You will be working as part of the Marketing Team at animal welfare charity, Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS), helping to engage audiences and raise funds to support the charities work, which in turn will mean more animals receive life-saving veterinary care.
As our new Data Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and optimising our CRM system and ensuring data is used effectively across the charity to inform decisions, improve supporter engagement, and enhance fundraising performance. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will lead on data analysis and segmentation, helping us to deliver smarter, more targeted campaigns. You’ll also bring a forward-thinking approach by exploring how AI and automation can enhance our data capabilities, and you’ll be instrumental in understanding donor journeys to support long-term retention and engagement.
This is a new role and offers a great opportunity for the right candidate. There is some flexibility for hybrid working, but the role will require time at the Head Office in Cranborne, Dorset.

About Us
At Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) we champion animal welfare around the world. We send vets where they are needed most, provide expert veterinary training in hard-to-reach places, and ship urgent aid supplies worldwide, every day of the year.
We deploy teams of vets and vet nurses, send equipment and supplies to help struggling organisations on the front line of animal welfare, and train vets at our international training centres in India, Thailand, Malawi and the Galápagos Islands. We also work on strategic one health projects such as rabies elimination campaigns with Governments and NGOs all over the world. Our Mission Rabies project runs mass canine vaccination and community education in the world’s worst hotspots for the disease. Since the project began, over seven million dogs have been vaccinated against rabies and over 13 million children have been educated in rabies prevention, protecting the lives of people and animals.
Last year, WVS helped an animal every 14 seconds. We trained over 4,800 vets, deployed teams of vets all over the world, and sent over 1,700 parcels of veterinary supplies to 261 charities in 71 countries.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Support in the review of the effectiveness of our current CRM and the potential search for an alternative platform if required.
- Work with the Marketing team to design data-driven supporter journeys and targeting strategies.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance predictive analytics.
- Support colleagues across the charity in using CRM data effectively and responsibly.
- Explore and test AI tools and platforms to streamline data analysis and campaign performance tracking.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights into supporter behaviour to improve long-term donor retention and lifetime value.
- Keep up to date with data and AI trends in the non-profit and marketing sectors.
- Some evening and weekend working, to include travel, will likely be required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Two years' experience working with CRM systems (Donorfy is our current CRM but relevant experience across any CRM systems is valuable)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeted campaign delivery
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR best practices
- A passion for animal welfare
- A strong team player
- The ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends occasionally when the charity requires.

As the Facilities Manager, you will ensure the University’s buildings and working environment remain compliant, functional, efficient, and safe at all times from a hard services FM perspective. You will focus mainly on the Horizons site however you will also deputise for and support the Head of Facilities, in the wider work of the team.
You will champion sustainability, concentrating on elements relating to carbon management, energy, and water management. You will uphold building compliance and energy-related requirements, for example L8, ESOS and SECR, and provide advice and guidance to others as necessary. In addition, you will have full responsibility for contract management of FM service providers and proactively manage PPM at all University properties.
You must have extensive knowledge and experience of hard FM services and be a confident and experienced engineer. Other essentials include familiarity with a BMS, experience of ISO140001, BREEAM, and contractor management.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Ensure all building statutory testing takes place and act as the responsible person and duty holder across multiple systems, including but not limited to L8, Fgas, PAT testing, low voltage electrical systems and lifting equipment (LOLER)
- Proactively manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) at all University properties, including fire alarm and emergency lighting
- Assume full responsibility for contract management of FM service providers including utilities, air conditioning, the Building Management System, fire prevention, lift servicing, drainage and plumbing, and water hygiene testing (L8)
- Ensure that internal systems, procedures, and processes relevant to the role, support the delivery of the University’s sustainability aspirations

We’re looking for a Multilateral and Economic Diplomacy Adviser to bring strategic diplomacy and economic insight to our small but mighty advocacy team. This is a fixed-term role for 12-18 months, and we are open to secondments. This is a unique chance to work at the heart of global efforts to tackle air pollution and climate change.
In this role, you’ll help drive international action on clean air – shaping diplomatic strategies, building influential partnerships, and strengthening the economic case for bold, coordinated action. Our advocacy spans major global platforms including the UNFCCC COP and G20, as well as regional and mini-lateral diplomacy. It also includes working with governments, UN agencies, funders and civil society to deliver real‑world impact.
While expertise in both diplomacy and economics policy would be an advantage we are also interested to hear from candidates who are very strong in one of these areas.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver diplomatic strategies for putting air pollution action on the agenda at multi-lateral, regional and mini-lateral fora.
- Manage engagement with governments and multilateral bodies
- Represent CAF at international forums and support senior leaders’ high‑level engagements.
- Manage grants, service contracts and research projects that inform policy and diplomacy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and supporting cycling sessions, guided rides, and other cycling engagement initiatives for people of all backgrounds and cycling abilities

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
Empower a caseload of service users to manage their health and wellbeing. As part of a team, you will support a staffing rota offering support to service users between the hours of 8am-10pm Mon-Sun each week. In collaboration with your team, you will actively monitor wellbeing, mental health, housing and living environment to ensure service users journey into independence. Moreover, you will take a solution focused and co-produced approach to supporting service users with their move-on into independent living.

The Role

Role Description
The Programme Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of all student related events. This will include having a full understanding of the SEO-London law programmes; understanding the legal industry that the programme supports; how these fits into the SEO-London organisation and using this knowledge to liaise with students and client/partner firms to run, organise and market successful events. In turn this role will be responsible for using data to run reports to show the impact of each programme.
Reporting to the Head of Law Programme, you will make recommendations for possible changes and ideas to further support the student experience. The role will also ensure a seamless and professional level of customer care to all students of the Corporate Law Programme and City Solicitors Horizons scheme.
Accountabilities
DAY TO DAY DELIVERY OF EVENTS
- Responsible for the overall administration of all student events, with specific responsibility to ensure student communication is exceptional. Including event management, student and partner communication and coordination of all the relevant stakeholders, along with posting roles on opportunities pages, promoting events and managing the law commercial awareness newsletter content.
STUDENT MANAGEMENT & QUERY HANDLING
- Responsible for the relationship management of the students - including the ability to understand needs, resolve issues and anticipating and creating a strong relationship on behalf of SEO-London
- Responsible for managing student query escalations and to identify where there are opportunities to improve communication, marketing, or the type of events
- Responsible for managing the programme inbox (where applicable)
- Responsible for identifying creative and innovative ways to connect, educate and train students
- Provide oversight of cv support, screening, and recruitment preparation
- Responsible for attending campus events and representing SEO-London professionally with knowledge and enthusiasm
