As the StreetDoctors lead for the region, you will provide leadership in partnership development, volunteer management, the delivery of training and maintaining quality standards.

- To develop and manage engaged volunteers and youth workers and ensure their expectations are aligned to the organisation's objectives and provide the best volunteering experience possible.
- To deliver training and ensure the quantity and quality of projects meet the required targets and new opportunities are maximised.

The role
The Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker will undertake individual and group sessions with men and women who are participating in our Domestic Abuse Prevention Programmes (DAPP) or Domestic Abuse Interventions. The purpose of this role is to deliver sessions that support a perpetrator to address and change their behaviour, ensuring they develop their understanding of domestic abuse, as well as it’s impact on others. You will conduct comprehensive needs and suitability assessments. You will support the delivery of face-to-face and online sessions, including two evening group sessions per week.
As a Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker, you will work with people on awareness raising, developing their motivation to change, ensuring accountability, and prioritising the safety of their partners/ex-partners and any children involved. The Domestic Abuse Prevention worker will work closely with the victim/survivor integrated service to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
As part of the role, you will be working with some perpetrators of domestic abuse that have been served a DAPOs. This role will include travel and delivery across Greater Manchester.
About you
You’ll have a deep understanding of the nature of domestic abuse and its effects on clients and children, as well as the reasons behind abusive behaviours towards intimate partners.
Your knowledge extends to the range of statutory and voluntary agencies that clients and their children may encounter, and you are aware of the impact of domestic abuse on children and parenting, including the additional needs of clients from BAMER communities.
You will have experience in working with clients on issues of domestic abuse, providing one-to-one and group support and advice, managing your own workload and administration, and assessing the risk and safety of your clients and those connected to your client. You will have handled safeguarding disclosures and referrals, and you communicate clearly with a range of people both over the telephone and in person.
You will be organised, able to use your initiative, and work effectively as part of a multi-service team. Your administrative skills are strong, and you are adept at using a computer to maintain effective systems.
Flexible and willing to work evenings, you can travel independently. Additionally, you will have an understanding of trauma-informed practices, risk mitigation, and safeguarding. Experience liaising with social workers and other professionals, and in related areas such as substance misuse, child protection, or family support, is desirable.
Fluency in an additional language and skills in group work are also advantageous. You stay updated with best practices and new initiatives.

What does this role do?
As Senior Cyber Security Engineer, you’ll:
- manage the day-to-day operations of our Cyber Security Operations Centre, supervising colleagues in the team to ensure a responsive, effective service is delivered,
- lead on cyber incident management, working closely with colleagues to ensure all incidents are managed swiftly and effectively, and steps are taken to mitigate future risks and keep our digital world safe,

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide support following a stroke.
Position: 000016 Stroke Association Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based Sheffield. However, extensive travel across the region will be required as part of this role (including team meetings and other work related meetings)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: Circa £28,300 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding until 31 March 2027

The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to stroke survivors and their carers/family members across Sheffield.
You will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting newly diagnosed stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
· Supporting a diverse caseload including anyone experiencing communication or cognitive difficulties
· Providing support via a combination of face-to-face visits, telephone calls, emails or letters and digital methods (such as video calls).
· Using a person-centred and person first approach to provide specific, tailored information, advice and support to stroke survivors and their carers.
· Empowering stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to live life well after stroke.
· Working with other health and social care professionals across the stroke pathway to ensure high quality support.
· Working from home but as part of a team of coordinators.
· Delivering stroke support groups in the area.
· Visiting stroke survivors in hospital to introduce the Stroke Recovery Service and provide information and support.
About You
You will have:
· Experience working with people within a health and/or social care profession or other caring capacity.
· Experience of maintaining accurate records using IT skills and database systems.
· Effective caseload management and organisational skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of people.
· Experience designing and facilitating groups.
· A flexible working approach, being able to work independently and use initiative.
This role requires extensive travel across the service area to visit people at home, in hospital and community settings as well as running groups across Sheffield and also travel further afield for team and Locality meetings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.

Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Children & Young People's Worker, you will:
- Build positive, trusting, and nurturing relationships with children and young people.
- Support children and young people with their emotional well-being, daily routines, education, independence skills, and personal development.
- Actively contribute to the creation of a safe, structured, and homely environment.
- Work alongside families, social workers, education providers, health professionals, and other partners to support positive outcomes.
- Participate in key-working sessions, care planning, and review processes.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people at all times.
- Complete accurate, professional, and timely recordings and reports.
- Support the day-to-day running of the home, including meal preparation, household tasks, and community activities.

Tall Ships Youth Trust is looking for an exceptional Director of Youth Development & Outdoor Learning to lead and grow our youth development offer at a pivotal moment in our strategy. This is a rare opportunity to combine mission, leadership and commercial thinking in a role that directly expands opportunities for young people, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will shape the journey young people take with us, from their first voyage to longer-term development, training, employment and progression opportunities.
Through a combination of outdoor learning and sail training frameworks you will engage educational and youth leaders, apprenticeship providers and sector corporate partners to establish multiple pathways for young people in the UK. You’ll identify and create networks across the UK with education and youth development clients, outdoor learning providers and national organisations that offer leadership and development opportunities for young people. Ensuring that our three-voyage programme and space in between is employed as their preferred option for the personal and social development of the young people that they are responsible for.
