Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). About the opportunity
As a Junior Impact Analyst, you will work with our Greater Manchester Better Outcomes Partnership (GMBOP) and Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP) teams – partnerships that support people across Greater Manchester and Kirklees who are experiencing, or at risk of, housing insecurity and homelessness.
We bring together voluntary, community and public sector organisations to deliver joined-up, holistic and preventative support. Through our central hub and delivery partners, we ensure people can access the right support at the right time, without having to repeat their story.

Junior Impact Analyst Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include.
· Supporting on all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation as well as some programme administration.
· Completing data checks to ensure good quality quantitative and qualitative data is collected by frontline workers.
· Maintaining and updating Power BI dashboards with support from central teams.
· Regular reporting with insights that support continuous improvement of the programme design and delivery.
· Gathering and analysing data to measure the impact of service innovations.
· Producing monthly board packs for programme performance management.
· Supporting Delivery Partner teams (VCSE organisations who are delivering the frontline services) to ensure they are using the data systems accurately and effectively.
· Identifying opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data by colleagues across the programme.
· Supporting with programme administration including task planning, scheduling meetings, preparing invoices, writing minutes of meetings.
· Engaging with other analysts across BOP to share learnings from your own project and implement learnings from other projects in your own.

Birth Companions is a national charity supporting women having their babies in very difficult and complex situations. These include mothers in prison; mothers with insecure immigration status; and mothers who have involvement from children’s social care. Their lives are often shaped by deep-rooted, structural factors such as sexism, racism and poverty. These women and their children experience enormous challenges, but often they are not given the support they need, and are treated unfairly. At Birth Companions we deliver specialist services to improve women’s lives in the here and now. We make sure there’s evidence of what’s going wrong and how to make things right. We do this through Birth Companions’ three interlinked areas of work:
- Our specialist services provide support to women and babies, and help us understand what’s happening on the ground.

Job Summary
The purpose of the job is to assist individuals and families in their resettlement into life in Gloucestershire. Clients come from a variety of traumatic backgrounds, and are often living with the effects of their experiences, which may include trauma, PTSD, and domestic abuse situations.
To support individuals and families through five stages of integration to include: Preparation, Housing, Finance, Education, Health and Employment.
To work with key partners across the geographical area to ensure refugees who arrive through the UKRS and ARAP Resettlement Schemes are referred and signposted into appropriate support services and networks.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
A full driving license is essential, as a lot of the work involves visiting clients in locations across the county. The work also may involve taking clients to appointments, and collecting/delivering large or bulky items.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To develop and deliver comprehensive support plans for families who are newly arrived and throughout their first years in the UK. This includes reviewing these at regular intervals to ensure they continue to fully meet the needs of all family members.
To be responsible for managing the full support needs of caseload families including helping them to apply for benefits and learn to manage their finances; organising and ensuring attendance at ESOL classes; facilitating access to medical services including initial health assessments and follow ups; applying for schools and ensuring children are supported to settle in; encouraging attendance at community groups and with other practical arrangements as needed on a bespoke basis.

Our passionate Regional Casework Coordinators are SSAFA’s front line of support for members of the armed forces community in need. They are the first point of contact for all beneficiaries into the Regional Office, assessing needs and allocating the case to one of our volunteer caseworkers.
You will sometimes handle complex problems from individuals who may be distressed, identifying the presenting and potential underlying needs to determine the best way to support the beneficiary.You will have ownership of cases from beginning to end, coordinating the casework process in a timely manner and ensure that the beneficiary journey is at the centre of the Service. You will have the opportunity to shape processes and procedures within the office which will lead to improvements in the service offered to clients.
To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA.
Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the South West region in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire or Somerset. About the team

As a Helpline Worker, you will be providing support for those experiencing mental health difficulties through our clients helpline service. The helpline supports people living in the Birmingham and Solihull area.
The support offered will include (but is not exclusive to), receiving calls, emails and webchat from people who may be experiencing crisis, people looking for more general assistance and information about services, carers looking for advice and services, and other community support services. You will provide appropriate referrals and signposting information about our clients services and external partner agencies.
You will be working in a community focused way to ensure that statutory and local organisations are aware of the provision, ensuring that you retain close and effective links with them as well as keeping up to date with any pertinent changes to local provision.
The helpline is a 7 day a week service from 9am -5pm and 3pm -11pm. Under the direction of the service manager, you will support the running of the service in line with contractual requirements, our clients Vision and Values, its operating Policy and Procedures, and any relevant legal requirements.
You will have at least 6 months’ experience in the mental health field, with experience of supporting people to be in control of their lives. This role has been created as part of a restructure of our youth team and will sit under the current youth pastor. Under their leadership, the postholder will take point on developing a youth ministry at a new HT congregation in northeast Cambridge, which is due to be launched in 2027. They will also assist the current Youth Pastor in facilitating our growing ministry at our city centre site.
HT has a brilliant bunch of young people, many of whom are eager to get stuck into learning, growing, and following Jesus! There are currently about 100 youth connected to HT, of whom about 60 make up a committed core. The youth are a real mix from a range of schools and areas around Cambridge and beyond.
The main event of the week is on Sunday evenings during the 5.30pm service, when the youth are usually split into younger and older youth for a combination of games, worship, a talk, small group time, and prayer.
