About the Service

The Enfield Refuge Service provides emergency accommodation to women and children fleeing domestic abuse and sexual violence. Refuge Support Workers give emotional and practical support, this can include housing support, legal options, reporting to the police, help around child contact, benefits, financial advice and accessing therapeutic support services.

About the Role
As Refuge Support Worker, you will help create a safe, welcoming environment for women and families escaping abuse. You’ll handle phone enquiries, prepare rooms for new arrivals, support with deliveries, and help maintain clean, safe communal areas.

You’ll introduce new residents to Solace services, explain key policies, and ensure they are aware of internal and external support options. Working alongside each resident, you will develop support plans, assist with benefits and housing applications, accompany them to appointments when needed, and help them work towards safe, independent move‑on accommodation.

About You

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, practical, and resilient, with a genuine commitment to supporting survivors of domestic abuse. You’re confident working in a busy, varied environment and can balance hands‑on tasks with administrative responsibilities.

You communicate clearly, build trusting relationships, and work well with residents, colleagues, and external agencies. You are organised, reliable, and able to maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational procedures.

You’re also comfortable supporting service users with practical needs such as benefits, housing, and appointments, and you approach challenges with patience, empathy, and a problem‑solving mindset. You’re also able to manage occasional physical tasks, such as helping prepare rooms or assisting with deliveries.

Additional Information

The postholder will be based at our Enfield refuge, working full-time, providing on-site support to survivors. Given the nature of this role and our refuge services, we are unable to offer hybrid working for this position.

Tabard Court is a mental health supported accommodation for individual with significant offending histories and complex mental health needs.

What you'll do:
1. Keyworking, Support Planning & Recovery
? Hold a keyworking caseload (typically 4-6 customers), meeting each customer regularly for structured keywork sessions focused on mental health, risk, daily living skills and recovery goals.
? Complete and regularly review support plans, risk management plans and crisis plans with customers and the wider team, ensuring they are meaningful, co-produced and linked to clear, achievable outcomes.

2. Risk Management & Safeguarding
? Undertake initial and ongoing assessments of risk and need, including dynamic risk indicators
(e.g. changes in behaviour, non-engagement, relapse indicators), and escalate concerns promptly.

3. Day-to-day Support & Service delivery
? Provide practical support with daily living skills (e.g. budgeting, shopping, appointments, selfcare, routines) to enable customers to build independence and sustain their accommodation.

About you:
Experience & Knowledge
? NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
? Experience of working with people with significant mental health needs, ideally in forensic or criminal justice settings (secure services, probation, prison, step-down or similar).
? Understanding of recovery-oriented practice and trauma-informed approaches in mental health.
? Awareness of risk assessment and risk management processes in forensic mental health (e.g. working with index offences, relapse indicators, safeguarding, conditions of discharge or licence).
? Experience of keyworking or case management, including multi-agency liaison and report writing.
? Comfortable working in a structured environment with policies, procedures and clear documentation standards, while remaining flexible and responsive to individual need.

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust was established in memory of Suzy Lamplugh, a young estate agent who tragically disappeared while at work in 1986 and was later declared deceased in 1993. Created to honour Suzy’s legacy, the Trust aims to empower individuals and organisations to take a stand against abuse, aggression, and violence in all forms, supporting safety in both personal and professional lives.

Role Overview: 

This is a blended role combining responsibilities across the National Stalking Helpline (0.6 FTE) and the National Advocacy Service (0.4 FTE).
The postholder will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support across the full victim journey from first contact and immediate risk assessment through to ongoing advocacy and multi-agency casework.
The role ensures a seamless service for victims, supporting individuals at all risk levels through:

• Immediate advice, triage, and safety planning via the helpline
• Ongoing advocacy, case management, and support navigating the criminal justice system

This model strengthens continuity of care and ensures consistent, victim-centred support across services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: National Advocate (.4) National Helpline (.6) 

• Provide advice, guidance, emotional support, safety planning, and risk assessment to individuals contacting the National Stalking Helpline. 

• Answer incoming calls to the helpline and manage contacts in line with service standards. 

• Helpline duties day/week/FTE with flexibility to meet demand/need 

• Provide tailored advocacy support, advice, and guidance to victims living including emotional support, risk assessment, and safety planning. 

• Using the SASH, conduct follow on risk assessments to inform ongoing safety planning 

• Develop and maintain individualised advocacy plans for each client. 

• Support clients to navigate the Criminal Justice System (CJS), civil and family courts. 

• Liaise with other professionals and agencies, such as housing, health, social care, and law enforcement, to ensure coordinated support. 

• Proactively research and build strong working relationships with support services and share best practice 

• Advise and advocate on behalf of victims when their rights under the Victims’ Code are not being met. 

• Undertake ISA accreditation (training provided if not already achieved). 

• Apply cyberstalking knowledge and seek cyber technical support on complex cases. 

• Manage a caseload of up to advocacy 12 clients 

• Ensure prompt case closure when advocacy needs end, victims withdraw consent, or contact attempts fail. 

• Monitor and respond to the helpline email Live chat, inbox and voicemail messages in a timely and professional manner. 

• Respond to contacts from victims, friends, family members, and professionals seeking support or information. 

• Make safeguarding referrals and maintain compliance with safeguarding policies.

• Deliver one-off advocacy interventions where appropriate.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Outreach Worker to provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic violence and their children living within Warwickshire.

The post holder will inform the survivor on the options and support available, empowering the survivor to make decisions and achieve their goals to increase their safety, confidence and independence.

The role involves working with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies to advocate on behalf of survivors and promote access to services to meet their needs. 

The Safe Accommodation Outreach Worker will be co-located within housing teams in Warwickshire to strengthen multi-agency working and improve access to safe accommodation for survivors. The post holder will build effective working relationships with housing colleagues, provide specialist domestic abuse advice and support, and attend monthly housing meetings to share information, identify barriers, and support coordinated responses for survivors and their children.

As part of this role, you will be required to participate in our local Warwickshire domestic abuse helpline, on a rota basis. This requires covering a later shift from 12:30 – 20:30, approximately twice per month.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new Assessment Hub team at Apple Tree Cottage, providing rapid assessment and support into appropriate accommodation to clients over a 28-day period, ensuring those at risk of rough sleeping and homelessness can be directed to services suitable to their immediate, medium and longer term needs.  

In the role of Assessment and Reconnection worker you will: 

• Work with our clients on their road to recovery, by identifying their needs, helping them to access appropriate support and access suitable accommodation. 
• Provide thorough assessment of housing eligibility and support needs.
• Provide our clients with dynamic support to identify suitable accommodation and support them to obtain this.
• Have some housing management responsibilities as part of ensuring we deliver safe, high quality services.

The Peer Support Service Lead will oversee our service designed to offer support to address the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness or vulnerably housed. This service aims to facilitate connection, motivate and inspire and provide a non-judgmental, listening ear to empower those individuals to make informed choices.

The team will conduct outreach work within the local community to assist individuals aged 18+ who often face systemic barriers that prevent or hinder them from accessing relevant services. Clients on this service may have limited experience of maintaining tenancies and sustaining engagement with services and may be reluctant to engage and share their experiences to improve their situation.

Our Peer Support Workers aim to bridge this gap, taking a relational approach to build trust and support clients in making the first steps towards engagement with services such as housing, health and wellbeing services and social engagement opportunities.

The post holder will be an effective leader, managing the day-to-day functions of the Peer Support team and supporting them to work with individuals who experience multiple disadvantage. A key feature of the service is its Lived Experience component. As such, the role includes responsibility for ensuring the wellbeing and safety of Peer Support Workers, providing appropriate safeguarding oversight, and adopting a caring, attentive, and supportive approach to their welfare and professional development.

They will work closely with other leads across services to ensure that there is an integrated service delivery providing a person-centered and trauma informed approach.

The Payroll HR Admin Partner is a hands-on role responsible for:

1. Ensuring both the effective administration and checking of the monthly payroll tasks and effectively managing payroll queries and the outsourcing of payroll tasks to MHR. About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Edinburgh Skylight as a Receptionist/Administrator in our Crisis Skylight Edinburgh Team. You will be there to welcome people who are homeless seeking advice and start the process of helping them to end their homelessness.

You will support the team to manage a busy working environment, welcoming and supporting a range of people including new Skylight members, current members, staff, Crisis volunteers and visitors. You will provide administrative support for this fast and responsive service to those newly presenting as homeless. You will also carry out administration and housekeeping functions relating to the customer service and facilities management of Cranston House. This role is based onsite with no option for homeworking.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be highly organised with experience of working within a reception or administrative support role, as well as experience providing a high standard of customer service. We are looking for someone who understands the issues faced by homeless people and is excited to learn about the ways we can support them. You will be able to deal with challenging situations and individuals with a range of needs, to reach a positive resolution through a calm and confident approach.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully with disadvantaged or socially excluded groups and individuals. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written will be key, as well as working collaboratively within a team. As you will be the first point of contact for many people, you need to be friendly, enjoy helping and be willing to learn about Crisis and all the other activities taking place within the building.

We are now seeking a values-led and commercially minded Head of Finance and Resources to join our Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping Aspire's future.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional who wants to combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational delivery in an organisation that makes a tangible difference every day.

As Head of Finance and Resources, you will lead Aspire's finance and resource functions, ensuring strong financial stewardship, effective governance, organisational resilience and sustainable growth. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Trustees and senior colleagues, you will help shape organisational strategy, support business development and fundraising activity, and ensure the charity remains financially strong and well positioned for the future.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical finance expertise with excellent leadership and relationship-building skills. You will be equally comfortable presenting financial information to Trustees, supporting managers to improve financial performance, and helping to identify opportunities that strengthen our impact and sustainability.

You will bring:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and/or significant senior financial management experience.

• Experience of leading finance and operational functions within a charity, public sector, social enterprise or similarly complex organisation.

• Strong strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.

• Experience of producing meaningful management information and using data to support organisational decision-making.

• Advanced Power BI and financial reporting skills, with the ability to develop insightful dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Knowledge of grant funding, commissioned services and restricted fund management.

• Experience of developing and improving systems, processes and organisational effectiveness.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support and develop others.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with Trustees, funders, partners and colleagues.

• A practical, solutions-focused approach and willingness to work collaboratively across the organisation.

About the Role

The Casework Coordinator will provide high quality, person-centred case coordination, advice and practical support to refugees, refugee families and people with no recourse to public funds living in temporary accommodation or transitioning into longer-term housing. The postholder will manage a caseload of individuals and families, undertaking assessments, developing personalised support plans and coordinating access to housing, health, education, financial and other support services to promote stability, independence and positive integration outcomes.

Working as part of the London Borough Outcomes Partnership, the postholder will collaborate with local authorities, delivery partners and community organisations to support successful move-on from temporary accommodation, improve access to services and contribute to the achievement of contractual outcomes. 

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.

What you'll do:

• Manage referrals, completing Dash Risk Assessments and obtaining and maintaining all relevant paperwork.
