The role
The Communications and Information Senior Coordinator plays a central role in delivering and evolving ELF’s communications, digital and patient education strategy.
The role combines strategic oversight, digital performance management and hands-on content development. The postholder will contribute to:
- The development of evidence-based patient information materials
- Strategic oversight of the ELF website and digital ecosystem
- Managing performance marketing activity, including the Google Ads Grant and PPC campaigns (with external service providers)
- Coordinating freelancers and supervising the Communications and Outreach Assistant

The Research co-ordinator will help provide a high-quality in-house prospect research service to support the alumni engagement strategy. The postholder will support the charities' strategic engagement and relationship-building efforts, with a particular focus on identifying, researching, and prioritising the charities most senior, influential, and high-potential alumni.

· Providing a high-quality in-house prospect research service to the Alumni team and senior leaders, to support strategic alumni and stakeholder engagement

The Alliance Coordinator (AC) will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Alliance and work closely with the Alliance Director. This is an exciting new role for the organisation which will focus on engaging with communities and recruiting and training volunteers to deliver peer support services for those living with lupus. As Community Services Coordinator you will work as part of a small, tight-knit team, and will facilitate co-production sessions with stakeholders across the lupus community, enabling beneficiaries to design and shape community-based services. The role will involve providing direct support to service users, producing regular reports, and supporting and managing volunteers to provide service resourcing. Purpose of the Role
To lead the effective, compassionate and compliant delivery of Tibet Relief Fund’s Sponsorship Programme, ensuring high-quality supporter care, strong overseas partnerships and robust administrative and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporter Care & Communications

Deliver high-quality, personalised supporter care via email, phone, post and in person

Manage communication between sponsors and sponsored individuals, ensuring exchanges are appropriate and safeguarding compliant

Support sponsor recruitment, onboarding and retention

Organise and oversee the annual exchange of letters and updates

Produce engaging sponsor communications and case studies based on partner information
2. Programme Administration & Data Management

Maintain accurate sponsorship records and ensure the integrity of the CRM database

Safeguard personal and financial data in line with data protection requirements

Acquire and manage updates from partner organisations, including reports and photographs
3. Financial Coordination

Reconcile sponsorship payments in collaboration with the Accounts Manager

About us: Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. About the role: We have been appointed as the secretariat of an Expert Reference Group (ERG) comprising a network of organisations in the London-wide violence against women and girls (VAWG) sector. The ERG supports the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) with its delivery of the Mayor’s VAWG strategy.
As the secretariat for the ERG, we will ensure that the VAWG sector is fully involved in MOPAC’s VAWG-related work. We will convene regular meetings and other opportunities for ERG members to raise, discuss and escalate to MOPAC relevant issues affecting the VAWG sector, ensure the needs of victim-survivors of VAWG are represented, and bring together the shared expertise and knowledge of the VAWG sector to provide expert insight to MOPAC’s VAWG-related work.
We are looking for a partner network coordinator to coordinate the operations of the ERG; support the partner network manager in liaising with MOPAC, the VAWG Board, and other key stakeholders; and ensure that the needs of both the VAWG sector and MOPAC are appropriately managed and represented through the ERG. The coordinator will work closely with the partner network manager, who will have overall responsibility for the operations of the ERG.
Key responsibilities: The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Coordinating and delivering all the activities of the ERG, ensuring timely and accurate communication of information between members
- Supporting the manager to strengthen relationships with all relevant stakeholders, in particular within MOPAC and organisations in the VAWG sector

TACT Wales are looking for a Male children's resource worker to collaborate with them to support a young male who lives with his very supportive foster family. The ideal Children's Resource Worker will already have some experience in engagement and participation with vulnerable young people who have experienced trauma, care experienced children or have similar experience in child-facing settings. Activities would include completing one-one work with life skills, and developing a trust relationship, and taking to activities. High level of flexibility required to cover weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Occasionally may be required to support with overnight residentials and night support within the foster home. Car driver and owning a car is essential. There will be opportunities for training and development for this role, as new workers join us at our organisation wide journey to become a fully trauma-informed organisation. You will need to have a passion for Interserve’s vision and mission as well as significant hands-on finance experience. You should be qualified in Financial Management or Book keeping, with a qualification at minimum AAT level 3 or equivalent as minimum.
