Are you passionate about helping people learn, grow and feel confident through change? We're looking for a collaborative and creative volunteering transformation learning lead to help shape learning experiences that support volunteers and staff as Girlguiding embarks on an exciting period of digital and organisational transformation.

Working as part of the volunteering and digital programme team, you'll design and coordinate engaging blended learning solutions, including digital learning, workshops, webinars and resources. You'll work closely with colleagues, volunteers and subject matter experts to ensure people have the skills, knowledge and confidence to adopt new ways of working.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and delivering engaging blended learning solutions.
• Creating and coordinating webinars, workshops and digital learning resources.
• Working with stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and develop effective learning interventions.
• Supporting change and transformation through capability development.
• Evaluating learning effectiveness and using feedback and insight to drive continuous improvement.
• Championing accessible, inclusive and learner-centred approaches.

What we're looking for

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across digital and face-to-face environments.
• Experience supporting organisational change, transformation programmes or large-scale initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of learning design, adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
• A passion for inclusion and creating positive learning experiences.

Experience within a volunteer, charity or membership organisation, and knowledge of Girlguiding or a similar youth organisation, would be an advantage.

Please note: This role requires a minimum of two evenings and one weekend day per month (with time off in lieu provided) and occasional travel across the UK.

Girlguiding operates a hybrid working arrangement where office based staff are required to attend the office on average two days a week, or 40% of working time across the year. Location allowance is payable to those who work in accordance with our hybrid working model. All staff are required to carry out our online health and safety training and complete a DSE risk assessment to ensure we can provide the support you require.
