About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Senior Digital Channels Analytics Manager to join WWF-UK.
In this role, you’ll lead our digital channel analytics capability across web, email, social and paid media, helping teams understand what is working, where we can improve and how digital activity supports supporter experience, engagement and meaningful action.
You’ll act as the organisational expert for digital channel analytics, providing the insight, standards and expertise needed to inform decisions across fundraising, communications and digital activity. You’ll help ensure our digital data is robust, compliant and actionable, and that insight is used consistently to improve performance, planning and evaluation.
You’ll own and develop our digital analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Hootsuite and native social analytics tools. You’ll also support consistent campaign tracking, clear governance and accessible reporting across our digital estate.
This role will involve providing high-quality insight across web, email, social and paid media, including social listening, sentiment analysis, paid media attribution, A/B testing and conversion optimisation. You’ll work closely with teams and agencies to ensure tracking is set up effectively, learning is captured and insight is translated into practical recommendations.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting compliance, including cookie banner management and alignment with GDPR, ePrivacy and ICO guidance. Alongside this, you’ll monitor emerging trends, technologies and changes in the digital media landscape, helping WWF-UK understand what they mean for analytics, measurement, SEO, GEO and brand traffic.

Prospectus are excited to be supporting our client in their search for a Data Management Officer to join them on a temporary basis to help them through a period of change. SCAA plays a vital role in delivering pre-hospital emergency care across Scotland, and the Data Management Officer will play a crucial role in helping to ensure their supporter data, systems and insights are delivering maximum impact. This position offers £17.90 per hour, and is a full-time, temporary position for up to 6 months.
You will be an experienced Data Management Officer, combining technical expertise with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for using data to support charitable impact. You’ll be confident managing and developing CRM systems – ideally DonorFlex – ensuring data accuracy, integrity and accessibility. You’ll bring experience managing large datasets, with the ability to use data visualisation tools, and a solid understanding of fundraising data and compliance. You will be confident building relationships with key stakeholders and producing high-quality reporting that supports informed decision making. You’ll also be confident mapping and formalising processes to ensure the continuity, integrity and relevance of the data being processed and stored. You'll be the go-to person for CRM support, data governance and process improvement, helping colleagues use data effectively while ensuring compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practice.

MSF UK is looking for an experienced communications professional to join our team as a Senior Press Officer. You’ll play a leading role in managing high-profile reactive media enquiries so we’re looking for someone with sound news judgement, people management skills and the ability to maintain resilience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can think strategically, make confident decisions under pressure, and build strong relationships with journalists.

Salary: £54,452.47 – £66,553.01 per annum | Salary is offered in line with our pay framework and typically starts at the entry point of the band. Salary increases are considered annually and are subject to our appraisal and performance review process.
Job Purpose:
To raise awareness of the work and priorities of MSF with core target audiences via coverage in UK and international radio, podcasts, TV, print, online and documentaries.
Maintain relationships with international colleagues e.g. the IO, Communication Advisors, other press officers in key hubs globally as well as field communications teams.
Together with the other Senior Press Officer, deputise for Head of Media on rotation.
Secure both proactive and reactive media coverage – reacting in a swift manner to incoming news requests and seeking out new opportunities for coverage. The majority of the time you will be handling reactive news enquiries, and identifying opportunities in the news cycle to pitch proactively. During emergencies, the focus would be on reactive.
Support more junior members of the team – including line management of a press officer.
You will be part of an on-call / out of hours rota, including evenings and weekends, for which you will accumulate TOIL.

This is an impactful role working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Volunteer Manager is responsible for implementing a sustainable volunteer strategy, onboarding journey and programme across the charity. This varied role oversees the promotion of volunteering, internal and external relationship building, all stages of volunteer recruitment, HR checks and onboarding and the coordination of an effective volunteer mandatory training programme. This role is responsible for organising recognition programmes, guiding departments on how to manage and retain volunteers, maximising the use of volunteer resources and ensuring volunteers have a rewarding experience whilst also positively contributing to the organisation objectives to provide vital services to the families of disabled and neurodivergent children. This role is also responsible for the line management of the Volunteer Administrator. The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. Shift patterns and start times will be dependent on the needs of the business. This will mean occasions when late, early and weekend work will be required. Shift location will vary between our sites. Provided staffing needs are met, the role holder will be able to work from home one day per week
The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is responsible for the operational management of TeamUCLGyms, ensuring all members have an excellent user experience across all sites. They have oversight of operational procedures, ensuring best practice and adherence to health and safety standards. They will lead from the front, ensuring fitness programming, exercise classes and personal training are of an exceptional standard.
