About this job
We are in a pivotal moment in how we use data at the MS Society. Following investment in a new CRM and data infrastructure, we are building our strategic analytics capability, one that shapes how we engage, communicate with, and support the MS community and our supporters.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead for Engagement who is, first and foremost, a strong analyst. Someone who's built propensity models, next best action logic, or lifetime value analysis, and who understands how to turn that thinking into segmentation, selections, and audience strategies that improve engagement and fundraising outcomes. You will lead a team and shape how we understand our audiences, turning that understanding into action.

You’ll understand how to balance compassionate, survivor-centred practice with effective governance, safeguarding, quality assurance and contractual performance. Experience of working with men, sexual harms or people with lived experience would be valuable, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with staff, partners and stakeholders. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can lead with clarity, curiosity and care while helping services continue to learn and improve.
