill content gaps and conducting keyword research to improve organic content reach. 

• Leading on SEO across the organisation, including managing our relationship with our external agency, acting on their recommendations and liaising with our in-house development team. 

• Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager to write copy for promotional and service emails and trigger campaigns. 

• Working closely with our external agency to manage digital PR campaigns to raise awareness of CharityJob and our products with trade, local and national press. 

• Editing product copy to make sure that the right messages and prompts appear in the right places and in the right tone of voice across our website and products to help achieve business objectives. 

• Producing supporting or customer-facing documents for our sales team. 

• Writing guides and other long-form content, and briefing designers to deliver a finished product. 

• Managing content produced for and with CharityJob’s partner organisations.

• Copyediting and proofreading copy and documents across the organisation. 
   

This job is for you if: 

• You understand the role of content marketing in the overall marketing strategy and customer journey. 

• You have excellent copywriting skills, particularly for email campaigns and landing pages.

We’re looking for an IT Projects Manager to join a small, busy IT team at the UK’s leading specialist centre for complex neuro-disability. The work matters. The projects you deliver help our clinical, operational and corporate teams give better care to the people who depend on us.

You’ll own a varied portfolio of IT projects from start to finish: planning, budgets, suppliers, risk, governance and delivery. We want a project manager who can work both in the detail of a project plan one day, and shaping the bigger picture with senior leadership the next. This is a central role in a small technology team, so your judgement and the relationships you build will really count.

What you’ll bring

• A track record of delivering IT projects to time, cost and quality in a complex organisation
• Strong people skills, so you can talk to clinicians, senior leaders and suppliers and be understood by all of them
• A practical, problem-solving approach to risk, change and competing priorities

As campaign project coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Breast Cancer Now’s ambitious £60m philanthropic campaign. About the role

This is a part-time, permanent role (14 hours per week) that sits at the heart of LAH's operations and administration. As our Bookkeeper, you will ensure our financial records are accurate, our compliance obligations are met, and our senior team has the reliable information they need to make good decisions.

Day to day, you will process invoices and payments, reconcile bank accounts, prepare records for our annual audit, manage our income tracking across all programmes, and support payroll administration, all using Xero. You will report directly to the Director and work closely with the wider team.

This is not a back-office role at a distance from our mission. You will be on-site with us, part of the team, and your work will be visible and valued.

What we are looking for

You will bring at least two years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in the voluntary sector, alongside a relevant accounting qualification (IAB, AAT or equivalent). You’re comfortable taking ownership of complex work in resource‑constrained environments, improving quality and reliability, and working directly with users to translate real needs into effective solutions. We are looking for a registered Social Worker Safeguarding Lead to join the Cranstoun Worcestershire service. 

Cranstoun Worcestershire delivers drug and alcohol treatment services across the county, with teams working closely with partners to support individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol use. 

You will take the lead on safeguarding across the service, providing expert advice, guidance and oversight on complex cases involving adults and children. You will support practitioners through consultation, supervision and training, and ensure safeguarding practice meets statutory requirements and professional standards. 

You will also play a key role in multi-agency working, representing the service at safeguarding forums, contributing to MARAC and child/adult safeguarding processes, and supporting continuous improvement through audits and service development. 

The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your ability to provide strong professional leadership and make defensible decisions in complex safeguarding situations, ensuring the people we support are protected and empowered.

We are looking for an organised, proactive individual with experience in health and social care, who has experience of managing and coordinating a high-volume referral system or similar core service pathway.

You will oversee referral and allocation processes across the service, ensuring timely assessment, prioritisation and allocation to the right teams. You will manage demand, monitor referral volumes, and work with operational leads to address pressures and maintain a consistent flow into treatment.

Alongside this, you will take a lead role in supporting colleagues to improve decision-making at the point of referral, promoting high standards of practice, consistency, and accuracy in recording and allocation processes. You will also contribute to service improvement by reviewing pathways, identifying trends, and working with partners to enhance referral quality.

All post holders may be required to work some evenings, to meet our service delivery requirements. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

LAH is a community-led charity driven by and for Latin Americans in the UK. About the role

This is an exciting new post that will give you the space and support to grow our Communities & Culture offer, from cultural festivals and participatory arts to community gatherings and creative workshops. You will work alongside artists, community groups, and partners to build something truly meaningful, while also playing a key role in LAH's wider organisational development.

You will be bilingual in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of the experiences, challenges and strengths of Latin American communities in the UK. You will bring experience of leading community or cultural projects or intiiatives, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine commitment to social inclusion and equity.

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with Barnardo’s on a Senior In Memory and Legacy Marketing Executive role. This fixed-term position focuses on In Memory fundraising, legacy marketing and the Free Wills programme, owning supporter journeys and delivering multi-channel campaigns end to end to help grow income.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the In Memory fundraising programme, supporting supporter acquisition and stewardship activity
• Develop supporter journeys that improve engagement, care and retention across relevant channels
• Plan and deliver end-to-end campaigns (briefing, data selections, creative development, production management and evaluation)
• Manage campaign logistics across print and digital, collaborating with agencies and suppliers
• Use campaign performance data and insight to refine future planning and audience targeting
• Lead and develop the Free Wills programme with participating legal firms, supporting marketing activity through direct mail, telemarketing and digital channels
• Contribute to shaping a legacy events programme, supporting ongoing development and rollout

Person Specification

• Proven experience in legacy and/or In Memory fundraising or closely related supporter fundraising activity
• Strong direct marketing experience, including managing campaigns from planning through to evaluation
• Confidence delivering campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., mail, digital, telephony)
• Strong data and insight capability, using results to improve performance and future plans
• Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
• Understanding of supporter stewardship and supporter care, with a respectful and compassionate approach
• Experience coordinating print/digital production and working with agencies and suppliers

What’s on Offer
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until February 2027

Salary: £29,000 - £37,000 pro rata

Working Pattern: Flexible working- Hybrid or Remote
