About the Role

As part of our People and Culture Team, you will play a key role in providing a comprehensive and first-class recruitment and onboarding service to the College and all prospective candidates. 

This includes, being the first point of contact for managers, candidates and new starters, working with hiring managers to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and resources to attract and recruit the best talent for their teams and ensuring the College remains competitive and attractive in the external market.

Key tasks and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment queries and advice
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all College vacancies
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes from role release to offer, in line with the College’s Recruitment Policy, promoting EDI at all times
• Identify suitable job boards and platforms for advertising vacancies
• Manage the RCoA Careers page, ensuring it is engaging, up to date and fit for purpose
• Liaise with candidates (internal and external) and coordinate telephone, face-to-face and remote interviews and assessment days
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all pre‑employment checks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner

About You

You will have strong, in‑house recruitment experience, having managed the full end‑to‑end process from role release through to onboarding. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels, and experience administering HRIS or Recruitment Management Systems.

You will be able to work independently and proactively within a small team, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication. You will also have a sound understanding of HR legislation, policy and best practice, and be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint / OneDrive.

The Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) is the professional body responsible for the specialty throughout the UK. We are the third largest medical royal college in the UK by membership. Details:

Salary: £55,000 per annum.

About this role

We’re looking someone who can support the team to maintain our strong online presence by delivering engaging, creative digital content. This role is about collaborating with colleagues, applying your knowledge of digital platforms, and actively developing your skills to keep pace with emerging trends.

Based in our busy Communications team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging online copy for a range of platforms, as well as managing and growing our social media communities to amplify our brand, working across the organisation, for example:

About 500k 

Our vision is a church in every village in India: an India where every person has a chance to hear the good news of Jesus. 

We do this through sending Indian people to plant churches in unreached Indian villages, in partnership with local Indian leaders and Bible Colleges. Our culture is radical, sacrificial and Jesus-centric. We value effectiveness and working smart as well as hard to reach as many villages as possible. About the role

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will be forming a partnership with the CEO to lead 500k. 

You will be unlocking the growth of this ministry as well as sharpening our impact and making it sustainable. You will be a key part of enabling us to achieve our goal of growing 5x over the next 5-10 years.

As COO you will have a prominent role in creating and achieving our annual growth plan. You will be responsible for the organisation’s day-to-day operations, people management, systems efficiency, financial stewardship, safeguarding and compliance requirements. You will anticipate and plan for our growing needs with the development of new people and systems.

• Reports to the CEO

• 37.5 hours per week 

• Remote working. Proximity to London where the CEO resides is preferable.

The current set-up of our team is that all our 17 paid staff are in India. Our 3 UK staff, (including the CEO) work for 500k bivocationally and are not paid. They work at FTEs of 70%, 20% and 15%. This arrangement has been reached through the outworking of our values of radical generosity, radical dependence on the Lord, and seeking to maximally empower our Indian team.

For the last 18 months we have been discerning whether to scale our current arrangement (with more bivocational or support-raising staff in the West) or whether to switch to a salaried model for our UK team. 

We desire the new COO to be a part of this discernment process. You should be open to the options of fully or partially support-raising your own salary, or working bivocationally, alongside the option of being salaried by 500k. Having said that, we are committed to landing on a clear plan with you prior to your commencement in the role. A full time role is preferable, but we are open for your commitment to 500k being FTE 70% or more, particularly if the bivocational option is being pursued.

• Management of our Indian team and our on-the-ground church planting work

• Implement and refine the Fundraising Strategy to deliver significant and sustainable income growth and impact.
• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of delivery, collaboration, accountability, and innovation. 
• Personally lead on cultivating and stewarding transformational relationships with corporates, trusts, foundations, high-net-worth donors and some statutory sources while empowering your team to build profitable, multi-year relationships, a robust pipeline and secured income.

About the Role

As Fundraising Manager, you will lead the development and stewardship of strategic relationships with key corporate partners, stakeholders, and clients, playing a central role in driving corporate income. You will design and implement strategies that support business growth, strengthen corporate engagement, and deliver revenue and operational targets for the organisation in the UK.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will help expand the organisation’s income and impact through high‑value corporate partnerships. You will also develop strong connections with our HQ corporate team and collaborate with programme staff to ensure they understand organisational priorities and can effectively connect internal work with external partners.

This role requires an ambitious self‑starter with strong business acumen and confidence operating within the corporate sector. You should be skilled at presenting a compelling business case for partnership and securing high‑value contracts and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

1. Develop and implement strategies for the organisation’s growth in the corporate sector, ensuring a strong ROI and setting appropriate KPIs to monitor progress and measure success.

2. Build the UK corporate partnership portfolio: identify, cultivate, and secure significant relationships and business opportunities.

Formulate and implement individual strategies for developing key partnerships and initiatives around business priorities, mobilising necessary internal and external resources to ensure all partnerships are effectively executed and partners’ needs are fully met. What We're Looking For:

Education and experience

1 Demonstrated experience in high-level corporate management or business development, including at least five (5) years of direct frontline experience withing the corporate/corporate charity sector.

2 Demonstrated track record of success at a high-value level, including building strategic partnerships that maximise value for both the organisation and external partners, and building profile with external audiences.

Necessary knowledge, skills and abilities

3 Knowledge of the corporate charity and business development sectors.

4 Experience mobilising executives and senior stakeholders for strategic engagement.

5 Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to develop and lead an ambitious growth strategy.

What does this role do?

• develop a prospect pipeline to raise a personal income target which contributes to an overall team target,

About the Role

As a Membership Engagement Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Membership Engagement Manager and the wider team to deliver an exceptional membership experience.
