The Head of Change leads the development, coordination and delivery of the Foundation’s strategic change portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, this role provides expert direction on organisational change initiatives, ensures alignment with strategic priorities, and builds a culture where transformation is understood, embraced and delivered confidently across the organisation.
The Head of Change acts as the Foundation’s change leader, helping to shape strategy, establishing structures for high-quality programme delivery, and ensuring teams are ready and supported through change. This includes oversight of the Change team, taking a lead on cross-Foundation change initiatives, and ensuring all strategic programmes are governed effectively.
This role is cross-organisational, working closely with the Chief People & Transformation Officer on the operating model, the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Transformation on planning and delivery.
This role delivers a transformational, organisation-wide approach to change, grounded in best practice, and provides a high-quality, consistent programme delivery through a strengthened PMO capability. The Head of Change delivers improved organisational staff readiness and staff confidence during periods of change, and produces clear, measurable outcomes across the Foundation’s strategic transformation priorities. This role also helps to foster a culture that embraces innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

The role

About the role:
The Floating Support Worker will specialise in working with women for whom housing, and risk of tenancy breakdown is a priority. You will provide specialist housing and domestic abuse support to women aged 18 and over. The accommodation needs of the women you support will require you to advocate and support for each woman efficiently and empathically, whilst liaising with providers and stakeholders to ensure her accommodation needs are met. The role is dynamic and requires the post holder to respond to women with effective crisis intervention, advocacy and support. They will be required to coordinate the provision of multiagency support which focuses on working with clients to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness. The post holder will establish positive, proactive, and innovative working relationships with housing services and partner agencies.
The Floating Support Worker will ensure that the women survivors views and needs inform every stage of the process, and so the post holder will be empathic, empowering and able to advocate for women. You will also share your learning with your team, Advance and other stakeholders to ensure best practice is consistently achieved.
Working as part of a team of Floating Support Workers, you will make proactive contact and provide high quality non-judgemental advocacy and support based upon a client led needs and risk assessment. You will be responsible for a number of women at a time and you will be their designated and consistent support worker. You will also support women and referrers at the first stage of referral by completing assessments and providing crisis intervention support as part of a ‘duty’ team with designated days for you to do this.
The Floating Support Worker will have an excellent understanding of domestic violence and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse and the housing sectors. As an experienced domestic abuse advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, you will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information appropriately.
Experience of supporting female survivors of domestic violence with housing and accommodation needs, in partnership with other organisations, and of safeguarding procedures is essential for this post.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Create effective working partnerships with housing service providers and the local council to promote the Floating Support Worker Service
Provide information, guidance and support to referral stakeholders to enable them to identify women at risk of and experiencing domestic violence, enabling them to confidently respond and refer women to the service. This may include delivery of briefings and information sessions to upskill housing workers. To continuously build awareness of the service and confidence of stakeholders in order to ensure women in need are identified and supported
Effectively support a number of women at any one time, undertaking case management activities such as excellent assessments, action planning, referrals, and record keeping
Conduct comprehensive assessments of needs and risk for women experiencing domestic violence, carry out short- and longer-term risk management, safety planning and support; and identify and refer to services appropriate to their needs, including attendance at specialist/dedicated courts and MARAC as required
Develop and deliver support plans that include delivery of high-quality face to face or telephone crisis intervention, information, advocacy and support, in respect to criminal and civil remedies, housing, health, welfare rights, children’s legislation and other appropriate interventions. Ensure that focus on safe tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention underpins all work
Advise women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies, making referrals and co-ordinating the provision of multi-agency support where necessary, and proactively advocate ensuring barriers to accessing support and protection are minimised
Proactively assess the needs and safety of any children that women using the service may have, ensure that any risks/needs identified are addressed directly with the woman, and take appropriate action to safeguard them
Proactively assess the needs and safety of women at risk proactively following Adult at Risk policies and procedures
Participate in multi-agency conferences in respect of children and adults at risk as required, providing reports and undertaking actions as necessary
Ensure all monitoring and evaluation for each woman, all cases and the project overall is accurate and up to date. Work in partnership with your team and the Advance Insights and Evidence team to ensure all reporting requirements are met. Highlight issues and successes in a timely manner
Ensure that agreed case recording and monitoring systems are kept up to date and secure, and write internal and external reports where required, including for safeguarding conferences, team meetings, managers and other appropriate partners and stakeholders
Participate in multi-agency working and focus groups when requested to do so and follow through on agreed appropriate actions that arise from these
Work effectively as a member of your own team and as a team member of Advance supporting all organisational objectives
Work in partnership with housing staff and provide institutional advocacy to maximise positive outcomes and use the appropriate reporting mechanisms to highlight persistent or recurring issues that arise
Be responsible for your own personal learning development and keep up to date on research, relevant legislation, policy and practice, and other literature relevant to the role

What the job involves

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take the lead on day-to-day finance administration and processing across SIA and its subsidiaries, from purchase invoices and bank reconciliations to payroll preparation and credit control. You will also help drive improvements to our finance systems and processes, and act as a first point of contact for finance queries from colleagues across the organisation.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys ownership of a varied workload, likes solving problems, and wants their work to have a direct, visible impact on a charity's mission.

Team: Communications
Locations: Hybrid – at our office (Argon House, Argon Mews, London SW6 1BJ) and remotely at home. A minimum of two days a week at the office (including our all-staff Wednesday).

The role:
This is an exciting role within the Communications Team at Glass Door Homeless Charity. The Marketing Officer will lead on the creation and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, help generate vital income and maximise impact across our Communication and Fundraising activities.
This is a highly collaborative role with the Fundraising team, acting as a strong marketing support function for fundraising appeals, events and community fundraising.
This role will also provide marketing support to the wider organisation to encourage engagement across a wide-range of audiences; from supporting with key messaging in Volunteer newsletters, to ensuring clear messaging for front-line service collateral to helping draft a speech for a flagship event.
Using insight and performance data, this role will continually optimise marketing activity, helping us deepen relationships with existing supporters while reaching and inspiring new audiences through targeted, audience-led communications.
Marketing
Lead, plan and deliver campaigns from concept through to evaluation, producing engaging content, and continuously optimising performance using data, audience insight and clear KPI’s.
Lead, plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across email, web & socials to support fundraising appeals, events and community fundraisers.
Oversee development and delivery of quarterly e-newsletters and assist colleagues with their email marketing to ensure on brand and in line with overall digital calendar.
Work closely & collaboratively with the Digital Communications Officer to create and ensure all content is optimised for multiple purpose/platforms and in line with our brand guidelines.
Manage website content, landing pages and user journeys to improve audience experience and conversion using SEO and key-word optimisation.
Work closely with the Community, Events & Partnerships fundraising colleagues to ensure content and digital journeys are meeting their needs through an integrated marketing approach.
Monitor impact
Produce monthly, annual and ad-hoc reports on the impact of our marketing campaigns against key KPI’s and metrics across email, web and socials using tools within Google, SEO and Social platforms.
Work closely & collaboratively with the Digital Communications Officer to ensure all conversions of paid promotion are tracked effectively and monitor campaign performance across digital channels, identifying opportunities to improve engagement.
Analyse marketing journeys for collaborative Fundraising deliverables – including appeals and events and create monthly reports to share success of conversions.
Monitor and follow trends within digital and innovation to improve the organisation’s digital presence and activities.
Ensure marketing activity complies with relevant data protection, privacy and governance requirements.
Strategy
Support the creation & delivery of the annual Communications plan creating content such as blogs, case studies and informative pieces for web, socials, email and annual campaigns.
Support the Fundraising Team’s strategic promotion and stewarding objectives of campaigns, appeals & challenge events.
Work closely & collaboratively with the Individual Giving Officer to run email marketing campaigns to support our annual appeals - including audience specific segmented email journeys.
Work closely and collaboratively with the Volunteer Involvement Manager to deliver a year-round email marketing plan.
Other
Work collaboratively with the Head of Communications & Fundraising and key colleagues across the organisation to support the creation and delivery of the Annual Impact Report and Women’s Report, as well as with external contractors on film and design projects
Attend and participate in reoccurring team meetings, and other relevant ad hoc meetings when necessary
Undertake other ad hoc tasks as directed, such as assistance on Glass Door events and fundraising & challenge events

Person Specification:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of how content and messaging adapts across social media, email and web.
You’ll be confident creating and publishing content, and able to write clear, engaging and accessible copy tailored to different audiences and platforms with a willingness to learn and test new ideas.
You will have experience in or offering support of fundraising activities, including marketing for events, appeal and/or community fundraising.
You’ll bring an organised, collaborative approach, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in creating effective, impactful and inspiring campaigns that supports our vision of ending homelessness in London.
Essential

Proven experience of increasing reach and engagement across the spectrum of communications channels.
Proven experience of supporting fundraising activities; specifically appeals, events & campaigns.
Proven experience with using paid social, SEO and Google Analytics.
Experience with creating and delivering email marketing campaigns with online platforms/tools such as Mailchimp.
Strong interest in social media and experience of using social to attract and engage multiple audiences (IG, FG, X & LinkedIn)
Writing and editing skills. Willingness to adapt different messaging and storytelling styles across multiple channels & audiences.
Minimum of two-years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
Experience using website CMS.
