ISEAL is seeking an experienced charity finance professional to play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and systems.
As part of our small finance team, the Finance Coordinator will help provide a strong financial administration service to the organisation. The postholder will work closely with ISEAL’s membership team, as well as across different areas of ISEAL’s finances. Having recently introduced a new finance system (Sage INTACCT) and generally overhauling our major systems, we see this role as being part of our journey to learn how to further exploit this set-up.
The role has some core responsibilities focused on ISEAL’s sales ledger, timesheets and payroll. The Sales ledger covers both income from our members, and other customers. The postholder will hold responsibility for engaging colleagues across the organisation with the relevant finance processes. All our core-finance roles also cover for each other as needed.
As an ideal candidate, you will bring a good understanding of accounting and finance, ideally having passed some professional exams. You will have experience of finance systems as well as excellent IT and excel skills. You will bring strong technological competencies and an interest to develop financial systems and processes. Summer Program Director
Reports to: Operations Manager

Overall purpose
To have overall responsibility for the successful planning and delivery of the ASL Summer Program. The selected candidate will be accountable for designing, budgeting, recruiting, promoting and supervising the day-to-day operations of the program, providing a safe, enjoyable, and age-appropriate experience for campers that is culturally aligned and similar to the day program at ASL. This leadership position is charged with the long-term objective of evolving and changing the program to improve offerings, and experiences and ensure sustainable financial performance.

Program oversight
Work with school administration to set strategy and goals for the summer program, in alignment with the overall goals of the school
Develop and monitor budgets and KPIs
Design and create the program of offerings (before the portal opens in March)
Actively enhance and grow all aspects of the summer program
Create or enhance program policies and procedures
Conduct a post-summer debrief, incorporating surveys, performance data analysis and a report to management
People
Ensure appropriate staffing for all programs, including the recruitment and ongoing management of staff

Supervise the careful release of campers by counsellors, coaches and teachers to their parents at Waverley Park.
Manage any possible parent complaints, including but not limited to refunds, camp swapping etc
Manage and support any child safeguarding concerns that may arise during the summer.
Work with the Facilities Manager to organize room locations and spaces

Update and test the employment pages and forms, the summer web pages, and the Veracross portal listings.

Stopover provides supported accommodation for young women across Brighton & Hove and West Sussex, helping them build the skills, confidence and stability they need to move towards independent living.
As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in making sure our accommodation is clean, safe and welcoming for the young women who live there. You’ll work across our supported housing properties, carrying out regular cleaning as well as scheduled deep cleans and preparing rooms for new residents.

The post of Biodiversity Data and Evidence Officer is a central and varied role within EcoRecord, that will include making use of GIS mapping and specialised databases to analyse and digitise ecological data. The role will also include promoting high quality biological recording activities, supporting specialist recording groups, and engaging with volunteers, including through our social media channels. You will assist with key aspects of the day-to-day operation of the records centre, including the maintenance, management, and development of core data sets and analytic processes.

The COO will lead our day-to-day organisational operations, providing oversight across people, services, finance, systems, governance, compliance and organisational development. You do not necessarily need to have been a COO before. We are interested in experienced senior leaders who can demonstrate the skills, judgement and leadership capability required to step into an organisation-wide role. Experience within charities, social care, SEND, education or another people-focused organisation would be particularly valuable.
This is an office-based leadership role at our Clubhouse in Suffolk, reflecting the importance we place on visible, accessible leadership and being connected to our members, families and colleagues. The role will also involve travel across Project 21 locations and to external meetings.

This is a field based role and you will need to be able to travel in and around the South West region, including to our regional offices in Bristol, Exeter, Taunton and Poole, as required and occasionally to London for training, meetings or other purposes.
