Role purpose

This role supports the development of WorldSkills UK’s income and partnership activity by turning programmes and ideas into clear, compelling funding opportunities. You will work across teams to develop proposals, manage partnerships, and support reporting and planning processes that contribute to long-term financial sustainability.

You will play a key role in strengthening how we plan, communicate and deliver partnership activity, helping to build strong relationships with funders and partners while improving internal systems and processes.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Partnership and project delivery

· Manage delivery of partnerships and events, ensuring they are well planned, on time and within budget

· Support management of key strategic partner relationships

· Coordinate teams and stakeholders to deliver partnership activities

· Ensure partnerships align with WorldSkills UK’s strategic priorities and equity, diversity and inclusion commitments

Income development and proposals

· Develop funding opportunities from programmes and organisational activities

· Produce high-quality proposals, presentations and funding applications

· Support applications to trusts, foundations and corporate partners

· Contribute to the development of partnership agreements and documentation

Reporting and planning

· Support delivery of income and fundraising plans through regular monitoring and reporting

· Track progress against agreed objectives and provide clear updates and analysis

· Contribute to income forecasting and financial tracking, working with colleagues in Finance and across the organisation

· Support the development and reporting of project plans (Project Initiation Documents) and associated performance measures

Systems, processes and knowledge management

· Use and help improve our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage relationships and track opportunities

· Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting systems to support partnership activity

· Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and streamline processes across the team

Research and pipeline development

· Carry out research to identify potential partners, funding opportunities and sector trends

· Support the development of a strong and diverse pipeline of prospective partners

· Contribute to internal decision-making by providing relevant insights and analysis

General

About you
The Head of Engagement and Storytelling will develop compelling content and channels for a wide range of audiences, to showcase the astonishing wonder of microbes, the transformative power of microbiology and the essential contribution of microbiologists.

This role reports to the Chief Communications Officer and will requires collaborative working with members of the Society's governance structure and the Heads of Scientific Programmes and Development Opportunities respectively, responsible for creating and delivering the society's overall communication strategy across all channels including social media and website, overseeing policy and membership engagement activities, promoting member expertise to policymakers in the UK and internationally and encourage member engagement through opportunities the Society's 'Get Involved' campaign.

The postholder will have experience working within science communication, displaying strong scientific knowledge while delivering high impact engagement campaigns. It is essential to have experience in People Management as this role oversees the different branches of the Engagement and Storytelling theme covering Communication, Policy and Membership.

What you'll do:
Summary of Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Building relationships with commissioners and stakeholders in supported accommodation and health in a dedicated geographic area covering all of our client groups - learning disabilities, mental health, homelessness, young people
- Commercial Business Partnering: Work with operational colleagues in designated patch to support the end-to-end business development process including contract extensions and renegotiations.
- Tender Management: Monitoring, managing, and drafting high- quality submissions, for Local Authority and Health Trusts, frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems, focusing primarily on own patch but contributing to and supporting tender exercises coordinated by other members of the business development team as required.
- Strategic Positioning: Analysing evaluation criteria and advising on bid competitiveness and commercial strategies, including presenting proposed models and contract prices at internal risk panels to gain Senior Leadership approval

Artsreach is Dorset’s touring arts charity, presenting a programme of professional theatre, dance, music and participatory activity in rural communities of the county. The Marketing & Communications Officer will play a key role in raising the profile of Artsreach. As Grants and Outreach Officer, you will play a key role in driving Electrical Safety First’s mission to reduce deaths, injuries, and accidents caused by electricity, particularly for the most vulnerable in society.

Responsibilities and duties

CRM selection, setup and ownership

• Research, evaluate and procure a CRM system which is best suited to membership organisations
• Lead on the implementation and configuration of the procured CRM system
• Design all the data structures, tagging, pipelines and reporting within the CRM system and ensure that these are best designed to serve the incubations
• Ensure that all data practices are robust and GDPR compliant
• Maintain and continuously improve the CRM system, and act as the internal CRM owner

Membership onboarding and member value (OEAI)

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in CRM systems, marketing operations, revenue and growth, commercial operations or startup operations, with experience in building systems and processes from scratch. This role would suit someone seeking a role – or continuing their career – in a not-for-profit environment where you will apply your skills to enhance purpose-driven organisations, take full ownership of systems and processes and build something meaningful from the ground up.

You will have had previous exposure to selecting, implementing and driving use and functionality of a CRM system (such as Hubspot or Salesforce) and building customer journeys and lifecycle automation. About the role:

At our Harrow Road Assessment Hub in Westminster, you will work within this short stay service with a multi-disciplinary team setting. This role involves working alongside people to navigate complex situations with empathy, understanding, and consistency. You’ll be supporting clients who have experienced rough sleeping and may be facing multiple disadvantage, often alongside mental ill health and substance use, at a point where the right intervention can change everything.

As a Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker, you’ll go beyond traditional support. You’ll use psychologically informed approaches, with a strong focus on harm minimisation, dual diagnosis and recovery, to build trust, unlock engagement and help clients make sense of their experiences. You’ll deliver targeted interventions both one-to-one and through our in-house recovery programme, helping people move from crisis towards stability and longer-term accommodation.

You’ll work at the centre of a fast-paced, multi-agency system, building strong relationships with health, Adult Social Care and specialist services to make sure clients can access and sustain the support they need. Alongside this, you’ll bring specialist knowledge into the team, shaping best practice and strengthening how we respond to complex needs across the service.

This is a role for someone who is confident working with complexity, motivated by impact, and committed to ensuring people are not left stuck in cycles of homelessness, but supported to move forward and rebuild.

About you:

• You bring strong experience working with people experiencing multiple disadvantage, including mental health and substance use, and understand how these needs intersect.
• You’re confident using psychologically informed approaches, including harm minimisation and dual diagnosis, to engage people who may be ambivalent about support.

Our Radcliffe-based centre is at the heart of Blue Cross’s work in Greater Manchester, providing vital services in a creative, community-focused way. We don’t have kennels or catteries on site, so we think differently to help pets and their people, from running a busy food bank to delivering rehoming and support services for a variety of animals.

As Assistant Manager – Client Services, you’ll be at the forefront of this work. You’ll: 

• Lead the client services team to deliver exceptional care from first enquiry through to adoption or other support 
• Work closely with the team to assess and admit pets, match them with the right adopters, and guide clients through every step of their journey 
• Use data and insights to shape services and continuously improve client experience 
• Collaborate with the local leadership team to meet targets and drive pet welfare outcomes 
• Be hands-on with day-to-day operations including managing enquiries, prioritising admissions and promoting pets in our care 

This is a permanent, full-time role, working full time at 37.5 hours per week on a rota that includes 1 in 3 weekends and bank holidays. The working day is from 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Context

London’s Air Ambulance Charity has a small team of pilots who are dedicated to maintaining high standards of aviation in order to deliver our helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) to the people of London. We have recently changed our fleet to the EC135 T3H; modernising our multi-pilot aviation environment.

Day to day, we work closely with the charity’s teams including the medical, fire and support staff. All are prepared and rehearsed in their roles and strive to provide the best service possible.

We also liaise outside London’s Air Ambulance Charity, within the wider air ambulance network and other emergency service communities to ensure safe, efficient operations in line with industry best practice.

Our flights are short and mostly within the busy airspace of London to land and deliver clinical teams to scene with safety as our top priority. Where situations allow, once landed and shut down, pilots help clinical crews with logistics and also act as ambassadors for the charity, liaising with the public. 

About the role

We are looking to appoint an experienced HEMS Captain. As a London’s Air Ambulance Charity Captain, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that flights are operated safely and in accordance with the Operations Manual. You’ll be used to establishing a strong team environment which will ensure the team is ready to respond swiftly.

You’ll be dedicated to maintaining high standards of aviation, striving for continuous improvement and actively working towards standards of excellence.

We are recruiting for a Fundraising Apprentice who will support a range of fundraising activities, with a particular focus on supporter care, fundraising administration, and campaign support. This apprenticeship will provide you with hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn and grow within an international humanitarian charity.

Our ideal candidate will be eager to learn, able to work at pace, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and have a passion for building a career in fundraising. You will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
