These senior leadership roles provide strategic and operational oversight of WGN’s Clinical Services, ensuring the delivery of innovative, safe, high-quality, survivor-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapeutic support for survivors of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).
1. Head of Clinical Services
The Head of Clinical Services leads a multidisciplinary team delivering individual therapy, group work, body-based therapies and web-based counselling within WGN’s intersectional Black feminist framework and Holistic Empowerment Recovery (HER) Model. They will shape the strategic direction of clinical services, strengthen partnerships, embed strong clinical governance and safeguarding practice, and foster a culture of collective care, reflective practice and anti-oppressive leadership.
This role combines strategic leadership, service development, clinical oversight and people management to ensure WGN’s therapeutic services remain sector-leading, accessible and survivor-led.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (21 hours per week worked over 3 days) with a remuneration of £53,000 - £57,000 per annum (£31,800 - £34,200 pro-rated)
2. Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager role leads the day-to-day operational management and development of WGN’s Clinical Services, ensuring the delivery of innovative, safe, high-quality, survivor-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive support for survivors of violence against women and girls (VAWG).
Working with the Therapeutic Manager, they will provide clinical and operational leadership across counselling services, supporting therapists and practitioners to manage clinical risk and safeguarding concerns effectively, within a Black feminist, intersectional and Holistic Empowerment Recovery (HER) framework.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (28 hours per week worked over 4 days) with a remuneration of £43,000 - £47,000 per annum (£34,400 - £37,600 pro-rated)

We’re looking for a proactive and technically minded IT Administrator to join our small but mighty IT team. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping The Charity’s systems, devices, and digital infrastructure running smoothly — so that everyone across the organisation can do their best work in support of our mission. The role is 4 days in the office, with Friday working from home. Please note that our office is currently based in Fleet; however, we will be relocating to Woking from 2027. Tasks and Responsibilities
· Maintain and update the fundraising database, ensuring supporter records are accurate, complete and up to date.
· Process donations and prepare acknowledgement letters, emails and receipts in line with donor stewardship standards.
· Manage Gift Aid administration, including data checks, record maintenance and submission processes.
· Provide administrative support to Fundraising Officers, including diary management, meeting scheduling and preparation of briefing materials.
· Support the planning and delivery of fundraising events, donor visits and receptions.

Through the programme, students can interact with a recorded testimony of a Holocaust survivor, before seeing some of the sites they experienced using virtual reality headsets, all without leaving their classroom.
The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Trust’s Programmes Team, responsible for the research, post-production, testing and maintenance of interactive recorded testimony to ensure fluency and usability in the classroom. They will also be responsible for the ethical representation and engagement with the testimonies. We are looking for an individual with experience in research, with an understanding of the sensitive use of testimony, as well as experience of data management systems and platforms used for interactive testimony.
