Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Health Information and Communications & Engagement (especially our Digital team), you’ll deliver integrated, engaging, data‑led campaigns aligned with WCRF’s mission that inspire supporters, grow income and deepen long‑term relationships.
You’ll be a creative, organised and collaborative fundraiser with experience across at least two of the following areas: events, community fundraising and digital fundraising.
You’re confident leading projects from idea to delivery, enjoy working with data and insight, and are excited by testing new approaches.
Most importantly, you care deeply about supporter experience and are motivated by making a real difference.
An interest in healthy living and cancer prevention is not essential but would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
As Head of Business Support, you will:

- Work with the wider WVS team to produce engaging and informative content for social media, including producing day to day content plans and supporting on campaigns.

About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Legacy and In Memory Marketing Manager to help grow and deliver WWF-UK’s legacy and in memory fundraising programme. This role will lead the planning and delivery of engaging multi-channel marketing activity that inspires supporters to consider leaving a gift in their will or giving in memory, helping to build long-term support for our mission.
You’ll manage a varied portfolio of campaigns across direct mail, digital, events and web, working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications and data teams, as well as external agencies. Alongside delivering high-quality campaigns, you’ll play an important role in strengthening supporter journeys, embedding best practice in legacy marketing and championing legacy and in memory giving across the organisation.

We’re on the lookout for a Legacy and In Memory Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on legacy and in-memory giving - including gifts in Wills which are some of the most meaningful contributions we receive, helping us fund research that will save and improve lives.
In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising Strategy and start developing new products. You’ll be delivering thoughtful, well-timed and engaging communications to a variety of audiences, helping us reach new supporters and deepen relationships with those already connected to us. Your work will play a vital part in raising awareness, encouraging supporters to consider leaving a gift in their Will, and providing meaningful ways to remember loved ones.
Working closely with our Legacy and In Memory Manager, you’ll help manage relationships with external agencies and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to make sure our plans are delivered smoothly and successfully. It’s a role where your creativity, empathy and organisation will all come into play.

- Maintain strong links with relevant Associations for cross-promotion and collaboration
Administration & Operations
- Prepare and manage proposals, sponsorship agreements, invoicing and document handling
- Provide support with meeting coordination and general office administration
- Assist with stock and marketing material ordering and organisational upkeep
- Maintain compliance with data protection policies
Technology & Systems
- Support updates and maintenance across BAAPS websites and CRM
- Confidently handle remote meeting systems and internal software tools
Who We’re Looking For
You will:
- Be commercially minded with proven business development experience
- Have excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skills
- Show creativity in identifying new revenue streams and engagement opportunities
- Be organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Bring strong IT literacy (CRM, MS Office; knowledge of Xero advantageous)
- Appreciate the professionalism and sensitivity required in a healthcare related organisation
