Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join a collaborative local hospice and be responsible for working with the wider team to deliver the strategic plans of the organisation by working with business in the area and beyond, and with an additional focus on driving partnerships in the city.

This is a hybrid working Essex based role.

The Charity:
A warm and welcoming hospice, dedicated to providing care for those who have been diagnosed with a serious illness.

The Role:
Lead on the work across the income generation team to maximise all corporate supporter opportunities, ensuring that we are putting the supporter at the heart of all that we do.

Lead on the sourcing, research and approach to low, mid and high value businesses throughout the catchment area, and in the city, or corporate supporters who may have a connection to the area.

Lead the Corporate Partnerships team to build and develop a pipeline of supporters with the aim to generate four, five and six figure gifts, including multiyear partnerships.

Account manage a portfolio of high level corporate relationships.


The Candidate:
Corporate partnerships management experience with an interest in Major Donor Fundraising.

Ability to use a range of fundraising research tools and techniques to identify appropriate funding opportunities and research grant options across a range of disciplines.

Proven track record managing people and performance managing effectively

Current full driving licence with the ability to travel regularly across the counties the Hospice supports.
