Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Head of Leisure, you will take ownership of promoting Enable’s Leisure sites and facilities, driving both revenue growth and brand recognition. This includes leading strategic campaigns across gym memberships (direct debits), Tennis and Padel bookings, and other leisure products at our key sites:

You will monitor and report on sales performance, using data and insight to inform strategic decision-making and continually optimize results. Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Salary: £52,000 per annum.

About the role:
Porchlight’s Housing Management Team provide a property management service for supported accommodation across Kent, housing people at risk of homelessness. The project Manager will be leading and developing a team of Housing Management Assistants, to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered.

Role purpose

· The salary for this role is £50,000.
· WorldSkills UK offers a maximum employer’s contribution to your pension of 6% of your basic salary, on the condition that you make an employee contribution to your pension of at least 3%. You may choose to contribute a higher percentage of your salary to your pension, subject to statutory limits.

You’ll take ownership of the communications and marketing requirements for our Partnerships and Communities portfolio, ensuring every project has a clear, impactful marketing strategy. Key Focus Areas

- Commissioning and managing the creation of accessible and effective assets (e.g. presentations, toolkits, social content, video) that are used in the delivery and implementation of a wide variety of programmes and campaigns, across diverse themes. This will involve close collaboration with the Senior Programmes Design Manager and our partners.
- Developing and overseeing integrated marketing and communications plans for the programmes and campaigns – considering objectives, audiences, channels, timelines and KPIs - in close collaboration with Community Integrated Care’s in-house internal and external Marketing and Communications team and operational colleagues, and our partners, to ensure that we reach and empower our target audiences.
- Identifying, delivering and collaborating on profile-raising activations with partners (e.g., events, co-branded campaigns, ambassador activity, PR opportunities) that celebrate the charity, extend reach, and support a more inclusive society, working with Community Integrated Care’s external communications team – including PR and Media, Social Media, Policy & Public Affairs and Design specialists.

About this role
Our Global Programmes Department (GPD) works on an innovative partnership model to deliver our mission to transform the welfare of working animals in a world where animals, people and the environment are respected and thrive.
This exciting role will join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support an ambitious work plan by scoping, defining and advancing key new project areas and strategic initiatives. The Senior Lead - Acquisition & Digital Fundraising role is responsible for delivering Operation Smile UK’s strategic individual giving acquisition programme. This role is key to driving income growth and expanding our supporter base across multiple channels, including digital, DRTV, dialogue fundraising and print.
You will lead the strategy, planning, delivery and evaluation of acquisition campaigns, including the onboarding process, with full accountability for managing significant budgets, agency partnerships and performance metrics. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an experienced acquisition fundraiser with strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Develop and implement the multi-channel acquisition strategy, aligned with income targets and supporter growth objectives.
- Lead on the planning and delivery of campaigns across direct dialogue, digital, DRTV, and print channels.
- Lead on the planning and delivery of the onboarding process for all new recruits.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insight-driven recommendations to optimise results.
- Drive testing and innovation to expand existing channels and introduce new ones within acceptable risk and return parameters.
Budget Ownership & Performance Monitoring
- Take full responsibility for acquisition budget management, income forecasting and cost control.
