We are recruiting for a Children and Young People’s Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ChISVA) to support and empower young survivors of sexual violence and abuse.
The ChISVA will provide information, support, advice and advocacy to children and young people who have experienced sexual assault or sexual abuse in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The post holder will deliver child-centred support to young survivors and non-abusing care givers around criminal justice processes, wellbeing, education and safety, while ensuring child protection procedures are followed at all times.
The post holder will work closely with other agencies such as Social Care, the Police, Education, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and voluntary sector organisations to ensure that children and young people are kept safe and are well supported. Job Profile
This role will lead CAFOD’s policy and advocacy work aimed at tackling the global climate crisis. The post holder will have a solid understanding of debates around climate change, in particular how it impacts climate-vulnerable countries in the Global South. You will bring knowledge of the causes of the climate crisis, and its solutions, particularly global financing needs. We are seeking a qualified Specialist ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advocate) to join our Advocacy team at Respond. The role includes providing pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people with complex or multiple needs who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging, (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system. Job Purpose
As one of our High Support Needs IDVAs, you will be part of our experienced and dedicated adult team reporting to the HSN IDVA Manager covering the Canterbury District area, and your role will include a mixture of working from Catching Lives homeless centre, community and office working.

Alongside working with survivors, you will develop and maintain productive relationships with partner organisations to strengthen multi-agency working and improve service outcomes for survivors. As the HSN IDVA, you will provide enhanced casework support to individuals within the EHCF client group, delivering support in community settings, in partnership with agencies such as Porchlight and the RSI team, and remotely via telephone where appropriate.

You will have experience of delivering domestic abuse interventions with survivors, including some whose individual circumstances are more complex. This might include clients with issues such as homelessness, poor mental health or drugs and alcohol use.

Our approach to hybrid working
We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.
We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. We also might ask you to meet in-person with members of your team from time to time, or to be available for face-to- face meetings with clients and partners where this enhances the work.
We assume that this would usually not amount to more than one day per fortnight for people who work full time. We are happy to discuss how this sits in your life. This can be agreed by your line manager.
In addition, because this role involves engaging with and recruiting to a large network of VCSE organisations, the post holder will be required to regularly attend in-person events across England. These are likely to take place around once a month and may sometimes require overnight stays. Travel, accommodation and subsistence costs for events across England will be paid, however, travel to our London office will be at the expense of the postholder.

Role Context
Recovery in Community is a successful partnership between Manchester Mind and Gaddum. We support people to manage and live with their mental health in their community. Staff are employed by both organisations but work together collaboratively and as a team.
Role Purpose
You will be building trusting and kind relationships with the understanding that they enable people to be listened to and heard and that this makes a difference.
You will work with people prior to discharge from mental health hospital and then support the person get the care they need so they can recover in the community. We want to enable people to feel connected within their communities – to services, friends and family.
This role will work with a small but intensive caseload (max 15 cases) to focus on:
· Get people home: when people are sent to an out of area placement (OAPs) advocate to get them back to Greater Manchester so they can recover in their community.
· Discharge: Supporting people when they’re ready to be discharged from inpatient mental health services to get back to the community and recover.
· Prevent re-admissions: Work with people, post-discharge, to ensure they continue to get the support they need to make informed choices, stay well and ultimately thrive.

Main responsibilities:
· To provide support to people that are ready to be discharged from inpatient psychiatric care to return to the community with the services and resources they need to recover.
· To work alongside people post-discharge, in their community setting to ensure they get what they need to stay well.
· To effectively and independently manage a small but intensive caseload (max 15 cases), being flexible to people’s needs and short-term changes in schedule.
· To work in a person-centred, trauma informed and culturally appropriate way that enables people to effectively engage with services and make sustainable links in with their communities.
· To use your knowledge of community care, policies, legislation and statutory services to get people the support they need to recover and stay well.
· Identify when people need referrals to secondary services and make appropriate referrals.
· Independently visit people in inpatient and community settings in Manchester and across Greater Manchester, adhering to lone working and risk management procedures.
· Occasionally visit people out of the Greater Manchester area who need to return to their community in Manchester (all travel expenses will be paid and non-commute travel time will be part of your working day).
· Build relationships with key professionals to ensure individuals achieve their goals (e.g. inpatient staff, social care, CMHTs, community services etc).
· Effectively engage in multi-disciplinary meetings, representing the views of people, and their aspirations on returning to community settings.
· Support the development of a supportive and productive referral route into and out of the service.
· Support the development of this new service, responding professionally to changes as we improve and evolve our working practice collaboratively.

About the Role

As our Casework Manager, you will manage workload allocation across caseworkers, and maintain rigorous standards across all casework. You will also provide line management, support staff development, and track outcome data to compile clear reports for funders and management. You will take an active role in advocacy and campaigning work to drive policy change in line with DYP’s constitution.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Supervision & Casework: Lead and safely oversee complex legal and advocacy casework, ensuring service delivery aligns with active OISC Level 2 requirements.
Team Leadership & Development: Provide high-quality line management, regular casework supervision, and professional development support to a team of dedicated caseworkers.

Single Homeless Project's (SHP’s) Camden Housing First service is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled worker to join an innovative team supporting people with long histories of rough sleeping, multiple exclusion and co-occurring needs. This includes a new and important focus on supporting couples who have been rough sleeping and will be accommodated separately in their own self-contained flats, while receiving intensive, relational and trauma-informed support.
Based from King’s Cross, you’ll work across the community and in people’s homes, carrying a small caseload so you can offer flexible, persistent and person-centred support that is shaped around each person’s strengths, safety, needs and goals. You’ll build trust with people who may have had difficult experiences of services, working at their pace while keeping a strong focus on housing sustainment, wellbeing, risk, choice and recovery.
You won’t be doing this work alone. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team and will work closely with statutory services, housing partners and specialist colleagues including health, psychology, Solace, occupational therapy and perpetrator support. With safety at the heart of the work, you’ll play a key role in supporting people where relationships, trauma, exploitation, abuse or external risk may be part of their lives.
