Job description
We are looking for an Advice and Wellbeing Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day operation of the Students' Union UCL Advice Service, including administering enquiry and appointment management processes, supporting the administration of our financial support funds, maintaining electronic case records and supervising student staff.
The role may also provide support to our expanding prevention and intervention programmes such as our Active Bystander Programme, including overseeing the enquiries, scheduling, and workshop administration.
The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 20/80 basis (80% working from the office). We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.

We work with our community to improve awareness, access and aspiration for young people to careers in the sector. This takes place through outreach work with schools, careers enrichment and events.

Job Description
The role will involve the following:
Line management: managing and developing Build Studios and Build Workspace’s small staff team, with access to retained HR support agency. Leading annual appraisals and regular 1:1s.
Governance : managing the annual cadence of quarterly board meetings, AGM and associated companies house and charity commission filing, liaising closely with the boards of directors of both companies.
Business Planning: annual business planning, working with the board, staff team and other stakeholders to develop an ambitious annual plan in line with Build Studios five year strategic plan.
Budgeting and financial management: production of annual budget, working closely with the Treasurer and Chairs of Build Studios and Build Workspace; quarterly monitoring of financial performance in liaison with accountants; day to day management of project budgets and payments.
Fundraising: Leading fundraising bids with relevant grant funding bodies, developing new programmes in line with their (and Build Studios’) strategic priorities. Approaching sponsors for financial support, making a compelling case for investment.
Project management: Taking a lead role in managing projects, ensuring delivery, reporting and impact measurement are conducted in line with funder requirements and our own standards.
Communications and marketing: Supporting the team with delivering strong communications and marketing through our various channels (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters). Our passionate Regional Casework Coordinators are SSAFA’s front line of support for members of the armed forces community in need. They are the first point of contact for all beneficiaries into the Regional Office, assessing needs and allocating the case to one of our volunteer caseworkers.

The role
You will provide high-quality legal advice and representation at IAA Level 2/3 or Solicitor standard. Kingston Carers’ Network is seeking a part-time Finance Officer to support the smooth running of our charity’s finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the CEO, Treasurer and budget holders, you will help maintain accurate financial records, process income and expenditure, reconcile bank accounts, support payroll information and contribute to financial reporting, budgeting and year-end processes.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone organised, accurate and values-driven, with experience of managing day-to-day finance processes in a small or medium-sized organisation. Experience of Sage or a similar accounting package is essential, and charity finance experience would be an advantage.

Business Insight Analyst – Organisational Effectiveness
Contract type: Permanent, Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: London, UK
UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40 % of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel). 60/40 hybrid working at WaterAid means roughly three days wherever you work best and two days together in person.
Salary: £45,052 - £47,423 with excellent benefits

The Data & Analytics team helps WaterAid make confident, evidence-based decisions by providing analysis, reporting and insight across the organisation, translating business needs into actionable analysis to further our mission.
As ourOrganisational Effectiveness Analyst, you will help WaterAid run effectively by turning organisational data into clear, trusted insight and work closely with the People, Finance and Strategy teams to drive sustainable change.

Benefits
As part of our annual leave policy, all employees receive three additional days of annual leave on top of their standard allocation of 25 days. These days are designated to cover the period when our UK office closes between Christmas and New Year, allowing all UK WaterAiders to take a well-deserved break.
These days are automatically scheduled and cannot be changed or moved. Annual leave is accrued based on your start date. If sufficient leave has not been accrued by the time of the closure, the 3 days will be taken as unpaid leave or pro-rated, depending on your circumstances.
