We are recruiting a Networks Partnerships & Development Manager (Care Equity) to support Carers Trust’s London based networks of local carer organisations and key partners across commissioning, service development, organisational practice, and partnership development

Activity delivered by this post will be focused through an equity lens, taking a place-based approach to supporting Network Partners respond to the practice based implications of developments such as neighbourhood health, digital and workforce changes, alongside the needs of underserved London carer populations.

We are seeking a Clean Energy Futures Projects Lead to manage initiatives in our high-performing Clean Energy Futures team. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, innovation, and delivery. 

This role is central to our unique, global, multi-stakeholder programme, which includes various aspects of consumer rights in energy including energy affordability, energy access, and participation in clean energy opportunities, including emerging technologies such as smart home energy management and dynamic grids.

Working alongside the Clean Energy Futures Strategy Lead, the Director of Sustainability and the wider team, the Clean Energy Futures Project Lead will be responsible for co-creating and managing projects including policy research, consumer insights and campaigns, reports and recommendations to business and government, and coordination with international bodies (UN, IEA, OECD) on standard setting. They will have a key role in the team's engagement with a wide network of consumer organisations and energy sector stakeholders from government, multilaterals organisations, NGOs, think tanks and individual experts, and they will manage and grow critical relationships with private sector partners and funders. 

This is a diverse role working on vital aspects of the clean energy transition, helping to ensure that the consumer voice and consumer interests are central to future energy systems design.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven team player with expertise in clean energy policy and practice, an understanding of the importance of demand-side solutions, and a belief in the potential of international and cross-sector collaboration in achieving a fast, fair and equitable transition.

Key responsibilities of the role include the following:  

Project Management 

• Lead multi-country, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. 

• Manage budgets, risks, and reporting in line with organisational standards. 

• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex initiatives 

• Develop new project proposals, initiate/support projects and pursue relevant funding opportunities with partners and other external actors. 

Insight and Innovation  

• Provide deep, up to date understanding of energy and related consumer issues globally. 

• Track trends and policy developments to ensure the organisation is at the forefront of global debates. 

• Write reports and thought leadership that can influence decision-makers. 

• Contribute to updating our Consumer Power strategy in the Clean Energy Futures team and identify opportunities for innovation and growth in this area. 

Member and Stakeholder Engagement  

• Collaborate closely with Consumers International’s membership to drive collective action.

• Work with cross-sector partners to support project delivery and support in identifying new partners, including private sector, to grow programme impact. 

Global Representation  

• Advocate for consumer rights and sustainability, positioning Consumers International as an important voice in fair and equitable transition to the clean energy future. 

• Contribute to policy discussions and global narratives. 

• Represent Consumers International at global events.

Working across teams 

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to support the implementation of the Strategic and Business Plans.

• Constantly be on the look-out for new opportunities for Consumers International to build our impact and organisational strength.

• Contribute as needed to Consumers International-wide communication and outreach.

About the role

Reporting to the Impact Director, the Grants Manager will manage an annual grants programme of approximately £3 million, overseeing the full grants lifecycle from application and assessment through to monitoring, evaluation and learning. You will build strong relationships with funded partners, prepare robust funding recommendations for Trustees, and ensure our grant‑making is effective, proportionate and aligned with best practice.

You will also line manage an Impact Executive (0.4 FTE) and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to share learning, evidence impact and support wider fundraising and advocacy work.

An exciting opportunity for a Data Services Manager has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF). 

WCRF is the UK’s leading cancer prevention charity focusing on the link between cancer and risk factors such as diet, body weight and physical activity. 

We are seeking a Data Services Manager to lead and be responsible for the management, use and maintenance of systems and in-house CRM databases to support the achievement of the charity’s fundraising strategic objectives. You will be analysing and reviewing data and reporting on results that can then be used to build engagement with our supporters.You will also be responsible for a team of two people. 

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with industry standard fundraising software solutions in the charity sector, ideally have knowledge of Claris Filemaker products and will have experience of creating new, and maintaining and updating existing, complex database systems.Experience of creating scripts and troubleshooting existing scripts is key, along with considerable hands-on experience of working with complex data sources, transfers and imports. An understanding and working knowledge of Data Protection regulations is required.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to lead and oversee the housekeeping, laundry, portering, gardening, catering, and maintenance teams at Royal Trinity Hospice. This role involves ensuring a safe, compliant, and compassionate environment for patients, staff, tenants, and visitors by maintaining high standards of facilities management.

Overall purpose of the role

• Lead and deliver an effective housekeeping operation ensuring systems and processes are efficient and aligned with organisational goals.
• Deputise for the Head of Facilities when needed to
• Support the delivery of the annual health & safety audits, working collaboratively with consultants and staff to achieve high standards of safety at the hospice.
• Ensure all estates infrastructure work efficiently and effectively, meet the required Trinity standards and fulfil all statutory and regulatory obligations
• In conjunction with Health and Safety Consultants, to ensure the internal and external environment is safe and that all relevant risk management activities (including incident management system) are completed to required standards
• Support the procurement of facilities management service contracts including all planned, preventative maintenance (PPM) requirements ensuring excellent supplier relationship management to hold contractors to account
• Manage and develop ten staff members in the housekeeping department.

 Skills and experience required 

• Vocational qualifications in Facilities Management or Health and Safety (minimum IOSHH or NEBOSH General Certificate, IWFM Diploma, or equivalent).
• A minimum of three years experience in facilities, building services, and health & safety management.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• Previous responsibility for fire safety, risk assessments, policies, and audits within a healthcare environment (preferred),
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety standards, infection control protocols, facilities contracts and budget management. Must stay up to date with current legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Strong analytical skills for managing records, compliance reports, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of Healthcare National Cleaning Standards.
• Waste Management qualifications.
• Familiarity with CQC standards for Estates and Facilities Services.
• Understanding of NHS Litigation Authority Standards for Facilities Infrastructure Services.

The PKD Charity is looking for an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder to lead patient involvement in groundbreaking PKD research.

This is not a standard engagement role.

You will help ensure that the voices, experiences and priorities of people living with polycystic kidney disease directly influence research, clinical studies and future healthcare decisions across the UK.

PKD affects around 70,000 people in the UK. It causes kidney failure, lifelong health complications and reduced life expectancy. There is currently no cure.

High-impact communication crosscuts the entire GDC programme and is essential to ensuring that beneficial products can be made affordable and available to all. As Communications Manager (maternity cover), you will therefore need to both hit the ground running to deliver our ambitious schedule of upcoming communications activities – from in-person and online events, to high-profile research, publications, and digital outputs – as well as to work proactively with the Head of GDC, Bopinc team, GDC strategic advisors, and fellow communications colleagues to shape and embed communication activities across a range of new projects that are kicking off in 2026-27.

Practical Action is an international development organisation putting ingenious ideas to work so people in poverty can change their world. For the past eight years, Practical Action has been hosting and building the Global Distributors Collective (GDC): a collective of 300 last mile distribution companies that cumulatively reach millions of the poorest consumers in the world with beneficial products like solar lanterns, water filters and improved cookstoves. GDC activities are delivered in collaboration with strategic and implementing partner Bopinc.

The GDC provides a collective voice for distributors to ensure their priorities are heard; drives research and innovation across the sector; facilitates the exchange of information, insight, and expertise; and provides critical services that leverage economies of scale.

Moving into our 2026-30 strategy phase, we are proactively shifting from creating and setting up advisory services and tools that support last mile distributors to embedding and scaling these initiatives. Specifically, we will focus on four key strategic pillars:

· Unlocking finance: Prepare more last mile distributors (LMDs) for investment and help to unlock country-level financing mechanisms and create LMD-focussed debt facilities. 

· Strengthening business performance: Deliver training, shared services, and data tools that reduce business costs and improve efficiency, in scalable formats.

· Scaling innovation: Identify, test, and replicate high-value business innovations and remove eco-system barriers.

· Shaping systems and local leadership: Build local chapters and influence global and national agendas so LMDs are visible, valued and represented. 

About you

We are looking for a go-getting, ambitious and proactive communications specialist who is ready to lead the GDC communications team to deliver a range of high-impact, top-quality, communications activities over the next 12 months. To succeed in this role, you must be a communications all-rounder, an experienced line manager, and an excellent written and verbal communicator with exceptional attention to detail, robust project management and interpersonal skills. You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to multitask, work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment, while also being willing to “muck in” in our relatively small team. Depending on where you are based, demonstrable experience of managing remote staff will be important; as will the ability to thoughtfully support and coach team members to achieve their full potential.

Reporting to the CEO, the Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a key role within our organisation, forming part of the Income and Partnerships Team.

We are looking for an ambitious and autonomous fundraiser to develop, deliver and grow our long-term corporate partnerships programme in London, Manchester and new locations in line with our strategy.

The key aim of the role is to secure new, and account manage existing corporate partnerships which will both contribute to ReachOut’s core mission of transforming outcomes for young people constrained by circumstance and help companies to achieve their own Corporate Social Responsibility goals.

Please note that this role will support the fundraising in both our Maggie's Edinburgh and Fife centres. The role is based in Maggie's Edinburgh but will require some occasional travel to Maggie's Fife.

The purpose of the role is to utilise effective and efficient administrative and fundraising skills to assist in delivering both financial and non-financial targets which will provide a gateway to all fundraising activity across Maggie’s. 

As Centre Fundraiser, you will assist the Centre Fundraising Manager to implement the fundraising strategy to deliver income targets through proactive donor recruitment and excellent donor care.  

This includes supporting and retaining existing supporters and researching new key relationships with individuals as well as partnerships with local businesses, groups and associations.  

You will represent the work, vision and purpose of Maggie’s whilst supporting the delivery of local and central fundraising initiatives and campaigns. This includes presentations, face to face, telephone and written communications.  

There will be a requirement to work irregular hours as well as frequent local travel.
