We are seeking a highly organised, persuasive, and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building productive relationships with funders. Comfortable working at pace, you will thrive in a busy environment and play a key role in our successful Partnerships team - managing five-figure corporate accounts, identifying and developing new corporate partnerships, and delivering high-quality marketing. All activity will be focused on achieving our ambitious corporate fundraising targets.
What will I be doing?
· Delivering high-quality relationship management and stewardship, including writing reports and organising “seeing is believing” events that give funders the opportunity to experience the impact of our work with young people first-hand.
· Preparing compelling applications for potential corporate partners, including presenting to senior stakeholders where required.
· Creating and deliver tailored marketing plans for key accounts, including inspiring social media posts and case studies, and bringing our work to life by capturing high-quality photos and videos of CYT in action.
· Supporting the Partnerships team to organise and deliver high-impact corporate and in-aid fundraising events that inspire existing and prospective corporate funders.
What knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Proven experience working in a charity fundraising role
· Demonstrable experience managing and supporting relationships with funders
· Experience securing new funding, including writing applications and presenting to funders
NOTE: prior knowledge of the construction and built environment sector is not an essential requirement of this role.

As a Business Development Officer, you’ll play a key part in helping us secure new contracts and deliver high‑quality services for adults, children and young people. You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation to develop excellent written material for bids and proposals. Within the College Centre for Quality Improvement, we run an exciting programme of NHS-funded national clinical audits, including the National Audit of Eating Disorders, which will provide important data to drive forward improvements in care for people with an eating disorder. The Action on Disability Employment Service is setting the agenda for disability employment across London with great results. We are at the forefront of setting up and delivering supported internships for Disabled young people. We provide an holistic service from management and employer engagement to hands-on, supervised support work across all sites.
Our Employment Service welcomes external referrals and offers support for Disabled people via our in-work support service.

The Post
The purpose of the job is to provide face to face support work and guidance to Disabled people within their workplaces. The post holder will provide the necessary support and encouragement to enable them to be successful, which will lead, eventually, to independence. The post holder will also work closely with, and take guidance from, their supervisor within AoD. They will work closely with the employer of the Disabled person to ensure the employer has the skills and confidence to manage and train their intern/employee.
Main duties and responsibilities
- To work face-to-face with individual Disabled people, under the guidance of their AoD Supervisor, in accordance with their personalised support plans
- To be fully cognitive of the workplace of the Disabled person to identify the requirements of key tasks
- To follow bespoke Support Plans plans which will enable the Disabled person to fulfil their role to meet the requirements of the employer
- To provide weekly feedback to their AoD Supervisor to ensure continued progression, identifying new areas in need of support, and advising on the amendment of support plans accordingly
- Together with their Supervisor, to plan, discuss and implement a timely reduction of support as and when the Disabled individual becomes familiar and competent with their role
- To negotiate note disability-related reasonable adjustments required for individuals and feedback to their AoD Supervisor
- To liaise with managers to discuss individual progress, respond to issues and implement next steps

What’s the role?
The Digital and SEO Manager will report to Opportunity Green’s Communications Director. By harnessing data-driven insights and optimising our digital platforms, the Digital and SEO Manager will strengthen our communications impact and support the organisation’s mission to fill the gaps that others miss on climate change. You will also support the Comms Director in managing the communications team and their team projects, including direct line management of a multimedia-focused team member.
This is a new role to OG and it comes at an exciting time, when we are about to launch our new website. You will play a pivotal part in helping our website content reach the right audiences, monitoring its performance and developing it even further.

Overview
Involve Community Services is a local infrastructure charity that supports the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sectors of Bracknell Forest and Wokingham Borough. We offer development and governance support, funding advice, grant writing, volunteer and trustee recruitment, and a comprehensive training programme. We also run several well-being projects that include Community Navigation, Cancer Support and Social Prescribing within Wokingham Borough.
Role summary
The Community Development Worker will work across Wokingham Borough to assist small charities, community groups and social enterprises who have a health and well-being focus, as well as those organisations who aid residents with protected characteristics. They will assist organisations to find solutions to existing challenges and overcome barriers to optimise their delivery, e.g., through sourcing volunteers, committee members, funding opportunities, forming simple governance structures, and seeking premises.
The post holder will advocate for members of the community with protected characteristics as well as those whose voices are seldom heard, and act as a voice for marginalised groups, to aid inclusive decision making and delivery of services across the borough. The postholder will develop a broad, informed view of the local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector and will communicate this to colleagues within Involve, the wider Friendship Alliance (a collective of charities who have a shared interest in addressing loneliness and social isolation), and to statutory partners. The postholder will also identify gaps in provision and help to develop or enhance existing partnerships so to optimise their impact to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly attend community events throughout Wokingham Borough
- Create quarterly reports to articulate the work of the postholder.
- Act as the face of Involve and the first point of contact for organisations and community groups in Wokingham Borough
- Signpost organisations to Involve’s Core Services
- Signpost residents to Involve’s Wellbeing Services
- Support Community Navigation attending outreach events
- Report key barriers and gaps in services to the CEO and Admin & Partnerships Manager on a regular basis
- Keep the Wellbeing Services up to date with new or changing community groups & services
- Support the Hub Coordinator and fellow site users when onsite
Key responsibilities for the community and VCS organisation
- Network and maintain relationships with residents, communities, charitable organisations and other stakeholders
- Host Involve’s Charity & Community Networking Events for Wokingham Borough
- Match organisations and community groups with share objectives so to bring greater capacity and insight to a community undertaking
- Attend forums & meetings relevant to communities, addressing issues such as equality & diversity, social isolation or community safety
- Support organisations and community groups with basic governance enquiries
- Ensure organisations receive up to date and accessible information & signposting to assist them with their operations, e.g. governance, funding, volunteer recruitment

- Knowledge of the local area and services
