About Woman's Trust
The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. About the role
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention of volunteers across Woman's Trust.
Working closely with managers across the organisation, the postholder will oversee the end-to-end volunteer journey, ensuring volunteers receive a positive, inclusive and well-supported experience from application through to departure.
The role will coordinate recruitment for all volunteer opportunities, including volunteer counsellors, facilitators, administrative volunteers, finance volunteers, fundraising volunteers and other volunteer roles as required. The postholder will also lead initiatives to strengthen volunteer engagement, recognition and retention, helping to build a sustainable and diverse volunteer community that supports the organisation's mission.
The role works closely with the HR & Operations Manager to ensure volunteering practices remain compliant with safeguarding, GDPR, organisational policies and best practice guidance.
Hours: Part-time, 14 hours per week (0.4 FTE).

We're looking for a curious and capable Impact and Communications Officer to help us find, assess, report on and support some of the world’s highest impact climate and nature charities.
Internally, you will play a critical role in supporting the research on charities within our portfolio that our Due Diligence Committee oversees – helping develop our methodology and feeding into charity selection and assessment projects. Job Description
Provide assertive outreach and engagement activities and undertake assessment for targeted and specialist treatment interventions for young people referred to the service under the supervision of senior staff.
Provide targeted and structured substance use interventions, both 1:1 and group work, for those young people aged 11-25 and their families when required. This will take place within a range of settings including, schools, community settings and home visits.
Provide satellite services away from our central office bases where required, to offer clients a wider choice of accessing substance use services and recovery support, to enable those with specialist requirements to have their needs met in appropriate settings.
Facilitate and support targeted groups, focus groups and service user participation.
Qualifications
· A relevant qualification such as youth work, counselling, health and social care, and/or relevant experience of therapeutic delivery, and alternative suitable qualifications.

About the Role
We are seeking a day support worker for our high-quality, self-contained accommodation for women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage. The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic, trauma and psychologically-informed environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The role is located at an 18-bed, 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham.
In this role, you will provide support to all the women, including co-designing and running activities (such as art groups, self-care sessions, nature walks, cooking activities etc.) and accompanying women to appointments. You will work closely with Specialist Support Workers who manage individual resident support and safety plans.
The service and the wider organisation recognise the high levels of trauma that precede and perpetuate homelessness, and the complex, interconnecting needs that develop against this backdrop (including mental and physical health difficulties, substance misuse, brain injury, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal problems, and stigma and exclusion). The service operates as a best-practice, Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), working in close partnership with homeless mental health experts and includes an in-house psychologist, offering therapeutic input to residents, and support and training to staff. In this role, you will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.
The post holder will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 07:45 am to 20:15 pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.
Due to the nature of this women’s supported housing service and the needs of the residents, this role is open to women only. This is considered to be an occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Who we are: Brake is the national, acclaimed charity delivering the National Road Victim Service, a specialist, accredited, UK-wide support service for road victims, delivering case-managed care for anyone who has been bereaved or seriously injured in a road crash or who is supporting a road crash victim.
Not your average job: This is a highly specialised frontline role supporting people affected by traumatic road deaths and life-changing injuries. We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and experience supporting people through the impact of traumatic bereavement and/or injury.
You will provide a specialist trauma-informed and bereavement-informed approach to care, helping individuals and families navigate the immediate and long-term impact of sudden loss or catastrophic injury. You will undertake a comprehensive needs, risk and safety assessment from which a bespoke support plan will be agreed with the person and/or families, ensuring that immediate wellbeing needs, vulnerabilities and safeguarding considerations are identified and addressed.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, creative marketing team and help the Law Society effectively promote the value of our products to our members and their businesses, from our flagship conferences to our premium member offer. You will be a key supporting member of the team, collaborating with all marketing colleagues on member-focused campaigns, marketing intelligence and research, as well as organisational and administrative support. You will play a key role in content creation, campaign reporting, and organisational support within the Product Marketing Team, and wider marketing department, to ensure our campaigns are dynamic, creative, and always put our members first.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including fellow Member Communications and Marketing colleagues, Social and Content teams, as well as our Events, Learning, Accreditations and Membership Engagement colleagues,

What we're looking for
You will be a motivated, creative thinker with experience supporting in marketing campaigns, and a proven track record of collaborating well with colleagues and managing multiple projects effectively.
have a keen interest in product marketing, including content creation (video, email, social etc) and data analysis to support colleagues in developing dynamic, relevant and engaging campaigns.
You will have excellent written, numeracy, and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail accurate content that resonates with solicitors and take on other essential administrative tasks including PO raising and data collation.
You will also be experienced in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and be able to work both pro-actively and reactively, often to tight deadlines.
You will be a proactive self-starter that takes creative initiatives to elevate existing campaigns.
