About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in Employee Relations and supporting managers through complex people challenges.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage a varied ER caseload end-to-end, including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and performance management cases. You will provide clear, pragmatic advice to managers across the organisation while ensuring our policies and employment law obligations are applied consistently.
This role is not a developmental or step-up advisory role. We are looking for someone who is confident managing ER cases independently and who can take ownership of cases from initial advice through to resolution.
Alongside casework, you will also help identify trends from ER data and support initiatives that improve colleague experience and strengthen people management capability across Centrepoint.
What you’ll be doing

Managing a full Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters

About you
We are looking for someone who brings strong Employee Relations experience and the confidence to support managers through challenging situations.
You will be comfortable managing a busy ER caseload, working with competing priorities and navigating complex issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
You will also be someone who builds strong relationships and is confident offering clear advice and constructive challenge when needed.

Hybrid working
Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model, with colleagues expected to spend a minimum of 50% of their working week in the office. For most full-time roles this equates to five days across a two-week period.

About the role
Khulisa has invested heavily in the development of its monitoring and evaluation framework, alongside augmenting its evaluation capacity and capability through innovation. This role brings together the synergies between systems and evaluation developments to support the organisation to grow both its impact and its reach through efficient ways of working and clear narration of its impact. This role will involve:
- Managing the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of Khulisa’s main CRM and reporting systems, including – but not limited to – Salesforce, PowerBI, FormAssembly and Wonde.
- Leading the change management of system development work, supporting colleagues to engage with systems changes and achieve greater results for the young people we serve.

About the Role

About the role
This Debt Advice Case Manager role combines both technical and pastoral elements. It will involve building a client case, untangling sometimes complex situations, liaising with creditors, providing guidance for volunteers, and discerning and communicating the appropriate choices and strategies for the client. You will also need to lead client appointments and support clients through what at times can be emotionally difficult situations. - Record the details of all legacy bequests in the case file on Salesforce.
- Set up a SharePoint folder for the notified legacy bequests.
- Upload all legacy documentation received into the legacy case files on salesforce and into the SharePoint folder.
- Respond to the solicitor or personal executor acknowledging the legacy bequest, thanking the next of kin on behalf of major giving and requesting any further documentation.
- Raise tasks on the salesforce legacy case files as a reminder to follow up with the solicitor or the personal executor as to the progress of the legacy administration.
- Correspond in a timely manner with solicitors and personal executors to enquire into progress of the legacy administration.
- Throughout the legacy administration process update the legacy case files with notes of the correspondence with the solicitor or personal executor.
- On receipt of the legacy income complete the documentation requested by the solicitor and close the legacy case file on Salesforce.
- Escalate any issues identified to the Finance Business Partner Income.
- Review the open legacy case files with the Finance Business Partner Income and follow up on actions raised.
- Highlight any improvements/enhancements to the legacy process to the Finance Business Partner Income.

Job Purpose
At Waverley Abbey, we seek to extend and build the kingdom of God through encounter with Him, through education, engagement and enterprise, for the spiritual and cultural renewal of this generation and generations to come. As Fundraising Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by strengthening activities to raise finances from Trusts and Foundations, individual givers, mid–net-worth donors and partners. You help will shape compelling cases for support and build meaningful long-term relationships with funders, that grow our supporter base through proactive outreach, relationship management and strategic bid-writing. Working collaboratively with the Chief Development Officer and Head of Marketing & Communications, you will ensure our supporters and funders feel deeply connected to our work and inspired to invest in Waverley Abbey’s vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign support
> Support the Senior Marketing Manager, and wider marketing department, to align fundraising campaigns and activity with the wider organisational marketing calendar.
> Support the planning, development and delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns across email, web, social media, print, events and direct mail.
> Support the marketing department as they produce high quality fundraising assets, including videos, graphics, impact stories and supporter communications.

About the role
We’re looking for a Workplace Manager for 12 months to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of workplace and facilities operations across our London HQ and rented sites. This hands‑on role covers Hard FM, Soft FM, building compliance, meeting room operations, sustainability performance and overall employee experience.
You’ll ensure our spaces are safe, compliant, welcoming and productive supporting everything from hybrid working to high‑profile events. You’ll manage a small team and contractor network, build strong internal relationships, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Hard FM, Soft FM and workplace services

About Us
At Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) we champion animal welfare around the world. We send vets where they are needed most, provide expert veterinary training in hard-to-reach places, and ship urgent aid supplies worldwide, every day of the year.
We deploy teams of vets and vet nurses, send equipment and supplies to help struggling organisations on the front line of animal welfare, and train vets at our international training centres in India, Thailand, Malawi, Cambodia, and the Galápagos Islands. We also work on strategic one health projects such as rabies elimination campaigns with Governments and NGOs all over the world. Our Mission Rabies project runs mass canine vaccination and community education in the world’s worst hotspots for the disease. Since the project began, over seven million dogs have been vaccinated against rabies and over thirteen million children have been educated in rabies prevention, protecting the lives of people and animals.
Last year, WVS helped an animal every 14 seconds. We trained over 4,800 vets, deployed teams of vets all over the world, and sent over 1,700 parcels of veterinary supplies to 261 charities in 71 countries.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the wider WVS team to produce engaging and informative content for social media, including producing day to day content plans and supporting on campaigns.
- Create content that is tailored for maximum engagement on each platform and analyse engagement data to provide insights and continuously improve our communications.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Executive on audience growth campaigns as part of the wider marketing strategy.
- Manage the social media accounts on a day to day basis, including responding to comments and messages.
- Identify and liaise with influencers, brand ambassadors, and collaborators.
- Support our international teams with social media content and guidance.
- Support the wider marketing team with campaigns and activity.
- Some evening and weekend working, to include travel, will likely be required.
