Role Responsibilities
Delivery of the Spear Programme – Group and 1:1 coaching
- Preparing and coaching Spear Foundation sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme.

About the Role
We're recruiting a Positive Engagement Worker to join the team in Croydon in a 27 bed residential property which specialises in forensic mental health, complex needs and dual diagnosis. The team offers psychologically informed housing and resettlement support that comes with additional help for individuals’ specific needs. Our forensic mental health step down services consist of four individual sites which cater for high and medium support for both, men and women.
In this role, you will be at the centre of researching, sourcing, and providing various opportunities for our residents. This can include partnering with external employers for employment opportunities, liaising with colleges for courses and upskilling opportunities, or community based projects which residents can get involved in. The role is dynamic and you can put your own ideas forward to bring new ideas to the team to help support our residents have access to wider resources. You will work closely with the rest of the care and support teams to enhance the opportunities available to our residents.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
- Plan and deliver various activities which includes within the service and outside in the local community to help gain a sense of community and belonging. This can include days out to museums, community events and other areas of interest by our residents
- Plan in service events to bring residents together which could include group cooking sessions, games days, sporting events, and religious festivals.

As education quality assurance service officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of World Physiotherapy’s education quality assurance services, including programme accreditation and CPD recognition.

Person specification

It is expected that the individual will have a relevant degree, or equivalent professional experience in quality assurance, education administration, project coordination, or related field. Specialist Behaviour Support Workers are responsible for supporting people with learning disabilities and behavioural needs to live full lives, develop skills, and maintain their wellbeing.
The Common Road Service is a CQC registered is a home for one customer with learning disabilities and Autism, and supported by staff two to one 24 hours 7 days a week we are looking to maintain a staff team with an excellent value base to support the customer to build his life and develop his skills as an independent person.
What you'll do:
- Supporting the customer to undertake a full timetable of preferred activities including art, visiting galleries, attending community groups, visiting local amenities, and introducing them to new activities to expand their horizons and networks.
- Developing the customer's independent living skills and involving them in all aspects of maintaining and developing their home, including cooking, shopping, cleaning, and decorating.
- Enabling the customer to keep up with the important people in their life and to meet new people with shared interests.
- Supporting the customer to communicate their wants and needs and communicating with them in a person-centred way.
- Supporting the customer to manage their anxieties and frustrations, using Positive Behaviour Support and Autism-specific approaches.
- Collating a range of behavioural data and essential paperwork to be analysed within our local management structure.

About the role
As Senior Fundraiser, you will lead on a portfolio of mass participation fundraising initiatives, using your project management strengths to drive income, enhance supporter experience, and deliver high-quality campaigns at scale.
A significant part of your role will be owning and developing the DIY fundraising programme-supporting hundreds of individuals each year who choose to fundraise in their own way, whether through workplace bake sales, personal challenges or large-scale activities. You'll review and streamline user journeys, improve efficiency across supporter touchpoints, and use data-driven insight to strengthen engagement and fundraising performance.
You will also project manage a new virtual fundraising product for schools. Working closely with the Schools Fundraising Manager, you will coordinate the campaign's full lifecycle-from planning, budgeting and marketing, to delivery, evaluation and future innovation.

Your key responsibilities:
Project manage DIY fundraising and schools fundraising activities to meet agreed income and participation targets
- Lead on acquisition and stewardship for DIY fundraisers, ensuring excellent supporter experience across mass, workplace and school audiences
- Project manage the schools challenge from planning to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement
- Use data-led insight to analyse campaign performance and implement improvements to supporter journeys and campaign efficiency
- Develop new activity ideas and improve existing offers to increase participation, remittance rates and overall income
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Mass Participation Team and wider Engagement and Fundraising directorate
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external suppliers, partners and supporters

We’re looking for a passionate and confident Food and Farm Discovery Coordinator to inspire primary-aged children through hands-on food, farming and countryside learning. You’ll deliver engaging cooking, gardening and farm visit experiences, working closely with schools, farmers and food producers - particularly in areas of disadvantage.
What you’ll do
- Deliver Farm Discovery Days and the Food Discovery programme in schools
- Plan and lead farm visits, cooking and gardening sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and farm hosts

Time commitment & pay

Women in Prison (WiP)is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as women resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.
We are looking for a professional to join WiP’s new fundraising team which secures funding from a range of sources including individual donors, corporate supporters, and charitable trusts and foundations. This role will contribute to the foundations for Women in Prison’s ambitious fundraising plans leading on securing gifts from trusts and grants and ensuring that all secured grants are well managed and effectively reported on. You will be responsible for identifying new funding opportunities and ensuring these are assessed and responded to in collaboration with staff across the organisation. This is a new addition to the team and you will be working alongside the current part time Trusts and Foundations Manager, Senior Fundraising Executive and Fundraising Assistant.
