Core Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in maintaining and progressing a pipeline of stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring consistent and timely communication

• Attend client and partner meetings alongside (or on behalf of) the Account Manager; take live notes, capture actions and send clear follow-up summaries to stakeholders

The Latin American Women’s Rights Service (LAWRS) is a human rights and feminist
organisation led by and for Latin American migrant women in the UK. Our work is dedicated to
supporting the immediate and long-term needs of Latin American migrant women exposed to
violations of their fundamental human rights; facing violence against women and girls,
exploitation or trafficking; enduring difficult living and working conditions in low paid jobs, and
facing barriers to social protection.
The post holder will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of LAWRS’
policy, advocacy, and communications strategy to tackle the issues affecting migrant women in
the UK labour market, in particular those who are survivors of trafficking and exploitation, and

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and highly organised Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator to grow BrightPIP’s visibility, income and community engagement. This role sits at the heart of BrightPIP’s external presence, working closely with clinicians, trustees and supporters to tell our story and build sustainable income.

Compensation:

Digital Duties:

• Managing day-to-day updates to the charity websites using the CMS, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand guidelines. Maintain high standards of brand identity across all digital touch points.
• Building and sending email communications using the charity’s email platform, supporting segmentation, stewardship and supporter journeys.
• Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns through digital channels.
• Adapting digital copy for different audiences and platforms, including web pages, email campaigns and digital appeals.

Digital Marketing Optimization, Reporting, and Budget Support

• Optimising and supporting budget monitoring for AI Search, Paid Search, SEO, and Google Grant campaigns.
• Monitoring and reporting on digital performance using analytics and platform insights, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.

War on Want challenges the root causes of poverty and injustice. We run impactful campaigns in the UK - and work with partner organisations across the Global South. We are currently relaunching our trade justice campaigning and are looking for an energetic early career campaigner to work on it. 

The trade system sits at the heart of the rigged global economy. It perpetuates social, economic and climate injustice. From fossil fuel corporations suing governments in secret courts, to British mining giants violently extracting minerals from countries in the Global South, to upholding neocolonial patterns of economic inequality. 

Our re-launched campaign will challenge these secret ‘ISDS’ courts and the dangerous global rush for critical minerals, while championing trade justice.

This is a diverse and challenging role. On a typical day, the successful candidate might be planning a panel discussion, producing social media content, meeting an MP, carrying out research, organising a protest, or coordinating with allied organisations. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with a passion for social justice.

We’re looking for a strategic, creative and collaborative Head of Brand and Marketing to lead our public identity, supporter engagement and campaign visibility. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping how we present our work, grow our profile and inspire support for people affected by serious and life changing injury.

This role will lead the work to shape and strengthen the Day One brand, ensuring it is consistent, inclusive and compelling across every touchpoint, from national fundraising campaigns to service information. Responsible for leading and developing a small, talented team creating a supportive environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising and Services, you’ll bring teams together around shared campaigns and supporter journeys that deepen engagement and expand our reach. This role blends high-level strategic planning with practical delivery leadership ideal for someone who thrives in purpose-led environments and wants to build a brand that truly makes a difference.

What You Will Bring 

You’ll bring experience in brand and marketing that goes beyond delivery with a track record of shaping how an organisation is seen, understood and supported. That might be from the charity sector, or from campaigns that focused on health, justice or hidden disabilities. You may have worked on sensitive storytelling, built public trust, or led bold campaigns that asked people to think differently. 

Or you might bring experience from a commercial or corporate brand environment with a strong sense of audience insight, creative direction and campaign strategy and a desire to apply that thinking to a cause with real impact.
