What is the overall purpose of the role?

Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership & Delivery
- Plan and deliver an innovative, progressive programme of activities, developed in collaboration with young people and colleagues.

Each accreditation programme is clinically led and supported by a multi-disciplinary steering group that includes patient representation. The Purpose of the Role
The Programme Finance Manager leads financial management for the IRC UK RAI programme, acting as the programme team’s day-to-day finance partner — embedding financial thinking into programme decisions rather than just reporting on them after the fact. The Woodland Trust is looking for a Head of Estate and Programmes - North to join our North England Team. The Head of Estate and Programmes will lead the Trust’s estate team and related programmes of work in North England. 1) PROGRAMME DESIGN AND DELIVERY

- Experience working across systems supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantage, social exclusion or related fields.
- A track record of building effective relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies, voluntary sector organisations and people with lived experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate insight into practical action.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
- The ability to work strategically while maintaining a practical, delivery-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
