The Opportunity
As a key team member within our Partnerships and Income Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and growth of our corporate partnerships, with a focus on partnerships that enable and enhance our Aspiring Professionals Programme.
1. Account Management:
- Ownership and management of the direction, growth and success of key strategic partnerships with Freshfields and Linklaters, providing excellent stewardship and effective communications to ensure long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Manage, renew and develop a select portfolio of smaller existing partnerships in the legal sector, identifying new opportunities to deliver greater impact and income growth.
- Support internal account management structure across corporate programme partnerships, ensuring relationship management and programme delivery is delivered to a high standard, processes are consistently upheld, and partnerships are renewed where required.
2. Stewardship and Reporting:
- Track deadlines, deliverables and reporting requirements for own portfolio of corporate partnerships.
- Create reports, updates and support with the creation of case studies to demonstrate the value and impact of partnerships.
- Find creative ways to share updates and engage partners with our mission and work
- Work closely with the Head of Partnerships & Income Development, Partnerships Manager and finance team to build budgets, track secured income accurately, report on risk and opportunities, and ensure that income is banked.
3. New Business and Partnership Development
- Work closely with the Programme Delivery team to understand programme needs and gaps in provision, in order to improve the quality, depth and breadth of programme partnerships.
- Use your expertise and creativity to design and shape strategic programme partnerships that align partner objectives with student and programme outcomes.
- Write, build and create compelling and innovative partnership proposals, budgets and presentations to secure new business and develop existing partnerships.
- Deliver a smooth onboarding process for transitioning new partners into account management structure.
4. Line Management
- Outline outcomes to be achieved, considering individual skills, capabilities, and workload to ensure a balanced distribution of work.
- Review work outputs, monitor and quality assure work.
- Identify training and development needs; employ a coaching approach, and clarify opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.

About the role
The Head of Income Generation will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial sustainability and social impact of our organisation. The gym embodies our commitment to preventative health and creates an inclusive community where women of all ages and backgrounds can focus on their strength, resilience, and self-care. The Café – Nourishing Food, Nurturing Community
Our café is the social heart of The Bridge — a welcoming, accessible, and inclusive space where everyone can connect, share, and feel at home. Serving seasonal, plant-based meals prepared in-house, the café champions women-led enterprises and affordable, healthy food. It hosts many of our wellbeing and creative programmes, and through initiatives like the Pay-What-You-Can Supper Club, supports emerging women chefs and builds everyday acts of care and solidarity. The café has the opportunity to not only advances our mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing but also generates vital trading income and partnership opportunities.
While it currently operates at a deficit, it plays a vital role in advancing our wellbeing and community objectives. We are now focused on realising its full commercial potential. A feasibility study is underway to explore a range of operational and business models that will transition the café into a sustainable, profit-making enterprise. Plans include expanding income-generating opportunities through hosting more events, developing an external catering offer, and maximising use of the space for private hire and functions during weekends. This work will ensure the café continues to embody our values while contributing significantly to the financial sustainability of The Bridge
Room Hire – Spaces that Enable Collaboration and Impact
Our professional meeting and event spaces are used by charities, community groups, and corporate partners for workshops, training, and strategic planning. With over 500 bookings a year and a 89% return rate, these rooms are known for their quality, warmth, and service. The income they generate supports our wider mission, while also acting as a catalyst for new partnerships and collaborations.
We now aim to build on this success by increasing utilisation on our most popular days (Tuesday to Thursday) and attracting new clients to fill capacity on Mondays, Fridays, evenings, and weekends. Plans include developing loyalty packages for regular clients and introducing new offers such as team wellbeing days that align with our health and wellbeing ethos. This approach will not only maximise income potential but also strengthen The Bridge’s role as a space where organisations connect, collaborate, and thrive.
Key responsibilities:
1. Income Generation Strategy
· Develop and implement a comprehensive income generation strategy for our social businesses (women’s-only gym and studio, café, and meeting room hire).
· Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities while aligning with the organisation’s mission and values.
· Monitor financial performance and make recommendations to meet growth and sustainability targets.
· Monitor return on investment of additional marketing spend
· Budget setting and management of cafe, gym and marketing budgets

· Implement a CRM and/or data-dashboard system to track customer/member acquisition, retention, income per stream, marketing campaign performance, and present monthly/quarterly reports to CEO and Board.

The Digital Performance Advisor will be the driving force behind understanding and improving their online performance. This role is central to how they use data and insight to make impactful decisions across digital, fundraising, campaigning and supporter engagement.
This is a specialist analyst role and the organisation’s subject matter expert in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Your essential skills and experience:
- Proven expertise in digital analysis and insight, with experience producing data-driven reports and actionable recommendations

Overview of the post
To work as part of the Neighbourhood Support Team (NST) co-ordinating and developing a wellbeing programme for the benefit of the Braunstone Community.
Main responsibilities and duties
To:
1. Coordinate and develop a wellbeing programme that supports the mental health and wellbeing of NST service users and the wider Braunstone community of LE3 1.
2. Support individual service user wellbeing by referring into activity delivered by NST and other local community partners.
3. Undertake regular wellbeing check-ins with service users to monitor progress and impact of engagement with wellbeing activity, utilising WEMWBS to measure outcomes.
4. Update the company’s CRM system with participant information in line with GDPR and record progress and impact.
5. Develop, implement and maintain effective monitoring and recording systems: capturing and recording data to demonstrate the programme reach, providing reports and other information as required.
6. Support the Service Manager to maintain accurate budgets and financial records especially for monitoring funding grant returns.
7. Support the Service Manager in the development of funding bids to support delivery and expansion of the wellbeing programme.
8. Build and maintain partnerships which will support the development of wellbeing programmes.
9. Source, arrange and co-ordinate facilitators and practitioners suitable to deliver any planned activity.
10. Ensure that adequate risk assessments are undertaken prior to any activities and that confidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed.
11. Support the Communications and Project Support Worker to promote the programme by developing copy and marketing material for circulation on the various company social media platforms and website.

17. Undertake administrative and maintenance duties that assist in the smooth running of the NS base. This will include taking collective responsibility in relation to matters of health and safety, equipment maintenance, data protection and confidentiality management; and visitor service and care.
18. Ensure that all NST activities are undertaken in line with the legal requirements and b inspired policy, procedures and good practice. This includes the production of risk assessments and other data that can demonstrate effective and safe planning.
