About the Role
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will drive Baytree’s corporate fundraising by developing innovative partnership opportunities, nurturing strong relationships, and securing income and strategic support. You will work closely with the Fundraising & Communications Director to shape and deliver the organisation’s corporate partnerships strategy. This is a hands‑on and impact‑driven role for someone who enjoys relationship‑building, strategic thinking, and contributing to a mission supporting women and girls.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Acquisition & Stewardship
- Identify, secure, and grow new corporate partnerships delivering income, pro bono support, gifts‑in‑kind, and strategic value.
- Create compelling pitches, proposals, and case studies.
- Steward existing partners and produce high‑quality impact reports.
Fundraising Campaigns & Events
- Lead the planning and delivery of major fundraising campaigns (e.g., The Big Give, Baytree anniversaries).
Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align partnerships with organisational priorities.
- Coordinate with service delivery to offer opportunities such as career insight days and work experience.
- Partner with the Volunteer Manager to deliver purposeful corporate volunteering.
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate reporting on Views and Beacon CRM.

Power2 is a fast growing and energetic children and young people's charity that has supported 27,000 young people since 2001. We are based in the North West of England and London and deliver early-intervention asset-based programmes to children and young people who have mental wellbeing challenges and are disengaged from school and more widely. Our new Programme Leads will be trained to deliver all our programmes and will primarily work in schools to support young people, their families, and school staff to ensure that at-risk pupils make the most of their education and improve their life chances. Work will include 1:1 support based in a school or in the community and delivery of Power2’s group programmes. The successful candidates could be based in one school or travel between multiple schools.

The post holder will work as part of the Estate & Facilities and Safety Management team to deliver high standard, customer focused estates and facilities to the organisation. You will lead on all aspects of safety, facilities and estate management at our outdoor learning centre, Hindleap Warren. You will support with facilities (managed onsite by the Director of Finance) but will be responsible for all aspects of safety compliance at our London Office. What you will be doing
Estate Strategy
- Work with the Senior Team and Heads of Centres to develop the strategic direction and objectives to ensure London Youth are following relevant legislation and best practice from all sectors.
- Create and deliver plans to manage London Youth's assets in a compliant, safe, and best practice manner, as well as rolling out new software to manage this process.
Facilities Management
- Lead on delivery of all Facilities Management services, including but not limited to: M&E, fabric, cleaning/housekeeping, bed linen/laundry, car partking, grounds, waste management, pest control and external contractors. Occasionally support may be needed out of normal working hours in emergency situations.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance programme, ensuring the satisfactory operation of all buildings, plant and equipment, and ensuring our buildings remain compliant, safe, fit for purpose, and reflect our brand values at all times.
- Procure and manage services, evaluate contracts and tender processes through a blend of in-house and out-sourced delivery methods, as appropriate, and evaluate value for money.
- Work with the Director of Centres and Heads of Centres to set the estates, facilities, and health & safety elements of their annual budgets and advising on capital expenditure requirements across all three sites.
Health & Safety
- Maintain a health and safety management system at both Hindleap and the London Office, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, including overseeing risk assessments, health & safety policies and procedures, and annual audits.
- Attend monthly meetings of the Safety and Safeguarding Team, analysing reported accident and incident data.
- Provide assurance reporting to the Director of Centres and Trustees on a quarterly basis.
What you bring to the role
- Experience of delivering safe and effective work on customer-facing premises and grounds.
- Experience of managing high performing teams to deliver in line with the needs of an organisation.
- Experience of working and leading teams across multiple sites.
- Relevant qualifications in facilities and estates management and health & safety, including a NEBOSH.
- Knowledge of the Health and Safety compliance standards applicable to our sites and how these should be achieved. (Please note the outdoor adventurous activities are managed by the operations team - specialist knowldge of these areas is not required.)
- Ability to communicate in a range of settings with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Ability and experience of training others in health and safety.
- Experience of working as a member of a management team and bringing about changes through the action of your peers and team.

About the role
As Retail Compliance Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining and implementing retail compliance within our risk management framework, ensuring legislative requirements are met and risks to our people, operations and brand are minimised. Working on a remote-first basis, you will support central trading teams and retail operations to embed safe, legal and best practice ways of working across our shop network and retail activities.
The role will involve occasional travel to our shops across the UK (approximately 1–3 times per month) to support incident management.

We are recruiting a Senior Member Network Account Manager to join our busy Member Networks team at the British Psychological Society for a fixed period of 12 months starting in March 2026.
The team supports over 60 psychology‑focused member networks, each with its own specialist interests and passions. About the Role
As Senior Member Network Account Manager, you will be the main contact for several Member Networks, including Divisions. You’ll support and guide volunteers across multiple committees, helping them deliver activity for their members confidently and effectively. This includes advising on governance, finance, volunteer recruitment, events and wider activity planning. You will also build strong relationships, lead projects, and work closely with teams across the organisation to strengthen collaboration and network growth.
A day in the life may include:
- Advising volunteers on governance, finance, awards, planning and compliance matters
- Ensuring Networks deliver their activity plans, managing timelines and aligning work to strategic goals and budgets
- Supporting events and projects that drive member engagement, including budgeting, venue liaison and travel bookings
- Managing inboxes and responding to enquiries with clear advice and signposting
- Attending meetings, collating actions and following up to ensure progress
- Sharing best practice and improving processes, tools and systems as needed
- Maintaining documents in Google Workspace, including budgets, reports and committee lists.
- Delivering volunteer training on new processes or systems
- Coordinating awards and grants, updating web content and communicating with applicants
- Managing committee recruitment, posting roles and handling applications
- Working with internal teams such as Membership, and Marketing to provide seamless support.
