About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is an employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting for a new Data and Quality Assurance Lead role to support our IPS services in Enfield, Tower Hamlets, Barking & Dagenham and Newham. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the coordination, checking and preparation of service data to support accurate reporting and continuous quality improvement across WWT’s SMI IPS services. Work closely with the Operations Manager, Team Leaders and partner organisations to improve data recording, prepare reporting submissions and provide reliable information for service reviews and decision-making. Support staff to use reporting systems effectively and contribute to fidelity reviews, assessments and improvements in data collection and practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating monthly IPS G Tool uploads, checking spreadsheets against the KPI dashboard and resolving data discrepancies.
- Preparing quantitative content, tables and graphs for quarterly reports and responding to agreed ad hoc data requests.
- Delivering workshops, drop-in sessions and practical guidance to improve data recording and support new starters.
- Reviewing aggregate service equity data and recommending improvements to data collection and working practices.
- Preparing anonymised, quality-checked evidence for fidelity reviews and supporting assessment preparation.
What you’ll need
You will bring experience of checking and maintaining structured data, reconciling information from different sources and working with colleagues to resolve errors. You will be confident using spreadsheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering and validation checks, and able to prepare clear tables and graphs without overstating what the data shows.
- Experience of databases or service reporting systems, and the ability to learn new tools.
- Clear communication skills and a patient, practical approach to supporting colleagues with different levels of technical confidence.
- The organisational skills to manage reporting deadlines, agree priorities and raise capacity concerns promptly.
- An understanding of confidentiality, secure data handling and anonymisation.
- A commitment to fair, accessible services, attention to detail and continuous learning.
- A collaborative organised and focused approach.
- Commitment to Working Well Trust’s values, policies and procedures.
Experience in employment support, health, social care or the voluntary sector would be helpful but not essential, as would knowledge of IPS, fidelity reviews, commissioner reporting or systems such as IPS G Tool and RiO. Relevant training or qualifications in data analysis, information management or quality improvement, or equivalent practical experience, would also be welcome.
