Job description

At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, what we do matters and we’re looking for an experienced Regional General Manager (RGM) to lead our Oxford region. We want someone who can bring strong operational leadership, inspire teams and confidently navigate change. This is a role for a leader who enjoys being visible, making things happen and balancing people, performance and purpose. You’ll ensure our services are safe, sustainable, client-focused and continually improving.

What will you bring?

You’ll have significant management and leadership experience and be comfortable taking ownership of financial performance, with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into practical decisions. You’ll be an adaptable and confident leader who can embrace change, solve complex problems and plan effectively for both immediate priorities and the bigger picture. Just as importantly, you’ll be an excellent communicator who can bring people with you building strong relationships, challenging when needed and creating a culture where colleagues feel supported to succeed.

Healthcare experience isn’t essential. We’re interested in the leadership capability and mindset you can bring to MSI UK.

Why MSI UK?

You’ll be joining an established organisation with a clear purpose, while having the opportunity to genuinely influence how our services develop. You’ll have the support of experienced Regional General Managers, attend regular RGM quarterly meetings and ongoing training and development to help you grow in the role.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

  • Lead your region through periods of change and service development
  • Get involved in wider organisational change projects
  • Take ownership of centre closures and operational planning
  • Work alongside experienced senior leaders across MSI UK
  • Make data-led decisions that improve both client and colleague experience

And practically, you’ll be site-based, with parking available at all Oxford centres, and travel outside your base location reimbursed.

If you’re a confident, commercially minded leader who thrives on change, enjoys solving problems and wants your work to have a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. Your leadership could help us continue changing lives, one client, one team and one service at a time.

Why Join Us?

We offer a supportive, values-driven environment where your contribution is recognised and rewarded:

Financial & Rewards: Aviva pension (up to 5% employer contribution), Blue Light Card discounts (4,000+ perks), Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loan, and long-service recognition rewards.

Wellbeing & Work-Life Balance: Opportunity to buy and sell annual leave, 24/7 GP access and EAP via Westfield Health, an extra day off for your birthday, accredited Mental Health First Aiders, family-friendly policies, and a national employee recognition programme.

Learning & Career Development: Clear career pathways, paid training and development, accredited apprenticeships, and learning agreements to support your professional growth.
