As the Training and Support Worker, you'll engage with schools, colleges, community settings and employers, delivering training, supporting implementation, and empowering neurodivergent young people into sustainable employment. You'll play a key role in developing the programme through partner insight and keeping up with best practice in workplace neuroinclusion. 

You will be required to travel regularly to deliver face-to-face training within schools, colleges, community settings and workplaces across Yorkshire.

Digital Engagement Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Engagement Officer to join a UK charity providing emotional and practical support to people affected by brain tumours. This 12 month placement is ideal for someone early in their career or under employed and looking to build experience in the charity sector.

Salary: £24,479 (Living wage)
Location: Hybrid or office based in Leeds city centre
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

About the Role

This role has been specifically designed as a development opportunity for someone who may be, returning to work, changing career, or looking to move into the charity sector for the first time.

You do not need previous charity sector experience to apply.

The post is a hybrid communications and support role, focused on increasing digital reach and engagement over a 12 month period. You will work on a defined project with clear outcomes, while receiving mentoring, training and hands on experience.

Working closely with communications and support colleagues, you will help ensure that accurate, accessible information reaches people where they are already searching online. The charity provide critical emotional and practical support to around 4,500 brain tumour patients each year, a relatively small proportion of the 80,000 people living with a brain tumour. Furthermore 12,775 more people are diagnosed annually. Their ambition is to double the number of people they are helping with coaching, events and information in the next 5 years.

About the role

 As a Sessional Peer Support Team Leader within our Safe Haven service, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, effective day‑to‑day running of the service. You will provide on‑shift leadership, support and guidance to staff, while working closely with the Service Manager to ensure the service meets quality, safeguarding and operational standards.

Our Safe Haven service supports people who are experiencing, or are at risk of, a mental health crisis. The service is delivered in partnership between Solent Mind and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, offering compassionate, timely support in a welcoming environment.

• Providing supervision, support and guidance to staff on shift
• Overseeing the smooth running of the service, ensuring safeguarding and risk assessment processes are followed

You'll manage a caseload of up to twenty clients, supporting them to find, secure and sustain meaningful employment in line with the eight IPS principles.

You'll work closely with clinical teams, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and build strong relationships with employers to create real job opportunities. From CV support and interview coaching to in-work retention, you'll provide tailored, person-centred guidance every step of the way.

What do I need to bring with me?

You will take a client-centred approach, providing ongoing support to both clients and employers, including during job starts and long-term sustainment, while offering clear guidance on the impact of work on benefits. You will be self-motivated, adaptable and committed to professional development, able to manage your time effectively across community and clinical settings, maintain professional boundaries, and engage fully in ongoing IPS training and support.

• Support young people transitioning from specialist CAMHS/AMHS services

We are recruiting for a permanent Lead Business Analyst (data) to join the Service Design team. The Fund is embarking on an exciting digital journey over the coming years. This role will put you at the heart of those ambitions.

As Lead Business Analyst (Data) at the National Lottery Community Fund, you will be the strategic authority for data and analysis, operating across all levels of the organisation within a multidisciplinary, agile digital environment (by partnering and cross functional working with digital, technology, business intelligence and funding teams). As a recognised subject matter expert, you will provide thought leadership and authoritative guidance in all aspects of data, business, and systems analysis, ensuring the Fund’s digital and organisational ambitions are realised.

You will set a clear strategic direction for data and analysis, navigating complexity and engaging confidently with senior audiences to influence decisions at pace. This includes shaping the prioritisation of complex data requirements, enabling both long-term strategic decision-making and short-term tactical solutions, while ensuring all proposed approaches align with the Fund’s overarching strategy and digital vision.

Through a comprehensive and expert-level understanding of business processes, operational systems, and organisational data, you will act as the principal point of contact for Fund-wide business definitions, processes, scalable data products/services, and data standards. You will ensure these are secure, legal, accessible and compliant by design.

From a business perspective you will define and lead how data will impact existing/future business processes, data management responsibilities, tools, and governance processes, enabling continuous improvement in data practices and compliance with governance policies. You will also be analysing how data impacts across the Funds technical architecture landscape and systems.

As an expert in business analysis, you will also set the strategic direction for the discipline itself, mentoring and managing a small team of business analysts while cultivating a strong community of practice. You will build analytical capability across the Fund, embedding business analysis as a core enabler of digital transformation.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Set the strategic vision and direction for business analysis across the Fund’s digital services from a data perspective.
   
• Own and govern the business analysis methodology, designing and implementing robust data collection, instrumentation, and reporting processes. Safeguard the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data across the Fund.
   
• Ensure data analysis is technically robust, assess the impact across the Funds technical architecture landscape and systems and ensure recommendations strategically align with organisational goals.

Job Title: Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker 

Location: Based in Catford in a well connected area near Bellingham, Catford, and Catford Bridge stations, with nearby bus stops. Please be kindly aware there is no step free access at this location and some of our other sites.

Salary: £28,000

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota which includes 3 to 4 night shifts a week between 20:00 - 08:30. There may be some flexibility required around these hours as per service requirements.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to support in leading the night shift within our Lewisham service. The service offers specialist intensive rehabilitation for people who require more enhanced interventions than that which is offered within community services. We provide residents with support to step down into less supported accommodation, becoming more independent and integrated into the community. 

As a Senior within the team, you will be the main point of contact during the night shift across two residential properties, leading the team by example, providing specialist support and managing the environment to be psychologically informed to empower the team and residents to ensure safety, wellbeing, and progress towards resident recovery goals. 

Some key responsibilities include:

• Providing tailored, person centred support that promotes recovery, rehabilitation and independence.
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
• Ensuring a calm, safe, and supportive environment that promotes positive engagement and progress.
• Remain alert and monitor CCTV throughout the shift.
• Complete all routine night duties and any tasks handed over by the day shift or service manager.
• Key worker responsibilities: complete inductions, support plans, reviews, risk assessments, and welfare checks; update records, monitor access, manage unauthorized visitors, follow missing person protocols, and escalate issues to on call when needed.

About You

We’re looking for a resilient and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker, supporting residents to reach their full potential within a flexible, recovery focused service. You’ll provide high quality care, working collaboratively as part of a supportive team that values communication, empathy, and empowerment. You will be able to be proactive and continue supporting our residents even during quieter hours, supporting with ensuring the service runs smoothly and you are actively engaged with the wider team and residents, supporting the team to stay motivated and working together to achieve the service KPI's.

• Previous experience working with people with multiple complex backgrounds/needs, mental health, substance misuse, alcohol, and behaviours
• Previous experience creating co-produced support plans, key working, and care planning, providing appropriate interventions for service users
• Previous experience in a similar position, where you can share your skills knowledge, and experience to support others
• Ability to be a point of contact and specialist in the service to support the team and residents with various queries and challenges
• IT Proficiency; ability to learn new software and basic Microsoft

Casework – The post holder will conduct a full exploration of the client’s financial and holistic circumstances to provide robust advice specific to the client’s needs.

The advisor will be required to act for the client where necessary and communicate with third parties such as water providers, energy providers or the Local Authority to progress the client’s case.

 Advice will be delivered through a variety of channels including face-to-face (drop-in and appointments), telephone or digital channels and must conform to the Citizens Advice Quality of Advice standards and funder requirements.

The prospective advisor will be able to balance good quality alongside being able to achieve SLAs and KPIs in accordance with our contractual agreements.

The Senior Programme Manager will lead on stakeholder management for the Subject Knowledge for Physics Teaching (SKPT) programme, including senior leaders in multi-academy trusts, programme partners and funders. The postholder will also have specific responsibility for leading an effective strategy to meet programme KPIs.

The SKPT programme is DfE-funded and delivered in partnership with STEM Learning. It consists of teacher professional development modules to support those teaching physics out of specialism at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in England.

The Ogden Trust is a family charitable trust which supports the teaching and learning of physics. The Trust delivers professional development programmes for teachers of physics across England, supports schools and multi-academy trusts to improve their physics provision and works with universities to support highquality physics enrichment.

The postholder will also be required to contribute to other projects/programmes to aid the Trust’s activities, particularly regarding event management. The role occasionally involves some work in the evening and at weekends, which will be managed in line with our time off in lieu (TOIL) policy. The role will also involve some UK-wide travel.
