About the role
We're looking for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive National Customer Service Centre (NCSC) in Sunderland.
You'll be based just 600 metres from our PDSA Pet Hospital, working as part of a welcoming team of around 60 colleagues who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients, supporters, volunteers and retail customers.

The Students’ Guild supports a wide range of student-led activities which provide exciting and rewarding opportunities for our members. You will work with our Grants Team, Project Co-ordinators and Assessment Lead to develop and support grant management across a range of programmes. Your role will be to lead on specific programmes, including supporting assessment, onboarding and grant management. You will ensure that grantees are fully supported to manage their grants and ensure that grant management is compliant, auditable, efficient, and timely. You will support the development of grant policies and processes, writing grant paperwork and documentation, overseeing payments, and reporting to the wider Programmes Team and others about our work.
You don’t need to have managed grants before, but you do need to have a good understanding of a wide range enterprises and charities, gained through experience of training, business consultancy or development support. You will have a good understanding of business models, legal structures and financial systems that social and environmental organisations and community run and owned businesses may use. You will need to understand social enterprise finances, be able to read accounts, budgets, cashflows and have a good knowledge of social enterprise income streams.
We need someone who understands how hard it is to start up and grow social and environmental enterprises and can support people from diverse backgrounds in managing their grant, finances and growing their business.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.
Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. You will be part of a team driving Rainbow Trust’s Corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking and stewardship. About the role
The Cloud Systems Engineer is responsible for leading the management, optimisation and security of CARE International UK’s cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems. The role focuses on maintaining highly available and secure platforms, supporting infrastructure transformation and cloud migration activity, and ensuring effective administration of core services including Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, identity services, networking, backup and disaster recovery. The postholder will work closely with the IT Manager, wider IT team and key stakeholders across the organisation, while also supporting projects, change management and technical planning.
The role requires strong technical knowledge across cloud platforms, systems administration, security and infrastructure support, alongside excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. You will need to be confident managing complex environments, improving performance through automation and standardisation, and responding effectively to incidents and vulnerabilities. Success in the role will also depend on your ability to communicate clearly, lead troubleshooting, mentor junior colleagues and take a proactive, security-first approach to continuous improvement.
About you
You will be an experienced cloud infrastructure or lead systems administrator with strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and hybrid environments. We are looking for someone with excellent troubleshooting, automation and security skills, including experience with Entra ID, Intune, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and PowerShell scripting. You will also bring strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor others and manage competing priorities. Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps, Security+ or ITIL would be advantageous.
