Our Commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
At the Race Equality Foundation, we believe that diverse perspectives, identities and experiences strengthen our organisation and the work we do. We particularly encourage applications from people who are underrepresented in our workforce and the communities we work alongside, including people from minoritised ethnic communities, disabled people, trans and non-binary people, and others who experience marginalisation.
We recognise that identities and experiences intersect, shaping how people experience inequality and opportunity. We value the perspectives and lived experiences people bring, particularly those with experience of, or an understanding of, the inequalities we seek to address.
We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive.
Accessibility and Recruitment Adjustments
We are committed to making our recruitment process accessible and fair. If you require adjustments at any stage, please let us know. These might include interview questions in advance, accessible formats, BSL interpretation or captioning, additional time, or adjustments to interview arrangements.
You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis to request an adjustment. Any information shared will be treated sensitively and confidentially, and requesting adjustments will not disadvantage your application.
