The Pop-up Shop Lead will manage all aspects of the Derry Castle Street Pop Up Shop, including leading and supporting volunteers, maximising income generation and ensuring an excellent customer and donor experience.

As this is a newly established pop-up shop, the post holder will play a key role in setting up, developing and embedding the shop within the local community during its first year of operation. This includes building volunteer capacity, developing donation streams, establishing effective shop systems and contributing to the evaluation of the pop-up model to inform future retail development.

The post holder will act as an ambassador for Concern Worldwide, ensuring the shop becomes a welcoming, sustainable and successful community retail space that supports Concern’s mission and raises awareness of its work and campaigns.

The Senior Finance Officer is a broad new role reporting to the Head of Finance. It provides a brilliant opportunity to learn and develop through contributing to most areas of our small finance team’s work including month-end close, payment run process, finance system administration, monthly budget-holder reporting, year end and audit, fundraising support and investments and banking administration. 

We are looking for a part qualified accountant or equivalent who can bring a good understanding of bookkeeping and double entry. As a role covering broad areas, you will also need a demonstrable understanding of charity accounting technicalities and recommended practice, ideally gained from working in the sector. With a high level of attention to detail, you should be proficient in the use of finance systems, with Advanced Excel skills, and an interest in utilising AI.

ECHO’s Outreach Coordinator will provide support to families of children and young people aged 0-25 affected by CHD (Congenital Heart Disease) and patients.

This role will have around 20% of time to focus on finding out the needs of 18-25 patients, parents, and siblings, and developing support and information for them.

We are an independent charity who support families treated by the Evelina, London & Royal Brompton, and Harefield hospital networks, and the CHD network of 47 local hospitals, and are based close to the Evelina London Children’s Hosptial.

Can you… work in a hospital environment, on the phone, and online; plan visits or events such as a zoo trip or a party; support children, young people, and families through diagnosis, treatment, care, and, at times, the loss of a child; and provide needs-led emotional, social, and practical support to children with heart conditions, their siblings, parents, and carers?

Can you also research the needs of 18–25-year-olds, develop peer support and programmes for them, and deliver this on a small budget with patient and carer input throughout?

This role provides high-quality emotional, social, and practical support to children with heart conditions, their siblings, parents, and carers, from birth to 25 years. You will deliver 1-to-1 outreach in the hospital and the community, lead play and wellbeing activities, and maintain a visiting programme across children’s departments, including PICU, Cardiac, and NICU. 20% of your focus is supporting young people aged 18–25, identifying their needs, assessing numbers, and developing peer support programmes. • Provide support to children, young people, and parents/carers affected by CHD from diagnosis to adult
• Research the support needs of younger adults, from 18 – 25 years across the CHD community, including patients, siblings/young carers, and parents/carers.
• Ensure EDI is a primary focus for ECHO – help us ensure everyone can access our services 
• Be there from diagnosis throughout childhood – work with our Youth Worker & Families and Volunteer Coordinator to ensure our families are supported
• Create ways to utilise the ECHO database to understand our own membershipsProvide information and support to families of children with heart conditions and those with additional needs
• Review and upgrade information for families, build strong relationships with referrers by attending meetings, providing talks and outreach across the network hospitals, delivering paediatric Cardiology services via Evelina London and the Royal Brompton
• Seek to offer support services to families treated locally in network hospitals – Annual mail out & visit
• Represent families throughout the community and consider the varied needs of ECHO members and how they might be included in our service offering
• Research what do young parents under 25 need, what about the needs of patients who are 18-25
• Provide fun sessions to children, young people and families
• Bringing like-minded people together, our events are a vital part of your work- some will be out of hours

About you:

The Special Events Officer is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the High Value Engagement, Fundraising team.​

You'll:​

• Support the Special Events team on a variety of tasks including sourcing prizes, managing guest lists, marketing, liaising with suppliers and thanking supporters. 
• Assist the Special Events manager in the research and delivery of new events.
• Lead on the delivery of third-party fundraising events.

Yeldall Manor is a Christian residential treatment centre near Reading for men struggling with addiction to drugs or alcohol. We are seeking someone strategic and relational to strengthen and develop all aspects of fundraising for Yeldall Manor, and to lead a new marketing and fundraising campaign. The appointee will join our senior leadership team and shape the next chapter of our development as we are at a pivotal moment of opportunity, with an ambitious vision to build our Christ-centred identity and practice, pursue excellence and impact, and expand our reach.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Lead supporter acquisition activities and build the portfolio of individuals, churches, trusts, corporates and other organisations supporting the work of Yeldall Manor.
• Build deep, mission-aligned partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
• Lead and implement an effective marketing and communications strategy to help position Yeldall Manor within the top tier of UK residential rehab centres.
• Lead and execute a high-impact fundraising strategy across major gifts, individual giving, churches, trusts & foundations, corporates, and legacies.
• Work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team to align income generation with Yeldall Manor’s strategic vision and programme outputs.
• Lead the development of funding applications for trusts & foundations.
• Provide leadership and nurture staff working on supporter acquisition, fundraising and marketing activities, empowering them to deliver with excellence.
• Inspire a culture of philanthropy throughout the organisation, rooted in strong values and relational excellence

You will be working alongside the existing Administration and Supporter Relations Manager, and other staff assisting with marketing and administration, based mainly at Yeldall Manor, which means you will have daily contact with those men whom you are helping. They inspire and motivate us just as much as we seek to encourage and support them.

JUSTICE is looking to recruit a new Executive Assistant to join our friendly, outcome-focused, values-led team. The successful post holder will be a highly organised and proactive professional who has supported multiple senior leaders simultaneously and who enjoys working autonomously whilst using their initiative to manage competing demands.

This role will suit someone who remains composed under pressure, exercises sound judgement when handling highly sensitive information, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Chief Executive and Directors’ work.

The Executive Assistant will be a key part of our small but dedicated organisation, contributing to the effectiveness of the Executive Team and supporting the wider mission of JUSTICE.
