Job Overview

The Social Value and Community Manager will develop, drive and deliver a strategic programme of social value, community partnership and sustainability initiatives for The Fitzrovia Partnership (a Business Improvement District). This is a newly created role to join the TFP team and provides an exciting platform to develop a fully-functional programme in response to growing demand from our member businesses and partners, building upon nascent foundations and aligned to our wider strategy. It is an opportunity to enhance our reputation with external stakeholders, and directly contribute to our commercial success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop and execute TFP’s Social Value Strategy, aligned with the wider mission of the organisation and our strategic objectives, by setting measurable goals and targets for social value and sustainability performance.

· Developing social value and sustainability data collection, measurement, and reporting capabilities that demonstrate tangible impact to customers, stakeholders, and the market

· Championing social value delivery on customer contracts, including designing and managing community partnerships, volunteering programmes, and social value commitments

· Driving practical sustainability initiatives and practices in collaboration with colleagues.

· Maturing our community partnerships across the business and building ESG awareness and capability among our member businesses (for example Community Grants programme, corporate volunteering matching).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams within TFP to integrate social value and sustainability principles into the our daily operations and decision-making processes.

· Lead efforts to help our member businesses and partners to reduce environmental impact and improve social responsibility.

· Creation of a Fitzrovia Community Investment Fund.

· Monitor and evaluate ESG and sustainability performance against industry standards and benchmarks.

· Stay up-to-date with social value and sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to achieve continuous improvement.

• Design and manage services that are efficient, evidence based, and reflect best practice.

• Apply high quality service design and project management to all operational programmes.

• Encourage creativity, innovation and learning from other districts and sectors.

• Build effective working relationships with councils, partners and member businesses to build a good understanding of their requirements and ESG objectives, and maintain regular contact with member businesses.

• Ensure consistent and accurate use of the business CRM.

 Person Specification

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

· A formal qualification in a related field (i.e Social Value, ESG, sustainability) or equivalent work experience.

· Previous first-hand experience in the innovation, design and delivery of ESG and sustainability leading edge initiatives.

· Proven expertise of ESG and sustainability principles and their application to operational services.

· Proven evidence of delivery of projects and initiatives – we are looking for those who create the ideas and concepts and who can then deliver on them!

· Strong experience of partnership relationship management.

· Strong project management skills, with experience delivering multiple workstreams to fixed timelines and budgets.

· Experience working with local authorities, statutory agencies, and private sector partners desirable.

· Confident use of IT systems and digital tools to support operational management, reporting, and productivity, including CRM systems.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and briefing senior stakeholders.

· Understanding of local government structures and how different city stakeholders operate and interact.

You will also support the Senior Partnership Lead and Morrisons Partnership Lead in delivering our Morrisons partnership strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Providing exceptional account management to ensure the partnership meets agreed income targets, KPIs and objectives at an appropriate cost to income ratio. 
• Leading and developing key project areas within the partnership, ensuring opportunities are maximised and activity is delivered to a high standard. 
• Planning and delivering bespoke fundraising challenges and events, collaborating with third party suppliers where needed. 
• Supporting the delivery and growth of cause related marketing campaigns, managing contracts, invoicing and stewardship of Morrisons suppliers. 
• Ensuring timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting on partnership performance and impact. 
• Identifying strategic opportunities within Morrisons that support partnership goals, business objectives and Marie Curie’s mission. 
• Preparing Commercial Participators Agreements (CPAs) and ensuring all commercial activity is compliant and delivered to agreed timelines. 
• Achieving and exceeding financial targets, ensuring all income and expenditure is accurately recorded and reflected in budgets. 
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and company information. 
• Producing detailed income reports, financial analysis and quarterly projections for senior leadership. 

What You’ll Need 

• Proven track record in partnership management within a corporate-charity partnership setting or commercial setting 
• Success in pitching and retaining existing partners from proposal development to employee vote strategies.  
• Experience of meeting and exceeding income targets.  
• Experience of identifying, prospecting, and securing income opportunities with corporate partners.  
• Strong knowledge of corporate charity landscape, key sector and partnership trends, commercial insight, and awareness.  
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.  
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with a wide range of audiences at all levels.  
• A creative thinker with an eye for detail who can come up with innovative ideas for company approaches, fundraising, communication, and stewardship campaigns.

Around 70% of the role will focus on partnerships and new business growth; identifying and developing collaborations that build pipeline and raise Dataro’s profile across the UK. The remaining 30% will focus on delivering marketing activity and events on the ground, from conferences and webinars to partner activations and community engagement. 

You’ll work closely with Dataro’s global marketing and partnerships team, with access to the tools, systems and support needed to make things happen. While the role sits within a global team, this position will play a key part in shaping and delivering activity specifically for the UK charity market. 

This role could suit people from a range of backgrounds. You might currently be working in corporate partnerships, marketing, partnerships, data, or events within a UK charity, or in a technology or service provider that works with the nonprofit sector. What matters most is that you understand how strong relationships translate into income and impact, and that you’re comfortable taking ideas from concept through to delivery.

• A proven track record of managing complex, multi layered corporate partnerships to deliver shared value
• Experience of developing and implementing partnership development strategies including stakeholder stewardship

• Experience of writing high quality, engaging proposals and reports for a corporate audience, as well as experience of making presentations to senior-level contacts and/or large groups of employees

Job Title:  Senior Trusts & Foundations Manager

Reporting To: Head of Statutory Fundraising, Trusts and Foundations

Salary Range: £45.000 - £50.000

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid, across London sites. Old Street. Canary Wharf, Poplar.

The Felix Project and FareShare have recently merged to form the UK's largest food redistribution charity. Its vision is a UK where good food is never wasted, and nobody goes hungry.

The organisation rescues high quality edible surplus food, from across the food industry and gets it to over 8,000 organisations across the UK who are working to strengthen communities and improve lives.

The charity manages seven depots across London, Suffolk, Merseyside and Hampshire and works with 16 network partners who operate a further 26 regional depots across the UK.

Over the next year our ambition is to rescue enough food nationally to provide nearly 200 million meals, turning an environmental problem into social good with measurable impact for people, planet, and the economy.

Purpose of the Job 

Oversee the planning and delivery of a portfolio of trusts and foundations funders, that maximise income potential and provide relationship management for a number of key accounts, providing impact reports and associated benefits

Devising, implementing and attending a variety of national Stewardship events as and when required and leading and supporting depot visits for potential and existing funders. Develop a range of engaging, innovative and persuasive proposals that capture the ambition and vision of the charity.

Provide continuous reviews of plans and/or funding agreements managed by the trusts and foundations team to ensure appropriate levels of stewardship and undertake research to identify potential funders, both within and outside of the UK and maintaining an effective pipeline designed to undertake detailed prospecting and identification of targets needed to deliver long term income.

Provide development of key relationships with Network partners to provide support and guidance on national funders and identifying new funding opportunities and actively participate in budget setting and quarterly forecasting

The ownership of identified funding for specified projects and create, maintain, and disseminate as appropriate.

Duties & Responsibilities

·Experience of working in a regulated environment and demonstrable risk assessment capabilities

·Significant experience of working with trusts and grant funders and a good understanding of the UK funding landscape, in a management/line management position

·Proven track record of meeting challenging targets, securing multi-year business and increasing income from existing funders

·Strong financial acumen, with the ability to work with complex budgets and production of associated grant reports

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in writing proposals and presentations, with the ability to engage at all levels with diverse stakeholders

·Proficient level of IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications

·Experience of managing projects or varying scale and scope

·Pipeline of potential funders

About the role

The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.

This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.

Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.

The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.

About the person

You’ll be an experienced and confident legacy fundraising professional with a passion for building long-term impact. You’ll be a strong collaborator who can influence across teams and seniority levels, and a persuasive advocate for the importance of legacy giving. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring legacy activity is well planned, insight led and supporter centred. Comfortable working across disciplines and a self-starter, you’ll play a key role in embedding a culture of legacies across London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Fundraising, the Corporate Fundraising Manager will lead on the development and delivery of an ambitious strategy to grow corporate fundraising income for The National Brain Appeal. The role will have a particular focus on securing new business, identifying and cultivating relationships with major corporate partners, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Working closely with colleagues across the philanthropy team, the postholder will develop compelling funding propositions, approach prospective partners, and negotiate and secure significant corporate partnerships. This is a senior role within the team requiring a proactive and strategic individual with a strong track record in new business development, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to shape and expand the charity’s corporate income, contributing directly to the delivery of transformational projects in neurology and neuroscience.

About You — Skills & Experience

• Experience in a People or Volunteer Management with responsibility for volunteer or workforce lifecycle activity
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and development processes and how to create consistent people experiences
• Ability to design and implement policies, frameworks and practical guidance that support managers day-to-day
• Confident working across teams, building relationships and influencing without direct line management responsibility

Service Manager 

Salary: £22,597.64 pro-rata (FTE £41,805.63)

As a Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of our Gainsborough HRS service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support for our customers. You’ll lead and inspire your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and work collaboratively with partners to deliver a service that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing. 

Snapshot of your role 

• Lead the day‑to‑day operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with all contractual, regulatory and legislative requirements. 

• Deliver a safe, person‑centred service where customers receive support aligned to their assessed needs and personal goals. 

• Oversee safeguarding, incidents, complaints, risk management and quality assurance processes, ensuring timely reporting and action. 

• Manage referrals, assessments and support planning, ensuring these are current, meaningful and customer‑focused. 

• Provide strong leadership to Community Support Workers, Night Porters, the Estates Officer and Cleaner, ensuring effective supervision, staffing levels and service delivery. 

• Maintain financial oversight including budgets, rent accounts, expenditure monitoring and adherence to financial procedures. 

What we’re looking for 

• Knowledge of housing‑related support services, particularly homelessness. 

• Understanding of regulatory standards, professional boundaries and safeguarding requirements. 

• Experience working with partners, including organising and leading multi‑agency meetings. 

• Ability to manage anti‑social behaviour, apply Positive Behaviour Support approaches and empower customers to shape their service. 

• Awareness of basic building maintenance and health & safety responsibilities. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict using mediation techniques. 

• Competent use of Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel and Outlook. 

Desirable 

• Experience of line management within a care, housing or support environment. 

A full UK driving licence, access to own car and willingness to travel is required. 

Enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role.
