Acting as a flexible and agile digital campaigning expert, you will design, deliver and optimise multi-channel engagement strategies and supporter journeys that shift online narratives, recruit and grow our supporter base, and convert online engagement into real world action to help Greenpeace win campaigns.

We investigate and expose global environmental problems, confront those in positions of power and present alternative solutions.

You’ll translate campaign and communication objectives into digital engagement plans, which you will then deliver with support from content creators. In doing so, you’ll foster a culture of continuous testing and optimisation, using data, insights and technical understanding to identify opportunities for strategic innovation.

 In a typical week you could:

• Draft a multi-channel digital engagement plan and supporter journey for an upcoming campaign
• Write, build and send supporter emails and petition to Greenpeace's supporter database
• Brief a social media content creator on the campaign and help brainstorm ideas for content
• Respond rapidly to a media story, crafting and deploying timely email communications that mobilise supporters to take action.

Location: Islington, London. Our hybrid working model enables us to enjoy the benefits of both office based and remote working. We ask that staff work from the office in Islington 40% of their time, with 20% required as a minimum. You'll have

• Proven experience developing and implementing digital engagement strategies focused on recruiting and mobilising new supporters.
• A good grasp of whole-funnel supporter journeys, with proven ability to design and build digital pathways that move audiences from initial engagement to deeper commitment.
• Hands-on experience with digital engagement tactics and tools (online petitions, email actions, fundraising appeals, landing pages, advocacy platforms).
• Good data literacy, with proven ability to analyse digital performance data, derive actionable insights, and apply them to optimise campaigns and journeys.
• Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing and optimisation methodologies, and using analytics tools to track, measure and report campaign performance.

Through stable, person-centred care, you'll play a vital role in empowering women to rebuild their lives and embrace brighter futures. 

In this role, as a Night Support Mentor, you will work within a 24 hour service which provided person centred support to our residents, working to ensure the safety and wellbeing. Our residents have experienced multiple forms of exclusion, such as historical/ongoing abuse, involvement in the criminal justice system, mental health challenges, drug and/or alcohol dependency and enduring high levels of violence and coercion. You will build trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

 Responsibilities Include:

• Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to resident needs
• Carry out regular welfare checks, safeguarding checks, and general living checks
• Encourage residents to take part in activities and events both within the service and the community
• Keep support plans up to date on a regular basis
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary

Brief role description 

NOVA provides trauma-informed, person-centred support to UK Armed Forces veterans who are at risk of, or already in contact with the criminal justice system. NOVA operates across England (as Op NOVA), Scotland and Wales. We are now developing the service in Northern Ireland.

The Caseworker for NOVA Northern Ireland will manage and support a caseload of veterans, providing emotional and practical support across a range of factors including mental health and wellbeing, social stability, housing and employability. They will be working in collaboration with local partners to reduce reoffending.

The Caseworker for NOVA Northern Ireland will work in the community, in partnership with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), the Probation Board for Northern Ireland (PBNI) and other local partners to provide support to veterans at all stages of the justice pathway: pre-arrest, point of arrest, court process, custody, and transition back into the community.

About The Maya Centre

The Maya Centre is a specialist women-only organisation providing culturally responsive counselling and mental health support for women in North London. We support around 500 women each year through holistic services, including one-to-one counselling, group therapies, psychoeducational programmes, and complementary therapies.

About the Role

We are seeking a Partnerships Building and Outreach Coordinator to strengthen Maya Centre’s connections and develop partnerships with specialist, community, and statutory organisations. The role focuses on building effective referral pathways so women and girls from underrepresented communities can access timely, holistic support. Context 

Q:alliance provides support, information and representation for LGBTQ+ people who live, work and socialise in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Our goal is to create safe, welcoming spaces and accessible resources to ensure that the LGBTQ+ community is visible, represented and supported. 

Scope 

The Adult Project Worker will facilitate up to three weekly provisions for LGBTQ+ adults, working collaboratively within the team to develop activities that reduce isolation, create opportunities for belonging, and strengthen participation within the LGBTQ+ community in Milton Keynes. 

Sessions may take place at our centre in Fenny Stratford or at community locations across Milton Keynes, including Central Milton Keynes. Due to the nature of community-based group provision, most sessions take place during evenings, with some weekend working required to support community events and activities.

• Support, information and empowerment – Develop and deliver resources, activities and events within group programmes. Create welcoming, safe and enjoyable environments where community members feel respected and included. Provide light-touch support and appropriate signposting to relevant services, and liaise with stakeholder organisations that support our community. 

• Co-production – Encourage meaningful involvement from beneficiaries in shaping activities and services. Support individuals to take on participatory roles within the organisation, such as co-chairing sessions or contributing to programme development. Seek innovative ways to embed community voice within service delivery. 

• Inclusivity – Ensure that services remain welcoming and accessible to a diverse range of LGBTQ+ people. Support activities that reflect varied perspectives, experiences and identities within the community.

Rainbow Migration is the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system and has been campaigning for their rights since 1993. Role overview

Contract type: 3-Year Fixed-term 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2029

Hours: Full-time or part-time (35 hours per week Monday to Friday for full-time, minimum 28 hours for part-time). Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.

Salary: Starting at £27,011 FTE (pro rata), with potential step increases each year up to £30,400, plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we try to give a separate inflationary increase every April

Location: Rainbow Migration’s step-free offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. Public Affairs

• Represent the BES, alongside other members of the Policy & External Affairs team, at meetings with external partners, workshops, parliamentary receptions and conferences, building relationships and forging effective partnerships.

The Role

As our Head of Fundraising & Business Development, you will lead efforts to secure and diversify funding, building a sustainable resource base to support our global mission.
