About the role

We're looking for a Programme Development Officer with experience of supporting projects, programmes, events or organisational initiatives to join our Innovation, Policy & Systems Change Directorate.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of programmes and strategic initiatives that aim to improve outcomes for children and young people with cancer and their families. You'll help turn ideas into action by supporting the development, coordination and delivery of work across the directorate, working closely with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.

You'll play a key role in developing proposals, presentations and briefing materials, organising workshops and collaborative sessions, supporting new initiatives and funding opportunities, and ensuring projects stay organised and progress effectively. You'll be someone who enjoys bringing people together, building positive relationships and helping conversations translate into meaningful next steps.

We're looking for a proactive, organised and adaptable individual who is eager to learn and develop their career in areas such as research, learning, policy, systems change or innovation. The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised, analytical and collaborative Audit Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Epilepsy12, our national clinical audit focused on improving care for children and young people with epilepsy and their families.

Reporting to the Epilepsy12 Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of this important national audit. You will work closely with paediatric services across NHS Health Boards and Trusts, supporting high-quality data collection, responding to participant queries and helping services understand and use audit findings to drive quality improvement.

About you:

We are looking for someone with previous experience working within a finance or accounting environment, ideally with exposure to reconciliations, cashflow, month-end, audit or other operational finance processes.

You may be AAT qualified, approaching the final stages of ACCA, CIMA or ACA, or have equivalent experience. A good understanding of VAT and tax compliance is essential, while knowledge of financial controls, accounting standards and balance sheet accounting would be advantageous.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised and proactive Global Programme Coordinator to join RCPCH Global on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support international health programmes that aim to strengthen maternal, newborn and child health systems in low- and lower-middle-income countries.

RCPCH Global is a small, specialist team responsible for designing and managing humanitarian and health systems development programmes internationally. The team works with partners to strengthen clinical education, guidelines, training, digital health tools and organisational capacity, helping to improve healthcare for children and families in some of the world's most challenging settings.

Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, you will coordinate the delivery of RCPCH Global's partnership programme in Myanmar, working closely with local partners, donors, stakeholders and colleagues across the College. You will support programme implementation, financial monitoring, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to contribute to field visits where appropriate.

Alongside the Myanmar programme, you will coordinate the RCPCH Global Visiting Fellows Scheme, supporting paediatric clinicians from low- and lower-middle-income countries to undertake one-month observerships within the UK/NHS. This will involve coordinating applications and selection, travel and accommodation, financial arrangements, NHS placements and pastoral support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the delivery of programme activities with RCPCH Global's international partners, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed timescales and grant requirements

About you:

Malaria No More UK is looking to appoint a highly motivated Senior Advocacy Officer to join our team and help implement our advocacy strategies. Working with both our UK and global advocacy, you will cultivate a new generation of malaria champions and push malaria up the political agenda. This role will work on increasing our visibility and the resonance of our case with key stakeholders, including decision makers in the UK and around the world. Securing increased support will be vital to global efforts to accelerate progress towards ending malaria for good within a generation. We are looking for a confident communicator with strong project management skills and a good understanding of political advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Providing project management support for a range of projects relating to our UK and global advocacy, including acting as project lead on agreed projects.
• Strategic stakeholder mapping, including building and maintaining relationships with UK parliamentarians and keeping contact records in our database updated on a regular basis. 
• Lead the delivery of high-quality events for policy and political audiences, including at the UK party conferences, and international meetings.
• Daily monitoring of the global malaria landscape and UK parliamentary activities and keeping the team informed of relevant developments and engagement opportunities.
• Drafting of political briefings on key policy areas within malaria and global health.
• Providing administrative support relating to our UK and global advocacy, including the coordination of stakeholder mailings, updating our contact management system (Salesforce), scheduling and attending meetings, and taking minutes.

Your role

Leading the delivery and development of the Contact Ealing project within budget, the role oversees and line‑manages the Family Worker team while coordinating all project activity and shaping the annual work programme. It involves working directly with families of disabled children across Ealing—particularly those from BAME and East European communities—by providing information, facilitating support groups, and creating opportunities for connection. This exciting role will provide advice and support to other professionals. A key part of this role involves contributing to the local Intimate Partner Violence Panel and Daily Safeguarding Meeting processes; representing survivors at these meetings and action planning alongside other agencies to improve survivor safety. Whilst working with other agencies, the Senior MASH IDVA will strive to keep survivor’s safety at the centre of all coordinated responses. The role involves the line management of frontline IDVAs, and management responsibilities of the overall projects are shared with the Service Manager.

We're looking for highly organised and self-motivated applicants who are passionate about ending VAWG and safeguarding. You will have a “can-do‟ approach and demonstrable commitment to Solace’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience of working with victims of domestic and/or sexual violence in a multi-agency setting and a working knowledge of the criminal and civil justice systems.

The candidate will have essential experience of attending multi-agency risk-focused meetings such as MARAC, IPV or MAPPA.

Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children, demonstrable substantial experience in providing emotional and practical support to victims of VAWG. A relevant qualification in VAWG or significant experience is essential.

This is a hybrid job role with the postholder working one day per week at Solace Head Office and a further day at our offices at Islington council. The remaining days can be remote based with the expectation of working additional days at the office to meet demands of the service.
