Regenerate is looking to recruit a highly organised, efficient and focused grants officer. This integral role is all about thinking creatively and securing funding through applications to Trusts and Grant giving bodies.

The position requires someone with an attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. It requires an ability to think creatively and efficiently deliver applications and reports, keeping to strict deadlines.

To do this, you must be able to understand the impact of Regenerate’s work and creatively demonstrate its worth to a variety of current and potential stakeholders. You must also be able to accurately keep records and ensure data on applications, reports and other fundraising sources is well managed. In addition, you may be required to support the other areas of fundraising.

About us: Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Since 2003, Tender’s work has grown and diversified from a single workshop programme delivered to schools, into a broader range of programmes reaching both children and young people and professionals with a safeguarding responsibility such as teachers, youth workers, social care workers and foster carers. Tender’s programmes include Healthy Relationships projects delivered across England, projects delivered using online resources and technology, specialist projects for vulnerable children and young people, whole school and whole setting approaches, and training for professionals with safeguarding responsibility and in workplaces.

About the role: We now have a need for a coordinator to work closely with the whole development team (comprising a Development Director, Development Manager, Development Officer, Major Donor Consultant and the CEO) in coordinating all aspects of our fundraising work, from identifying prospects, creating compelling funding applications through to successfully managing relationships with funders. This role will give you experience of all of our funding streams, as well as exposure to our funders through your work in organising and managing our various events throughout the year, such as our annual awards.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting all members of the Development team to achieve the team’s annual fundraising targets
• Preparing and submitting applications in support of fundraising from trusts & foundations, statutory funders, corporates, major donors, and individual givers
• Supporting all members of the Development team to develop relationships with Tender’s funders and successfully steward relationships to achieve further funding
• Supporting the Development team in coordinating and delivering events in support of Tender’s fundraising activities

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with an understanding of dementia, and the needs of those affected with these conditions. We are looking for someone who is approachable and knowledgeable to join our knowledgeable and passionate team. Our Dementia Adviser’s support people in their homes. We interact face to face, over the telephone and virtually, to give people the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their future. As a community-based worker, you will be required to attend a range of meetings, appointments and venues as well as working from home.  

You will;

- Be empathetic and non-judgmental in your approach with a commitment to equal opportunity.
- It is desirable that you have knowledge and experience of Adult and Children Safeguarding, Information Governance policies and procedures and statutory laws such as the Mental Capacity Act

Role Objective

To work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial interest in Kooth Digital Health’s services in the UK healthcare setting by supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, online and in-person events and customer database management.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Delivery:

• Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and logistics of various commercially focused campaigns ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones and metrics are achieved.
• Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, providing support in defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating campaign logistics.
• Aid in the management of content on our digital platforms, such as email, social media, and online advertising, by helping with scheduling, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
• Provide assistance in the implementation and management of email campaigns, ensuring proper organisation of workflows and automated drip campaigns, and helping with metric tracking to inform continuous improvement and conversion rate optimisation efforts.
• Support the creation of digital content by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure materials align with campaign goals and adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Event Management:

• Assist in planning and coordinating in-person and online events, including conferences, roundtables, seminars and webinars. Travelling domestically and overnight stays will be required on occasion.
• Support logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, travel arrangement, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Marketing Operations:

• Develop and implement attribution models to track and analyse the contribution of various marketing channels to lead generation and conversion.

CRM and Database Management:

• Oversee the quality and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system (Hubspot).
• Work with APIs to integrate the CRM with other software solutions (Hubspot, Monday, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more) enhancing functionality and supporting cross-platform data exchange to map the entire customer journey.
• Integrate the CRM with email marketing to enable personalised and automated email nurture campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and recipient targeting.

Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience (Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience)
• Demonstrable experience in event management as well as evidence of collaborating with a range of internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, unique in-person experiences
• Proven track record in a previous digital marketing function with evidence of campaigns/collateral/content that you have created or contributed to and insight into their performance
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.

Role Objective

To raise awareness and promote Kooth to children and young people (and/or Qwell to adults) by engaging with trusted referrers including schools, colleges, GPs, A&E, pharmacies, community groups, sports clubs and charities. This role involves weekly travel.

Main responsibilities: 

Promote Kooth to young people in schools and colleges

• Maintain an up to date, comprehensive database of all secondary schools and FE/ Sixth Form colleges in contract area(s)
• Maintain an up to date, comprehensive database of all GP surgeries and medical centres in contract area(s)
• All new contacts including local service providers and voluntary organisations to be uploaded into Salesforce
• Prioritise engagement of at least the top 25% of all secondary schools and colleges that are the largest (no. of students) in contract areas
• Prioritise engagement of at least the top 25% of all secondary schools and colleges that are the most deprived (pupil premium)
• Take a strategic approach to diary management and planning outreach to maximise reach and engagement across whole contract area(s)
• Use monthly data to assess and evolve your approach to maximise effectiveness of your local engagement - for all age groups, localities and demographics

Inform and promote Kooth (and Qwell where applicable) to referrers

• Engage education, healthcare & local community professionals to encourage them to refer young people to Kooth (and for Qwell to use for themselves or refer adults)

Our Carer Liaison Workers work within both local NHS Trusts (BRI and Southmead Hospitals), where they make a real difference, supporting adult carers – those who care for others who can’t manage without their help, when the person they care for goes into hospital.

You would provide information, advice and support, enabling carers to navigate their way through the intricacies of the hospital journey, whilst liaising with health and social care professionals to ensure the carers voice is heard and their needs are supported, including during discharge planning.

You would also work with hospital staff to improve their knowledge and experience of supporting carers, through development work and training.

You’ll be joining the team at a pivotal time for our charity. Having recently secured our core statutory income for the next 3 to 5 years we’re now looking to use that as a launchpad to grow and develop new and existing services.

The Communications Officer is a key supporting role within the Communications team. The post holder will research, write, and publish content across various channels, liaising with teams across the organisation to help identify content. They will report to the Communications Manager and contribute to the work of the wider communications team, helping to deliver marketing campaigns and the communications strategy. The post holder will have a data driven approach and be comfortable reporting on analytics, whether that’s in relation to PR, social media or on specific campaigns. About the role:

The SHP Somerset Cluster is based in the heart of the London’s theatre and shopping districts – the main hub is just off Drury Lane, with the other sites near Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. The aim of the service is to support people over the age of 18 to navigate various support needs and develop the skills required to maintain independent accommodation long term.   

As a multiple disadvantage (MD) referral and move on coordinator, you will work as part of a larger support team to ensure that consideration is given to the individual experiences of multiple disadvantage when it comes to accessing and moving on from our service.   

You will work with people from their first interaction with the service: at the point of referral, ensuring that all aspects of someone’s experience is considered by undertaking a trauma informed, culturally sensitive assessment and supporting your colleagues to develop their awareness of these experiences. 

From here you will then support their journey through the service by working alongside other support staff to foster a culture of move on, supporting the development of holistic and realistic move on goals.   

This work will be underpinned and supported through the development of a move on programme. This programme, developed and overseen by the MD Referral and Move on Coordinators in partnership with the Recovery and Opportunity Coordinators, will be not only look to develop confidence and ability to navigate social systems, but also be accredited through SHP’s AQA Registered Learning Centre.   

In addition, you will carry your own caseload for people living in the step-down services to ensure that they are prepared, equipped, and confident about moving on. This may include identifying current barriers within the system that can prevent someone from moving on successfully or within their set timeframe. 

About you:

• Experience of coordinating projects across multiple teams or people with varying roles to achieve successful outcomes for vulnerable people
• Knowledge and awareness of the intersection of needs in people facing multiple disadvantage & strong understanding of how the intersection & co-occurrence of these issues can make it difficult for people to engage with support or to move on from services.
• The ability to judge the appropriate response to situations that you find challenging or emotionally difficult
• The ability to work as part of a team to ensure that everyone is clear in their roles and provide peer support and guidance when needed, working through any arising conflict professionally and successfully
• Strong time management skills, ability to work on own initiative, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards.
• Excellent administrative and IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, database usage and e-mail, and the ability to interrogate and extrapolate data from various sources

We are looking to recruit a qualified Low Intensity Therapist (PWP). You will be actively committed to developing your skills in cognitive behavioural therapy in a primary care mental health setting. You will provide a Primary Care Psychological Therapies Service to customers of Mind in Bexley Talking Therapies with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, mainly of a mild to moderate severity and impact, primarily Steps 1 and 2 (Stepped Care).

You will deliver high quality, high volume, evidence-based low intensity therapy which will be short term and primarily cognitive behavioural and self-management interventions.

PWPs will offer a wide range of interventions, including telephone and online treatment CBT programmes, psycho-educational groups, courses, workshops, webinars and one-to-one work.

This is a fast-paced role and carries a high-volume caseload. The role is varied and constantly evolving.

 

Administration Officer – England Central

We are recruiting an Administration Officer to provide an effective and comprehensive range of administrative support to workstreams/projects, which will enable the charity to fulfil its function across Central England to a high-quality standard.

What you will do:

Coordinate training bookings, using the diary system, email and databases to ensure training is organised, allocated and delivered.

Create resource pack for colleagues delivering training courses and workshops.

Help to facilitate training delivery nationally, responding to email and telephone enquiries, ensuring preparation, materials, resources, venues, for all events are in place when required.

Help to plan, contribute to and attend PAPYRUS conferences, workshops and events as required.

Collate evaluations and feedback from training and project work.

Act as a first point of contact, including enquiries which may be complex in nature; assessing the nature and urgency of the correspondence and responding or referring to colleagues as appropriate.

Record all enquiries and contacts using the CRM database and ensure that the database is maintained and accurate at all times.

Assist with managing the office diary, arranging and organising meetings/bookings as required.

Manage stock and resources ensuring that the required items are available.

Administer petty cash as required in line with financial processes.

Respond to orders and other requests for information, from stakeholders, by phone, mail and email, according to policy and keep accurate and up to date records.

Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support the service as required (e.g., posting items, photocopying, scanning).

To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrable experience in an office administrator role or equivalent

A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and hands on IT experience of database packages including electronic filing systems and online platforms.

Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to resolve issues and identify solutions, seeking support and guidance where required

Do you want to make life better for LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse?

Galop, the UK’s LGBT+ anti-abuse charity, is seeking a Survivor Engagement Manager. Galop works directly with thousands of LGBT+ people who have experienced abuse and violence every year. We specialise in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, and other forms of abuse including honour-based abuse, forced marriage, and so-called conversion therapies. We are a service run by LGBT+ people, for LGBT+ people, and the needs of our community are at the centre of what we do. We are person-centred, empowerment-based, and trauma- informed – meaning our focus is always on helping our clients decide what is best for them, and then supporting them through their journey.

Our National Helpline for LGBT+ Victims and Survivors of Abuse and Violence offers emotional support, advice and signposting to LGBT+ victims and survivors of domestic abuse, so-called “conversion therapy”, sexual abuse and violence and hate crime. We are person- centred, empowerment-based, and trauma-informed – meaning our focus is always on helping our clients decide what is best for them, and then supporting them through their journey.

The Helpline Advisor will work as part of a team, answering calls, responding to emails and webchats on Galop’s National LGBT+ Helplines. This will include supporting callers who have been subjected to violence and abuse, including domestic abuse, hate crime, sexual violence, and so-called conversion therapies.

The role will also work to identify the needs of each person referred to our triage service, bringing them into our advocacy services where appropriate, offering one-off guidance and assistance, or referring elsewhere when the clients’ needs suggest this is the best route for them.

We’re looking for someone with a trauma-informed approach to supporting survivors. You’ll need to have good resilience and self-care, and a strong understanding of the needs of LGBT+ victims and survivors.

Given the nature of the role and the individuals that will be supported, we would particularly welcome and prioritise applications from the global majority (a person of colour) as long as they meet essential criteria for the role.

Please note, that there is a genuine occupational requirement under the Sexual Orientation Regulations 2003 for this post. It is considered essential that post holders have experience of LGBT+ needs, and impact of discrimination as the Helpline is run for LGBT+ people experiencing abuse and violence.

This role requires some weekend and evening work, which is agreed in advance. The role is based in Galop’s central London building but hybrid working is available.

Location: Galop’s offices are in London. A hybrid working model is available or full-time remote working may be considered.
Part-time - 28 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed term until 31 September 2025 (continuation after this point subject to additional funding).
Salary: £28,309.92 - £31,905.64 (pro rata at 0.8 FTE. Including an inner London weighting of £4,129.42 where relevant for employees based in London or working primarily in our London office)
