The Programmes You’ll Lead
Music Producer Club (MPC) – digital music-making for young people aged 12–18, delivered in schools, youth centres and online. Taught by ‘producer educators’ - working music producers we train to educate the next generation -, MPC builds creativity, skills and confidence while connecting participants with electronic music culture and the national curriculum.
Process – a development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers. Structured across three strands for different abilities (Create, Define, Release), Process combines workshops, mentoring and masterclasses to build skills, confidence and community for underrepresented producers.
Out The Box (OTB) – hands-on analogue mixing workshops in leading London studios, giving emerging producers practical experience with desks, outboard gear and professional engineers while bridging digital and analogue production techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management

Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of MPC, Process and Out The Box programmes and events.

Manage a growing team of freelance staff who help deliver and coordinate our projects.

Manage budgets and ensure all programmes are delivered within budget

Build and maintain relationships with all programme stakeholders and partners, acting as the main point of contact.

Work in partnership with the Communications Manager on refining marketing strategies and promotional materials

Lead recruitment and selection of programme participants and act as the main point of contract for participants, providing pastoral support where relevant

Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager
The Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager is a key role as we develop and evolve our early diagnosis programmes at Bowel Cancer UK. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the charity’s awareness and engagement programmes and the new Bowel Towns programme. This role will manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering programmes that improve cancer awareness, empower communities, and drive earlier diagnosis.
In addition, as the charity’s services lead for Northern Ireland (NI), the post holder will build high-impact partnerships and develop a regional plan to enhance awareness, early detection, and support for people affected by cancer. About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our service based in Southwark. The service is a short-term (up to two years) supported living service for people who have an enduring mental health diagnosis and who require and can benefit from, the help and support offered. It consists of 14 self-contained flats and one crisis room for adult men with medium to high-level support needs who require 24-hour supported accommodation, helping them to continue to live in the community and to reduce the risk of admission to hospital.
In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will also support with some day to day responsibilities of the team such as providing tailored support to our residents directly. As a Manager, you will support in driving service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. You will ensure the service runs smoothly in collaboration with the team, wider teams, and external partners. We're looking for someone who is solution focused, has experience within a similar service environment, and can create a safe space for individuals to learn, and grow.
You will support us continue to work in a trauma informed way, and create a psychologically informed environment, which supports us in creating a safe, respectful, and responsive environment which puts our people and communities at the forefront. Role Purpose:
Working closely with the Director of Programmes to manage and help develop a portfolio of funds across Access’s enterprise grant, blended finance and capacity building work, the role holder will be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of social investors, enterprise grant providers and other organisations funded by Access.
It is anticipated that this role holder may particularly specialise in the management of enterprise development funds, and those that are more local (place-based) throughout England.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
- Be the day to day point of contact for a portfolio of organisations who are applying for funding and/or delivering Access’s programmes.
- Build strong productive and supportive working relationships with delivery partners, in a spirit of collaborative endeavour and learning.
- Maintain comprehensive and clear records on Access’s systems of the status of the relationship and any key questions or issues which are currently being addressed.
- Seek to build an understanding of the underling impact of the delivery of our funds on the work of the charities and social enterprises they exist to support.
Performance Management
- Following an agreed pattern and schedule, regularly meet and speak to the delivery partners to receive updates on performance, and key issues.
- Ensure robust financial management of funds, including monitoring deployment targets of partners, managing budgets and the process for drawing funds from Access.
- Ensure that regular performance data is submitted to a high quality and in an agreed format with each delivery partner. Perform checks to ensure accuracy and check understanding with the delivery partner.
- Ensuring the uploading of data into Access’s management systems and producing the required performance reports for internal and external use.
- Use this performance data to analyse performance within each delivery partner and across the portfolio, including supporting the publication of a quarterly dashboard. Work closely with colleagues to identify trends and understand reasons for those trends.
- Work with delivery partners to address areas of under-performance, escalating issues where necessary to the Director of Programmes and Access committees.
Guidance and Support
- Use performance data and insight from different partners within the portfolio to identify opportunities to support partners with, for example, peer support around areas of good practice.
- Offer expertise within Access and across partner organisations to support delivery partners in particular aspects of their work.
- Where challenges are common across many delivery partners, work with colleagues and the Director of Programmes to develop shared solutions, tools, or learning resources which might address those challenges.
- Support the design and delivery of external events, including peer-learning events.
Facilitating and supporting decision making
- Reviewing and co-developing plans and proposals in collaboration with partners.
- Writing papers including assessment papers for Access committees, presenting clear information and context to aid understanding and decision making.
- Present analysis based on performance data and qualitative insight to inform decisions within the team about ongoing relationships with delivery partners.
- Actively participating in the peer-review of assessment papers produced by other colleagues in the Programmes team.
Supporting learning and programme design
- From data and insight gained through performance management, work with colleagues across Access to identify common themes within the portfolio to aid Access’s learning and influencing objectives.
- Work with the Director of Impact and Evaluation to analyse performance data and make it available for publishing in various forms.
- Based on learning gathered across the portfolio within the Programme team and across all of Access, work with the Director of Programmes to identify how programmes can be improved and developed.

Guildford Cathedral is a sacred space and a community of people who engage with God and the wider world for the common good. What You'll Do:
